Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells have received attentions due to high energy conversion efficiency with low cost and simple fabrication process. These are attributed to property of perovskite with high light-absorption coefficient and low recombination rate. Various structures and materials of solar cells have been applied, but optimal structure and material of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells have been debating until nowadays because of a short period of study. So, in this paper, we investigated morphological control of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite thin films to find the solution by optimizing spin-speed, solution concentration, and solvent washing treatment.
