만 3~4세 보육교사의 누리과정에 대한 인식, 실행수준 및 만족도: 경기도 내 어린이집을 중심으로

This study was to examine the effective practice and strategy of the Nuri curriculum for aged 3 to 4. Of the particular interest were the differences in the variables of satisfaction, level of implementation and perception of this curriculum among childcare teachers. A survey was therefore administered to 198 childcare teachers in Gyeonggi Province. The results of the Study were as follows: First, the teachers gave high points to the level of implementation and perception of the Nuri curriculum but they gave medium points in regards to satisfaction. Second, the perception of the Nuri curriculum was different depending on the variables: tyes of childcare center, the number of children in a class. Third, the level of implementation in terms of purpose, contents, and resources was depend on the types of childcare centers and other factors such as religious reasons, characteristics, purpose, strategy, resources, and assessment were dependent on the age of the children.

바람직한 인성 형성을 위해 노력하는 유치원 교사들의 유아 인성교육에 대한 경험 이야기

본 연구는 유아 인성교육에 대해 보다 깊은 이해를 도모하기 위하여 바람직한 인성 형성을 위해 노력하는 유치원 교사들의 목소리를 드러내고자 질적 연구방법을 통해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 Y도와 D광역시에 소재한 유치원 교사 6명을 대상으로 심 층면담을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 수집된 자료는 에믹코딩과 구조코딩의 순환적 과정을 거쳐 유아 인성교육에 대한 육하원칙의 영역으로 세분화하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 유아 인성교육은 유아, 교사, 부모, 국가가 협력적으로 담당하고(who), 사회구성원으로서 조화롭게 살아가기 위함이며(why), 의도적인 계획 및 자연스러운 방법으로 가정과 연계하여 실행하고(how), 일상생활과 그 안에서 부딪히는 다양한 상황 속에서(when), 연령과 수준에 적합한 인성덕목 내용으로 점점 깊이 있게 실행하고(what), 가정과 기관 모든 곳에서(where) 인성교육을 실시하는 것이 바람직하다고 분석되었다. 본 연구는 바람직한 인성 형성을 위해 노력하는 유치원 교사들의 이야기를 있는 그대로 드러냄으로써 그동안 유아교육기관에서 실시하는 유아 인성교육에 대한 방향성을 재조명하고 효과적인 교수학습 전략 방안을 마련하는데 있어서 도움을 줄 것이라고 기대한다. This study was conducted for a deeper understanding about character education of young children. Qualitative research was conducted to show the voice of the kindergarten teachers working on character building of young children. For this, in-depth interview was conducted on 6 kindergarten teachers located in Y province and D Metropolitan city. The collected data went through the cyclical process of Emic coding and Structure coding to subdivide and analyze the domain of 5W 1H about character education. The analysis reveals that character education for young children is conducted by young children, teachers, parents, and the nation cooperatively in order that young children live harmoniously as a member of society. Character education is also implemented in connection with home in a deliberate and natural way in everyday life and various situations encountered. It is desirable that character education should be carried out in depth with the content of character virtues corresponding to age and level and is conducted both at home and institutions. This study shows the story of teachers with experience in running character education curricular, and re-examines the direction of character education for young children conducted by the institutions of early childhood education. In addition, this research will enable effective teaching and learning strategies to be developed.

본 연구는 유치원교사의 심리적 소진과 조직 내 인간관계의 일반적 경향을 알아보고, 심리적 소진이 조직 내 인간관계에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 유치원교사 204명을 대상으로 2016년 12월 20일부터 2017년 1월 15일 사이에 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 연구문제에 따라 기술통계량, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유치원교사의 심리적 소진은 행정업무에 대한 부담감이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 유치원교사의 조직 내 인간관계는 동료와의 인간관계가 상대적으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원교사들의 교권위기감, 무능감, 좌절감, 교직회의감이 높을수록 학부모와의 인간관계가 좋지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유치원교사의 심리적 소진이 인간관계에 미치는 영향력으로 무능감이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 교직회의감이었다. 본 연구를 통해 유아교육현장에서 경력교사의 심리적 소진을 줄이고 그에 따른 효율적인 인간관계를 통해 바람직한 교직생활을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. The purpose of this research is to identify a general tendency of Burnout and a Inter-organization relationship among work experienced kindergarten teachers. Additionally, it lies to investigate how Burnout affects the Inter-organization relationship within the organization. For this purpose, 204 kindergarten teachers were surveyed from December 20, 2016 to January 15, 2017. Descriptive statistics quantity, Correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis have been adopted for data analysis using SPSS WIN 21.0 program according to the research questions. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, Burnout appeared in the following order, administrative work pressure, a sense of crisis towards teacher s authority and skepticism about teaching. Relationships among work experienced teachers appeared to be the highest with peer groups within the organization. However, the relations with their principal of their kindergarten are relatively low. Secondly, it appears that there is a negative correlation between Burnout and relationships of work experienced teachers in kindergarten. Lastly, Burnout of experienced teachers show relative influence on human relations; inability is the highest and then skepticism about teaching follows. These results will provide a basis for work experienced teachers to reduce their Burnout in the early childhood educational field and maintain a desirable teaching career through balanced relationship.

In random access-based tactical flying ad-hoc networks, frequent packet collisions degrade network performance severely. To prevent packet collisions, it is imperative to accurately estimate the number of active UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles); thus, this paper proposes an estimation method for the number of active UAVs based on pseudo-Bayesian estimation by combining the pure-Bayesian method and the pseudo-Bayesian method. Through intensive simulations, it is confirmed that the proposed method outperforms the various existing methods.
