Since the 21st century, major cities in Vietnam faced housing shortage and there was a lack in office spaces. As a result, construction companies from over seas provided mixed-use apartment as a new type of urban housing. A large number of mixed-use apartments are built in big cities such as Hanoi and Ho-chi-minh City. However, research on mixed-use housing in Vietnam is insufficient. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of mixed-use apartments and have an effect on the development of urban housing in Vietnam. This study focuses on examining the planning characteristics of mixed-use apartments in Hanoi. The research will be based on 10 mixed-use apartments that are already built or expected to be built in a few years. Therefore, this study starts by looking into the history of the Vietnamese urban housing. The study focuses on the transformation of urban housing since 2000. Then, the study will mainly focus on examining the mixed-use apartments in different aspects, in order to analyze the planning characteristics.

저층주거지 필로티 하부공간 활용을 위한 모듈계획

This study is suggestion of the improvement direction of piloti space for the deteriorated low-rise residential block. Finally, this study suggests that the new community space in low-rise hosing block. The conclusions is as follows, first, previous case study and regulation related to the programs of piloti space were reviewed. Second, improvement points were obtained through the interview with residents. Third, module types of piloti space were classified. Lastly, think about various materials and test-bed.

디지털 미디어를 통한‘가변형 치유 공간’연구

본 연구는 “치유 공간” 계획을 통해 사회적 영향을 가장 많이 받고 있으나, 심리 또는 자살 치료를 쉽게 접하지 못하는 사회취업준비생들이 공간을 통한 직·간접적인 치유를 받을 수 있게 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 치유에 대한 사전연구와 전문가 자문, 가변형 공간에 대한 다양한 실험을 통하여 가변형의 1인용 치유공간을 1:1스케일로 제작하였다. 실험자의 특성을 고려한 영상작업을 위한 시나리오 구성과 제작을 통해, 2주 동안 취업준비중인 대학생 50명의 실험을 통해 실효성을 검증하였다. 향후 기초연구를 통해 다양한 대상과 목적에 맞게 변경, 활용 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

근린재생을 위한 공공 도서관의 계획특성 변화

The purpose of this study is to study the change of the design characteristics of the main space of the library. Complexity of libraries and Function of change can lead to local neighborhood revitalization. To do this, we analyze the case of large public libraries newly built or remodeled within 20 years. In this study, firstly, the precedent study was investigated. Secondly, we analyzed each case, and third, we analyzed the characteristics of each major planning element. Finally, the implications were derived. Through this study, we could understand the change of elevation, the change of the size of the central hall, the change of the shape of the private space, and the main features of the spatial boundary change for the composite.

호주의 노인복지시설의 계획 특성연구

In recent years, interest in welfare facilities for the elderly has increased, and it is necessary to understand the types of welfare facilities for the elderly in various aspects and to establish the direction of development. The purpose of this study is to examine the policies and cases of the elderly welfare facilities in Australia, which are becoming aging due to immigrants, and to examine the application directions to the welfare facilities for the elderly in the future. First, the policy and status of the welfare facilities for the elderly are examined. Second, the changes and current status of the elderly welfare facilities policy in Australia are examined. Third, the characteristics were understood through representative cases. Finally, we proposed the direction and possibility of domestic application

주민참여형 기록화사업을 위한 마을기록단 교육프로그램 연구

The purpose is to reveal the current status and limitations of the village documenting group currently operating in urban regeneration areas, propose a program to educate the village documenting group through examples, and provide directions for future development. Therefore, Geumha village was studied as a test-bed site for organizing educational programs for village documenting and documenting the process. The procedure for this study is as follows. First, this study analyzed the formation, status, and limitations of the village documenting group. Secondly, we studied the meaning and value of the village documenting of Doksan-dong Geumha village, a research place. Third, the characteristics, problems, and limitations of each curriculum of the Geumha village documenting group were analyzed. Fourth, it revealed the implications of the Geumha village documenting education program. Finally, the direction of training and activities of the village documenting group was proposed.

노후 저층주거지 근린재생을 위한 필로티 공간 개선 방향

본 연구는 근린재생이 필요한 저층밀집주거지역의 연립주택 하부 필로티 공간을 대상으로 커뮤니티 활동을 수용할 수 있는 방안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 협소한 주차공간에 미치는 영향을 최소화하기 위해, 벽식 구조는 배제하고, 필로티의 기둥 사이 유휴공간에 수요자 요구시설을 모듈(Prefabricated frame)을 설치하여 활용할 수 있는 계획을 제안하였다. 모듈을 사용할 경우, 단기간에 미리 제작된 프레임을 조립하는 방식으로 공기단축, 비용절감은 물론 소음 등으로 인한 민원발생을 최소화할 수 있다는 장점이 있기 때문이다. 또한 거주자 요구에 따라 다른 형태로 축소, 확대한 프레임을 연결할 수 있다는 측면에서 긍정적인 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 거주자 면담조사와 필로티 실태 조사를 통해 택배보관소, 휴게공간, 문화 공간, 쓰레기 처리 공간 등이 필요로 하다는 것을 도출할 수 있었다. 이를 해소하기 위해 본 연구에서 제안한 모듈은 4가지로, 삼각모듈, 퍼즐모듈, 박스모듈, 경첩모듈이다. 각각의 장점과 단점을 정리하고, 향후 보완방향을 제안함으로써 활용 가능성을 시사하였다. The objective of this study is to propose a community facility design for the revitalization of the piloti spacesof deteriorated low-rise residential blocks. For this study, the precedent research and institutional limitations are examined. In addition, this study selected and analyzed adeteriorated low-rise residential block utilizing pilotis. Generally,in this type of residence, 8 to 10 generations live together in multi-family houses and row houses, so it is a type of housing that lacks both public space and parking places. Therefore, we attempted to improve the situation of the communities by making use of thespace between the pillars and walls without infringing onthe parking places. In addition, we took into consideration thedesign and arrangement of the piloti by evaluating the inconveniences and needs of the residentsthrough interviews. Specifically, various modules were planned and used to transform the spaces between the pillars of the pillar type piloti structure. This study examined the possibilities offered byvarious materials and modules, and studied the diversepossibilities that can be offeredby changing the modules.

고교학점제 도입에 따른 학교공간혁신사업의 사전기획연구

This study aims to analyze the direction of the Ministry of Education’s high school credit system implementation project and the plan of the Gangwon Provincial Office of Education’s school space innovation project and propose the direction of future pre-planned research. To this end, we analyzed the pre-planning research case of the housing space innovation project for the renovation of the main building of Pyeongchang High School, and revealed the differentiation and implications from the existing pre-planning research. Prior to the study, literature research and policy analysis such as related business reports were preceded, and participatory workshops and expert advice for process and program development were conducted. First of all, this study looked at the need for changes in school space due to the introduction of the high school credit system and related policies. Second, this study was examined the current status and limitations of pre-planning research, and thirdly, we proposed the improvement direction of pre-planning research through program and process development, expert advice, and user-participated design workshops centered on Pyeongchang High School. This study suggests that the process was divided into more detailed stages, including curriculum analysis at the level of the education office and the level of the school, until the space program (proposal) consistent with Pyeongchang High School was derived.

벨로우즈 타입을 적용한 가변형 소통공간 계획 연구

본 연구는 가변형 소통공간을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 노마드적 행태를 반영할 수 있는 가변형 공간을 정의하고, 계획방향을 제안하기 위해 선행연구 및 사례분석이 이루어졌다. 더불어 가변형 공간을 제안하기 위한 공간 시나리오와 프로 그램이 계획되었으며, 실제 1:1 공간 제작을 통하여 실효성을 검증하였다. 끝으로 사용자들의 의견을 수렴하여 개선방향을 도출하고, 향후 다양한 장소와 프로그램 변화를 통한 활용방향을 모색하였다. The objective of the research lays at proposing user centered communication space. System of transformable space composition and characteristic of communication space is analyzed in order to achieve the objective. Based on analyzed case, it chose space method made through bellows method, and based on chosen method, it is trying to propose possibility of communicative space which suggests program with rotation. In addition to this, it will have function to selectively accommodate various programs and will widen the range of expandability which can be used for various places.

학교공간 혁신사업의 성과분석을 통한 정책추진 방향 연구 - 강원도 교육청 학교 감성화사업을 중심으로 -

This study aims to analyze the results of the Gangwon Provincial Office of Educations school space emotionalization projects between 2015 and 2018 and suggest future improvement measures. This could be used not only by the Gangwon Provincial Office of Education, but also by the Ministry of Education and other education offices. For research purposes, the current status and limitations of school space innovation projects were examined, and the second was analyzed factors by surveying the cases of projects in Gangwon-do. Third, the characteristics of each project entity and major policies were derived, and finally, the policy direction was presented.
