한국과 중국에 자생하는 Rhododendron속 식물의 간이 담배수 저면 관수 시스템에서 양분 흡수 특성

Subirrigated by ebb and flow bench system in a greenhouse, analyzed and calculated by Yamazaki formula for hydroponics, the patterns of nutrient uptakes for 7 native Rhododendron species in 5 different pH treatments were outlined. N uptake was exhibited the best at pH 6.5 regime during June and July when the leaf tended to be mature and flower bud differentiation started. P appeared better absorption in the environment of lower pH. K exhibited an unusually low uptake, even the minus n/w value emerged in June and September, K seemed not so important for growth and development. Ca uptake were irregularly but Mg remained at a stable and flat absorption pattern at low levels. In general, at the beginning of pH treatment, monthly the absorption of macronutrients showed an irregular pattern, but then the uptake patterns became regular, i.e., the macronutrient uptakes in 5 pH regimes exhibited a decreasing tendency along with the rise up of pH values for the 7 species of native Rhododendron in Korea and China. 자동 간이 담배수 저면 관수 시스템에서 5가지 다른 pH 처리별 7가지 자생 철쭉류의 양분 흡수율을 Yamazaki 공식에 의해 분석하였다. N 흡수는 엽 전개가 성숙되고, 화아가 분화되기 시작한 6-7월 동안 pH 6.5에서 가장 많이 흡수되었다. P는 낮은 pH에서 흡수가 많았다. K는 흡수율이 낮았고 심지어 6월과 9월에는 양분 흡수율(n/w)값이 마이너스 값을 나타내었다. K는 철쭉류의 생장과 발육에 크게 중요한 것 같지 않았다. Ca 흡수는 불규칙적인 변화를 보였으나 Mg는 낮은 수준에서 안정적으로 유지되었다. 일반적으로 pH 처리 초기에 다량 원소의 월별 흡수가 불규칙적인 형태를 보였지만 이후에는 규칙적인 흡수 형태를 보였다. 즉 한국과 중국에 자생하는 7종의 철쭉류의 pH 5에서부터 다량 원소의 흡수는 pH 값이 올라감에 따라 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다.

In a closed recirculating mini ebb and flow subirrigation bench system, growth responses of Rhododendron indicum to different five pH regimes (4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, and 8.5) were studied. The pH values in each treatment were readjusted to the designated regimes, and each bucket of nutrient solutions was refilled and kept at 10 L volume once in 2 days. At the end of treatments, growth index, leaf chlorophyll content, and concentration of nutrient elements were measured and analyzed. Fresh and dry mass of shoots and roots showed a significantly decreasing variation along with a rise of pH values. The growth in entire pH treatments was consistent with the fresh and dry mass of shoot and root, and worse than those of reference plants. Ca, Mg, and Zn contents of shoot were highest at pH 4.5 regime. The contents and concentrations of main macro and micro elements were above the average levels of crops. It appeared that the nutrition status of R. indicum was relatively at the best in pH 4.5 environment as a typical ironophile species. 간이 담배수 저면관수 시스템에서 pH 조건을 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8.5와 같이 5가지 처리하였을 때 왜철쭉(Rhododendron indicum)의 생장 반응을 조사하였다. 각 처리별 pH 값은 10L의 용기에 영양액을 채워 주면서 계획된 값으로 격일 보정하였다. 생육의 지표가 되는 엽 내 엽록소 함량, 영양액의 농도는 처리 마지막에 측정하였다. 왜철쭉의 지상부와 지하부의 생체중과 건물중은 pH가 높아짐에 따라 유의하게 감소하였다. 전체 pH 처리에서 왜철쭉의 생장은 지상부와 지하부의 생체중과 건물중과 일치하였고 다른 철쭉류의 생장보다 저조하였다. 지상부의 Ca, Mg, Zn 함량은 pH 4.5에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 왜철쭉 체 내 다량 원소, 미량 원소의 함량은 다른 작물의 평균 수치보다 높았다. pH 4.5 범위에서 왜철쭉의 영양 상태가 가장 좋았으므로 왜철쭉이 호산성 식물임을 보여 주었다.

This study deals with transfer passengers in hub airports. The research objective is to derive measures for transfer passenger quantity enhancement at Incheon International Airport by applying Analytic Hierarchy Process. In pursuing the above objective, this study conducted a survey to evaluate various selection criteria for choosing transfer airports and ranked attributes in weight order with Analytic Hierarchy Process. Furthermore, based on the trend analysis of Incheon International Airport's transfer passenger movement, this paper analysed main transit routes of Incheon International Airports against competitor airports among the region. The main result found from the study is flight frequency, ticket price and connecting hour were the most important 3 factors when people choose transit airports. Therefore, it is recommended government, airport authority and airlines to cooperate closely to meet the transfer passengers' needs on frequency, price and transit hour of flights.

The flowering response of azalea as influenced by forcing dates were investigated. Days to flowering and flowering period showed significant difference by different forcing dates between September and January. Cold damage was observed in ‘Red Beauty’ forced in November and 40% of ‘Red Beauty’ showed cold damage when forced in December and January. In all the test varieties, flowering was once increased and decreased in treatments forced in September, October, and November, while treatments of forcing in December and January showed characteristics of short flowering period and days to flowering all together. The forcing dates of ‘Red Wing’ was on January 26, The forcing dates of ‘Mother’s Day’ and ‘Coral Wing’ was on December 26.
