In this paper, we describe a fault diagnosis using inter node search method in PN model. First, a complicated fault case is modeled as PN graphic expressions. Next, to find out causes for faults on which we focus, the PN model is analyzed using the backward chaining of T-invariance. In this step, inter-node search method algorithm is proposed and we apply the inter-node search method to PN model for reducing the range of sources in faults. Finally, the propsed method is applied to a fault diagnosis of refrigeration system of confirm the validity of the method.

This paper describes a comparison of control performance in multi-axes precise position synchronous system according to control methods. The control method is mainly divided as two manners such as master-slave and cooperative control in the multi-axes system. Also, each axis is divided as two types, current control type and acceleration control type, according to a kind of inner loop. Maximum error comparison as a coupling method is used to minimize position synchronous errors. The control performances of position synchronous control are investigated through numerical simulations under various control methods.

Microengineering using MEMS refers to the technologies and practice of making three dimensional structures and devices with dimensions in the order of micrometers. Eight kinds of micro fins with the dimensions of 50×60, 50×150, 100×200, 100×250, 100×300, 150×375. 200×500, 200×600 ㎛² (thickness×pitch) were fabricated on the surface of a square silicon chip with the dimensions of 20×20×0.5 ㎣ by using the wet etching technique. In cooling small devices generating high heat flux and ultra high heat flux, micro fin and micro channel heat sinks are considered an effective method. We investigate the processes fabricating micro fin which can cool the large amount of heat generated from high density devices.
