애니메이션 창작을 위한 교수자와 학습자 간의 자존감 영향 연구

본 연구는 교수자들의 자존감이 학습자의 자존감에 미치는 영향을 연구한다. 애니메이션 교육은 급속도로 발전하고 있으며, 애니메이션 인재육성의 대한 다원적 탐구가 요구되고 있다. 애니메이션은 상상력이 요구 되며 긍정적인 사고력은 긍정적인 태도를 필요로 한다. 애니메이션 창작을 위해 긍정적 자존감은 긍정적 사고를 확장시켜 상상력에 영향을 준다. 선행 연구에서 학습자에 관한 연구는 많으나 교수자의 자존감 관한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 문헌 연구를 통해 반두라의 자존감에 대한 정의와 개념을 파악하고. 비고츠키 의 근접발달영역 이론을 확인한다. 자존감과 상상력의 이론적 관계를 이해했다. 나아가 높은 자존감의 교수 자들의 학습자의 자존감에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 2차에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시했다. 우선 2019년 4월 29일 총 23명의 애니메이션 전공 교수를 대상으로 자존감에 관한 설문조사를 실시했다. 그리고 학습 자에 대하여 2019년 5월 6일부터 6월 1일까지 중국 경덕진도자기대학교(中國江西省景德鎮陶瓷⼤學) 2017학번 애니메이션 전공 학생 161명을 연구 대상으로 삼아 4주 동안의 교육 과정을 통해 학습자 자존 감 변화의 실험을 실시했다. 연구 결과는 높은 자존감의 교수자의 자존감이 애니메이션 학습자의 자존감에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 증명하였다. This research examines the impact of professors self-esteem on learners self-esteem. The rapid development of animation education had increased requirements for the multi-exploration of animators. Animators require imagination, and ability of positive thinking requires positive attitude. For the creation of animation, positive self-esteem will expand positive thinking and thus influence imagination. In previous research, although there were many studies on learners, the research on professors’ self-esteem is little. Through literature research, learned about definition and concept of self-esteem form Bandura, and Confirmed Lev Vigotsky s theory of zone of proximal development (ZPD). Then, illustrated the theoretical relationship between self-esteem and imagination. In order to grasp the influence of highly self-respecting professors on learners self-esteem, two questionnaires were conducted. In the first questionnaire research on April 29, 2019, a survey of 23 professors was conducted to evaluate self-esteem. First, on April 29, 2019, a survey of 23 self-esteemed professors was conducted. Students were taken as the research object; a four-week learning process was conducted by 161 animation students in Jingdezhen Ceramic University in China. The results of the study proved that the self-esteem of highly self-respecting professors directly affects the self-esteem of animation learners.
