His thought of physical Education is following. The 1st, He said that physical training inflected by nature helps the health of sprit. The 2nd, He said that we must always train the organization of sensitive part and judgement ability should be harmonized. The 3rd, He said that it is good for us to give out the curiosity to other sex through phyeical training. The 4th, As the positive physical training, entertaining life one’s hobby and endurance reduces the symptous of senility. He said, the physical Education through all his life is requested. The 5th, He said, in order to achieve the nature of femal and to do her duty, woman’s physical Education is requested. He said in order to do one’s comfortable home life and social life adultry physical Education is requested. J.J.Rousseau’s educational theory was developed in the direction of educational renovation as well as social reform, so it become the prime mover of the French Revolution. His thought of physical Education was reformative enough to influence many education alist, and there were its followers called the philanthropists. J.J.Rousseau’s thought of physical Education, which appeared to stress naturalism and training in patience was handed down to Basedow who was influenced by it after reading Emile. The thought helped to start the modern school’s physical Education by being adopted as a curriculum of the philanthropic school. It was handed down to Salzmann and Guts Muths who made its further development, and it led the modern physical Education. We must recognize the efforts that he contribute to our physical Education as the effect of education whatever our oppionian is about Rousseau’s merits as a thinker.
