      • Milan 기준을 넘는 간세포암에서 생체부분 간이식

        Background: To find the patients who have a significant chance of cure with living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) among the patients suffering with beyond-Milan hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), we retrospectively analyzed the tumor factors that could affect a good prognosis after LDLT for patients who suffer with beyond Milan HCC. Methods: Between March 2005 and May 2007, 18 cases of LDLT for beyond Milan HCC were performed. None of the patients had preoperative radiological evidence of vascular invasion. Excluding the 3 cases of in-hospital mortality, we analyzed the survival, the disease-free survival and the prognostic factors for recurrence in 15 beyond Milan HCC patients. The mean follow-up period was 18.8 °± 8.8 months (range: 4-34 months). Results: The two-year survival and disease-free survival rates after LDLT were 61.7% and 31.1%, respectively, in 15 beyond-Milan patients. Among them, 9 patients had recurrence of HCC during follow-up. The one-year survival rate after tumor recurrence was 55.5%. An alphafetoprotein (AFP) level < 400 ng/mL, Edmonson-Steiner histology grade I and II and the presence of graft rejection were analyzed as the good prognostic factors of disease-free survival after LDLT for beyond-Milan HCC (p < .05). The patients with negative preoperative positron emission tomography (PET) findings (n = 5) showed a better prognosis than the PET-positive patients (n = 10) with statistical significance (p = .05). Conclusion: Allowing that HCC patients exceed the Milan criteria, we can find the potentially curable candidates for LDLT with using tumor biologic markers such as a serum AFP level < 400 ng/mL, negative PET uptake or low grade histology, as assessed by preoperative needle biopsy. Further investigation is needed to evaluate the relation between graft rejection and tumor recurrence after liver transplantation.

        호텔기업의 조직지원과 리더지원이 조직구성원의 조직시민행동과 인상관리에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 호텔 종사자를 대상으로 독립변수로서 조직과 리더의 지원, 매개별수로 조직전념도 개념의 하위유형 중 감정적 전념도를 설정하였으며, 종속변수로 역할외 행동유형으로 구분되고 있는 조직구성원의 시민행동과 인상관리 행동을 설정 하여 조직구성원들의 지각측면이 태도와 행동에 끼치는 영향력을 알아보았다. 분석을 위하여, 서울시내 20개 호텔을 대상으로 최종 418부의 설문지를 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 조직적 지원과 리더의 지원을 높게 지각할수록 조직에 대해 감정적으로 전념하게 되며, 조직에 감정적으로 전념하는 조직구성 원들은 시민행동을 많이 수행하고 인상관리 행동을 적게 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 조직 및 리더의 지원을 높게 지각하는 구성원일수록 시민행동을 많이 하며 인상관리 행동을 적게 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. This study explored the effect of organization and leader of support on organization member's citizenship and Impression management behavior mediated by organizational commitment. The purposes of this study are summarized as follows: First, this study is intended to construct not a one-way relationship but a two-way relationship between employee and organization for true value-relationship in organization. Second, integration of organization and leader support’s effects on employees’ attitude and behavior in organization, is studied to consider a relationship between organization and employee. Third, in order to study a attitude part of employee, organization and leader support’s effects on employees’ commitment to organization are considered. Fourth, employees’ perception ablout organization and leader support is studied in order to study a extra-role behavior that is defined citizenship and impression management in this study. 418 samples of employees in 20 of hotels in Seoul are used for the analysis. As a result, employees who perceive a high degree of organization and leader support, are commit to organization affectively and further conduct a great deal of citizenship while conducting a little impression management behavior. As above, this study in intended to survey a true value-relationship between organization and employee, spontaneous employee behavior and attitude to organization. So, through the consideration of micro and macro part of organization, this study is conduct an organizational behavior of employee in organization for organizational effectiveness and interests.

      • 스톱옵션의 공시효과

        Stock option was introduced as a vehicle of improving firm value in 1920's. As it was admitted that stock option as an incentive in developing and sustaining CEO's management skill and employee's abilities have had close reation with improving firm value, stock option have been treated as a major way in compensation system theoretically and empirically. Recently many companies in Korea also introduced stock option within compensation system of CEOs' and employees' devotion to their companies. But the relation between stock option and firm value was not well tested empirically in our country yet. So the purpose of this study is to find out relation between stock option and firm value. To test the relation, we use announcement day and stock price data of companies which introduced stock option system. The major results from the tests are as follows: first, through AAR test we find that stock option plan has a definite announcement effect, implying that investors believe granting stock option to CEOs and employees functions positive in that firm's value. We get the same result through CAR test. Second, the announcement effects are the same between general firms and financial firms. Third, CAR test shows that the announcement effect is the greatest for the window (-1,+1).
