The purpose of this study was to analyze smoke temperature and visibility characteristics of an underground parking lot in case of fire by simulation. There were temperature changes of Case 1 (7.77℃), Case 3 (4.66℃). There was a change in the visibility of Case 1 (5.21 m), Case 3 (28.91 m), As revealed in results of Case. There was a difference in temperature and visibility at the height of the clean layer (H : 2.0 m). A system based an organic complement of passive and active systems will facilitate maintaining an efficient system. There were many variations in the floor height of underground parking lot and temperature and visibility depending on smoke ventilation system operation.

Recently, There are large underground parking lot in most buildings. It is very dangerous when the smoke control doesn’t work, So it need to study about smoke control system(ventilation system and ventilating fan) in the underground parking lot. We have simulated the fire temperature and the visibility of the smoke for smoke flow, with all the research we suggest the improvement plan of smoke control system in the underground parking lot.

건축물의 수동적 방화시스템의 근간인 방화구획을 구성하는 방화문의 성능 문제가 최근 다발하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 580세대의 공동주택에 기 시공된 방화문 중 7가지의 종류별로 2개씩, 총 14개의 방화문을 시험체로 선정하여 공인시험기관에 의뢰, 시험한 결과 모두 부적합 판정으로 나타났다. 따라서 방화문의 방화성능의 문제점에 입각하여 품질확보를 위한 현실적인 성능확보 대책방안을 제시하고자 한다.

비상용승강기의 급기가압 제연설비는 기존 방식인 승강장 가압 방식에 비해 최근 제연 안전성이 증가된 승강로 가압방식을 채택하기 시작하였다. 이 새로운 승강로 가압방식의 경우 카의 상승 및 하강에 따른 피스톤효과가 어떠한 결과를 초래하는지를 파악하기 위해 15층 규모의 신축건물에 적용된 비상용승강기에서 제연설비를 가동 후 45Pa의 차압상태에서 측정을 통하여 도출하였다. 그 결과 승강기 카의 상승속도가 105m/min의 경우 최상층에서 측정한 차압변위는 0.9Pa로 나타났으며 따라서, 피스톤효과는 무시할 정도임을 알 수 있었다.

Sprinkler system is a very effective automatic fire protection system to prevent the propagation of flame and accomplish the initial extinguishing when fire occurs. But the problems occur when sprinkler system is operating such as not to achieve the prescribed discharge pressure and quantity due to the arising of scale and corrosion by the internal and external causes in case about 15 years have passed since completion of construction. When those problems occur, fire extinguishment might fail due to the decline of prescribed water flow quantity and water sprinkling. According to a previous study, most of them were focused on the corrosion of steel piping for sprinkler system. This study was intended to secure the cause of the water leak on the copper piping of sprinkler system in the apartment which had relatively corrosion resistance than steel piping of sprinkler system. And the cause of the water leak turned out to be the pitting corrosion.
사물인터넷을 활용한 흔들림 방지 버팀대의 내진설계에 관한 연구

There is a growing need for seismic resistance design. But it is controversial that standards of sway brace device in non-structural elements for buildings like pump waterway is vary widely. Therefore, in this study to get a valid range of sway brace device in seismic resistance design, using load test of sway brace device. As a result, load of safe range from 0 to 18.5kN and under 29.4kN, no structural fault of sway brace device. And using internet of things get a data of seismic resistance design from sensor node like accelerometer, GPS, tilt sensor and temperature sensor through steps of sampling and prediction. These results will be acceptable for monitoring system for seismic resistance in non-structural elements.
