원장의 감성리더십, 초임영아교사의 이직의도가 보육효능감에 미치는 영향: 교사민감성의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 감성리더십과 초임영아교사의 이직의도가 보육효능감에 미치는 영향에 대한 교사 민감성의 매개효과를 규명하기 위해 실시되었다. 서울과 인천의 어린이집 영아반 초임교사로 재직 중인 148명을 대상으로 설문지를 통한 조사를 실시하였다. 예비조사는 2017년 11월 3째주에 진행하였고, 본 조사는 2017년 12월 한 달 동안 이루어졌다. 원장의 감성리더십 질문지(구자영, 2012), 이직의도 질 문지(안재현, 2014), 보육효능감 질문지(이기영, 2007), 교사 민감성 질문지(민광미, 2014)를 사용하였다. 결과 처리를 위해 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 초임영아교사의 민감성이 원장의 감성리더십과 보육효능감 간에 부분 매개역할을 하고 있었다. 둘째, 초임영 아교사의 민감성이 이직의도와 보육효능감 간에 부분 매개역할을 하고 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 보육효능감을 증진시킬 수 있는 다양한 방안과 초임영아교사의 민감성을 개발하고 발휘할 수 있는 전략을 모색하는데 기초정보를 제공할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of the sensitivity of teachers on influences which the emotional leadership of director and beginning Infant teachers turnover intention have on the efficacy of child care and teaching. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 148 teachers who were working as beginning Infant teachers in the nursery schools in Seoul and Incheon. Preliminary survey was conducted on the third week of November and full-scale survey was conducted for one month in December. The emotional leadership(Koo Ja-young, 2012), the turnover intention(Ahn Jae-hyun, 2014), the childcare efficacy(Lee Ki Young, 2007) and the teacher sensitivity(Min Kwang Mi, 2014) questionnaire were used for the research. Frequency analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 20.0 for this research. The results of this study are as follows: First, the sensitivity of beginning Infant teachers played a role as a mediator between the director s emotional leadership and childcare efficacy. Second, The sensitivity of beginning Infant teachers played a partial role as a mediator between beginning Infant teachers turnover intention and childcare efficacy. The results of this study can provide basic information for various ways to enhance the childcare efficacy and to find strategies to develop and exert the sensitivity of early childhood teachers.

연화문을 활용한 서피스 디자인 시제품 분석에 관한 연구 - 디자인혁신을 통한 스마트바이오 수제화제작 2014 서울시 지역특화 사업을 바탕으로 -

연구배경 서울시 지역특화 산업 맞춤형 연구를 위하여 수제화 신제품 개발을 위한 기술력 강화를 학교와 지역사회가 함께 해 나가고 있다. 성수동수제화지역은 고급 기술력을 가진 많은 하청업체와 인력이 모여 있는 곳임에도 불구하고 디자인 인력의 부족을 미술대학의 인프라 활용으로 패션산업과 함께 성장 시켜 나아갈 수 있는 디자인 수제화를 개발 할 수 있도록 한다. 학교 연구팀은 유행 트렌드를 반영한 색채연구와 서피스 디자인을 개발, 제공하여 제작하고 있다. 또한 의학적 자문을 통하여 새 신발의 브랜드의 부가가치를 높이기 위하여 노력하며 항균 및 항취, 마찰 등의 견뢰도 테스트와 전문기관을 통한 설문을 진행함으로써 지역경제 활성화를 위한 사업취지에 부합하고자 한다. 연구방법 연화문을 바탕으로 한 서피스 디자인을 수제화에 적용하였고 판매를 위한 개발을 한다. 2016년 S/S트렌드 칼라를 반영하여 진행하며 전문 서베이 기관을 통한 인구통계학적인 접근으로 서피스 디자인의 선호도와 만족도 및 신발 형태디자인 만족도와 선호도를 함께 조사 분석한다. 설문기관에 의뢰하여 받은 20대~50대 남녀 응답내용을 시제품 디자인을 통해 추후 구체적인 판매가능성을 예측할 수 있도록 한다. 연구결과 설문결과 신발의 서피스 디자인 선호도는 디자인2번의(표1참조)연화문 패턴이 가장 호응이 높았는데 2016년 유행색을 반영하되 색감을 안정적으로 표현하여 무난하면서도 전통적 무늬와 색상의 독특함이 살며 계절감을 크게 타지 않기 때문으로 분석하였다. 서피스 디자인 2번을 입힌 여성용 슬립온 2번(표3참조)의 경우 가장 서피스의 선호도와 만족도가 전체 디자인 중에서 높았으며, 남성이54%로 여성46%보다 많이 선호하였고 세부선호도는 20대 여자가 19%로 가장 많이 선호하였다. 슬립온은 신발 형태면에 있어서도 선호도, 만족도가 높았기에 이는 현재의 패션 트렌드를 반영하는 결과라고 여겨진다. 결론 위와 같은 연구를 통해 사용하는 목적에 맞는 서피스 디자인 개발 응용에 다양한 텍스타일디자인의 활용을 기대 할 수 있다고 생각한다. 서울의 수제화 산업의 확산과 더 나아가 디자이너 및 인력부족을 산학협력으로 지역경제 매출신장에 기여 할 수 있는 바탕이 되도록 하는데 본 연구가 의미 있다. 앞으로 진행될 후속 논문에서는 본 논문의 선호도 및 만족도를 바탕으로 한 분석내용을 제품개발에 적용하여 추가 보완함과 더불어 의학자문을 통한 항균 및 항취, 마찰 등의 견뢰도 테스트 결과를 포함한 보다 심도 깊은 연구를 통해 지역 사회 산업의 진흥을 위한 수제화 제품 디자인개발의 초석이 되길 기대한다. Background For the customized industry research of Seoul local industry specialization Project, Seoul Women`s University (the college) and Seongsu-Dong (the local industry) collaborated to strengthen the technical skills of handmade shoes for the advancement and development of new products. Despite many numbers of contractors and workers, handmade shoes area of Seongsu-dong is lacking design talents. With the advanced production technology of local industry, the infrastructure of the College of Art and Design leverages to develop a competitive handmade shoes that could grow together in the fashion industry. School research team has provided and developed surface designs with colors that reflect the current fashion trends for the production. In addition, medical consultation were proceeded as efforts to increase the added value to a new shoe brand, and various tests including antibacterial, odor, germ, and friction were also proceeded to meet the business purpose of the local economy vitalizations Methods Yeonhwamun, the reflection of Korean traditional pattern, was applied to handmade shoes, reflecting S/S 2016 trend color in consideration of fashion cycle and sales at the time of the production. Through specialized survey agency in demographical approach, we would like to research and analyze on satisfaction and preference of surface designs and shapes of shoes. Responses from men and women in age range from 20s to 50s who were commissioned by a professional survey organization, will enable us to specifically predict the future sales potential through the design prototype. Result According to the result of the surface design preferences on shoes survey, Design # 2 (see Table 1) received the highest response, which reflects the trend color of 2016, yet colors are still reliable and unique. Colors are also not affected by seasons, and at the same time patterns retain tradition. In addition, Slip-on #2 (See Table 3) coated with surface design #2 received the highest score among the preference and satisfaction survey, in which 54% of men favored, compare to 46% of women. In detail rating, 19% of women in 20s favored the design the most. In terms of shape of shoes, this slip-on shoes record the highest, compare to high -heels pumps, which the result reflecting the current fashion trends. Conclusion Through this research, we could expect further development and application of the textile design according to user`s preference and purpose by proposing aesthetic textile designs with a great depth of expression. In addition, this study is meant to be the cornerstone to contribute to the spread of handmade shoes industry, and further increase sales growth & workforce number (including design talents) of the local economy which is in poor condition at the moment. Through the analysis of surface pattern and footwear design research prior to the development of the finished product, we see the potential of continuation of this collaborative project with the school and the industry. In addition, in the following research, we expect to see additional complements on further product developments based on the result of preference and satisfaction research seen above, along with in-depth research including tests such as, color fastness, friction, anti-bacterial odor and germ, through professional medical consultation. Furthermore, we look forward to lay the cornerstone of design innovation of handmade shoes for the promotion of the local industry through the further research in the future.
