Recently, the automotive industy is improved rapidly. On this, a demend of high quality performance-test-machine for oil hydraulic pump is increased too. In this part, The interface skill between sensor and personal computer, data acquisition & display system and integrated control technology are important control technologies.<br/> Therefore, in this study, we designed a preformance-test-machine using above key technologies and we also maked a integrated PC control system using personal computer which is more progressive and flexible method than PLC control.<br/>

This paper shows the development process for measuring three-dimensional flow velocity components in a web-browser. The system is developed in an embeddable C/C++ interpreter Ch and Ch-CGI toolkit. The interface for the web-based measurement system consists of a set of web html files and Ch files for CGI. All of data in web browser are passed to Ch-CGI script to generate the output of new html file. PC-Server and PC-Client can submit measurement parameters and receive the text/graphical results each other. PC-Client can control the test equipment by using a parameters that received from PC-Server. It also can pass the test results between the web-based measurement system. In summary, the designed measurement system is evaluated, the outputs shown well on the web browser.

Automatic power transmission systems consisted of a torque converter and several planetary gear sets, clutches and brakes are controlled by a hydraulic shift control circuit and an electronic transmission control unit. The hydraulic circuit serves for the operation of the torque converter and lubrication oil supply of the transmission system as well as for the actuation of clutches for the automatic gear shift. The complicated hydraulic control circuit constructed by many spools, solenoids, orifices and flow passages are integrated into one small valve block and it is powered by one hydraulic pump. In this paper, a test equipment was developed to measure the oil consumption of each component at various wide operating conditions. Test data about 730 sets acquired from five test items are analyzed and discussed on the oil capacity of the circuit.

Oil hydraulic pump is widely used in the automotive industry, and it is connected with the life. So. the test of its performance is needed but it is progressive technology which must be combined hydraulic, mechanic and electronic technologies. As the result. it is not developed yet with development of this performance-test-machine, these problems are solved. Moreover. reliable data is obtained with vacuum system and complex heat exchange system in the test machine.

To improve the performance of the bent-axis type axial piston pump driven by the tapered piston, it is necessary to know the driving characteristics and mechanism of the tapered piston and the cylinder block. Since each piston not only rotates on its axis and reciprocates in the cylinder bore, but also revolves around the axis of the driving shaft, it is difficult to analyze the driving mechanism theoretically. The theoretical mechanism for the bent-axis type axial piston pump is studied by using the geometrical method. The driving range of the tapered piston is determined by theoretical equations. The experimental results show that the cylinder block is driven by one tapered piston in a limited range and the core parameters such as driving factor of the piston and the ahead delay angle influenced performance of the bent-axis type axial piston pump
