The primary enraptured benign appendiceal mucocele is a rare disease and very difficult to diagnose preoperatively. Usually, it is discovered incidentally in exploratory laparotomy for other disease. We have recently experienced a case of benign appendiceal mucocele of a 42 year old pregnant patient during Cesarean section. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of benign appendiceal mucocele due to obstruction of the appendiceal lumen secondary to sub acute inflammation. The postoperative course was uneventful and the patient was discharged on postoperative 7th day. The reactive power ancillary service(RPAS) has not been introduced to Korean electric power market yet. Therefore it is not possible to utilize reactive power capability of a generator to its maximum extents. As a new VSM is under development for the efficient operation of reactive power in Jeju Island, RPAS is needed to be introduced for the voluntary participation of gencos for the reactive power generation. In this paper, we present a pricing method of generator reactive power in case RPAS will be introduced.

A hydraulic fatigue test machine was manufactured using a personal computer and a proportional valve, a hydraulic system. This machine was controlled loading waves and stress ratios, frequency by personal computer. A numerical simulation for the dynamic quality of this machine was done by 4 order Runge-Kutta method. Corrosion fatigue crack growth behaviors of SPH41 in 3% NaCl aqueous solution were investigated with this machine. Corrosion fatigue crack growths of this steel were reduced than the uncoated steel by anti-corrosion effect of zinc.
