        테크노폴리스와 벤처기업의 성장 - 대덕연구단지 사례연구 -

        본 연구는 대덕연구단지를 사례로 하여 테크노폴리스에 입지한 대학, 연구소, 각종 기술이전 하부구조 등이 첨단기술 중심의 벤처기업의 성장에 있어서 담당한 역할과 산업발전 기여에 대하여 분석하였다. 연구 및 교육기능 위주의 연구학원도시인 대덕연구단지의 문제점으로 지적되고 있는 산업발전 및 기술혁신의 연계성 부족을 보완하기 위하여, 90년대부터 연구단지 내의 연구소·대학 등이 자발적으로 내부여건을 개선하여 산학협동을 강화하였고, 그 결과 기술상업화와 적극적인 창업의 기반이 되었다. 또한, 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 제도와 하부구조의 보완이 이루어졌음을 확인하였으며, 창업을 지원키 위한 각종 기술이전 하부구조(TBI, TIC, Post-TBI 등)가 구축되어 소기의 성과를 거두고 있다. 특히 대덕연구단지 내에 소재하고 있는 한국과학기술원(KAIST), 충남대 등이 산학협동의 내실화 차원에서 적극적으로 벤처기업을 양육하기 위한 전략과 사업을 구체화함으로써 첨단기술 중심의 벤처기업들이 발전하는 데에 도움을 주었음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 함께 벤처기업간의 협동을 지원하는 공동체로서 대덕 21세기 등과 같이 민간이 주도하고 공공이 지원하는 관민협동의 노력이 있었으며, 더불어 창업을 지속적으로 육성하기 위한 3단계의 미래지향적 발전전략(창업-발전-지역 착근)이 수립되어 체계적인 지원이 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

      • 독일기술단지의 계획특성에 관한 연구

        The emphasis on stimulation of high-tech industry through technology parks in Germany is based on the assumption that technological innovation leads to economic growth in the region. With these consideration, this study aims to review characteristics in planning of technology parks in Germany with regard to its locational and physical aspects. The first section in this paper studies the concept, type and locational element of technology parks as a theoretical review. The second section analyzes characteristics of planning of the technology parks with reference to regional distribution and types of development size, function, space and facilities. The last section examines the experience of three successful parks in city Dortmund, Berlin and Aachen in detail and analyzes the main characteristics in planning of the german technology parks.

        The increasing competition of regional development presents new challenges for urban and regional planners in Korea. This necessitates a critical re-evaluation of existing S.O.C. which primarily seeks to improve the competitive positions in economic activities and to reduce urban and regional disparities. With this in mind the paper will analyze the current situations of S.O.C. in Chungnam Province and suggest the strategies for the implementation of major projects in the region. The analysis highlights the relative strengths and weaknesses of the region's S.O.C. development strategies in an era of Yellow Sea.

      • 주제공원의 發展方向과 主要課題 : 엑스포 과학공원과 국내 주제공원의 비교 연구

        This study reviews the main problems of Expo Science Park in comparison with theme Parks in Korea. Expo Science Park has been reopened to keep the fundamental objectives of Taejon Expo'93 and to make the best use of the main facilities of exposition as educational facilities of science and technology. The decreaing number of visitor during last 3 year has been analyzed. The lack of attractive aspects are also found out. The results of comparison between Expo Science Park and two theme parks (Lottee Word, Evergreen Park) suggest that the innovation policy should be studied in detail in terms of management recruitment of facilities.

        High speed Railway System has fundamental role for the national development and regional growth. With this consideration in mind the line of Honam High speed Railway should be decided in terms of transportation, impact on regional growth, environmental and cultural aspects. This study suggests the possible line of Honam High speed Railway by analyzing mentioned above aspects.

      • 韓國·日本의 物流團地의 開發特性에 관한 硏究

        This study intend to make a comparative study of logistics complex in Korea and Japan. The study was progressed as follows. The first chapter was refered to the necessity of logistics complex and the actual state of the freight-distribution in Korea. The second chapter was refered to the theoretical consideration in logistics complex ; concept, type, acceptance-facilities and function. In the third chapter, It was carried out a case-study of logistics complex in Korea and Japan. As a result of this study, several differences for the peculiar character of development of truck terminal and related facilities in Korea and Japan were founded out. First : In the development type and function in logistics complex, logistics complex type in Japan was as synthesis logistics complex that have truck terminal, a wholesale·retail sale facilities, warehouse facilities and the others facilities in park. Therefore, logistics complex function is synthetic logistics-distribution function that have logistics and function. But logistics complex type in Korea is a complex truck terminal that have only truck terminal and the other facilities in park. Second : The comparison of the acceptance-facilities and the component ratio in synthesis logistics complex(ADACHI:京浜, ITABASI:板橋, GASAI: 葛西, TAEJON) In the acceptance-facilities, It was commonly revealed that logistics complex in Korea and Japan have such facilities as truck terminal, a wholesale·retail sale facilities, warehouse facilities and the others facilities. In the component ratio classified by establishment in park, The component ratio of truck terminal and a wholesale·retail sale facilities in Japan was revealed higher than Korea's ; Japan 60~70%(truck terminal:31~37%, a wholesale·retail sale facilities:28~36%), Korea 33%(truck terminal:20%, a wholesale·retail sale facilities:13%) On the other hand, The component ratio of the others facilities in Korea were higher than Japan's ; Korea 30%, Japan 15~18% Third : The comparison of the acceptance-facilities and the component ratio in truck terminal(ADACHI:京浜, ITABASI:板橋, GASAI: 葛西, TAEJON) In the acceptance-facilities, It was revealed that truck terminals in Korea's and Japan's logistics complex have commonly such facilities as a freight dealing place, a distribute-center, a classification yard, parking, administration and convenience facilities, a truck-related facilities and the others facilities. In the component ratio classified by establishmentin truck terminal, The component ratio of a freight dealing place in Japan was revealed higher than Korea's ; Japan 34~40%(storage space:16~19%, stopping place:11~12%, departure and arrival place of collection and delivery truck:8~9%), Korea 8.8~13.2%(storage space:4.8~9.5%, stopping place:2.4~5%, departure and arrival place of collection and delivery truck:1.6~3.2%) On the other hand, The component ratio of the others facilities and a distribute-center in Korea was higher than Japan's ; the othere facilities(Korea 18.2~24.2%, Japan 2.9~5%), a distribute-center(Korea 21~25%, Japan 12~23%)
