        단 기간 크레아틴 섭취 후 급성 카페인 섭취가 엘리트 단거리 선수의 등속성 및 무산소성 파워능력에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to analyze the impact of the rapid caffeine intake after short-term creatine intake on athletic performance with nine elite sprinters. For this purpose, athletes divided into a CON group, CRE+CAF group and CRE+PLA group by the period participated in experiments, and in order to exclude the effect of the previous treatment to the maximum, this study put a 1-week wash-out period. 2 hours and 30 minutes after they took in caffeine (or placebo) on Day 6 after creatine intake for 5 days, an isokinetic leg strength test and an anaerobic power test were conducted. As a result of an analysis of body composition, there were no statistically significant differences in weight, BMI, fat mass, BMC and body fat ratio among the groups. There was a statistically significant difference in fat mass, and it turned out that it increased in both CRE+CAF group and CRE+PLA group as compared to the CON group. Second, as a result of analysis of the isokinetic leg strength, there was a statistically significant difference in the average power of the left extensor in the knee joint, but there was no difference in the other items. There were no statistically significant differences in all items in the right extensor. On the right side of the flexor, there was a statistically significant decrease in the maximum power in the CRE+PLA group as compared to the CRE+CAF group. On the left side, there were no statistically significant differences in all items. As a result of measurement of the isokinetic leg strength of the lumbar joint, there were no statistically significant differences in all items of the extensor and flexor. Third, as a result of a test of anaerobic power, there was a tendency of increases in all items in the CRE+PLA group as compared to the CON group, and there was a tendency of decreases in all items in the CRE+PLA group as compared to the CRE+CAF group, but there were no statistically significant differences. To sum up the above findings, it turned out that rapid caffeine intake after short-term creatine intake did not affect athletic performance. However, there was a tendency of increase in athletic performance in the rapid caffeine intake after the creatine intake. Therefore, increasing the number of cases and additionally making objective measurements could obtain a meaningful result.

        시계열분석을 활용한 역도선수의 경기력 예측분석: 전국체육대회를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to predict the performance of weightlifters using time series analysis. According to this purpose, the performance prediction model was calculated through time series analysis based on the 10-year competition records of men (77kg) and women (58kg) among weightlifters who participated in the national sports competition in Korea. After generating time series data based on a 10-year record, each of the sequential charts of the athletes' groups showed no seasonality or differential. In addition, after examining the independence of the data through the creation of a time series model, it was found that the models produced conformed to the criteria for compliance, and that there was no trend and differential for male athletes, but there was no difference for female athletes, but there was a trend. Therefore, simple trend analysis of index smoothing model was applied for men (77kg) and Holt linear trend analysis for women (58kg) models was applied for women. As a result of deriving the athletes' prediction models through this process, the men's (77 kg) class was expected to have a range of 301.32 kg to 303.84 kg overall for the clean and jerk and the increase in record-breaking performance. However, in the women's (58 kg) class, continuous improvement was shown in the range of 165.41 kg to 183.9 kg.

        역도지도자의 지도행동과 인과지향성 및 자결적 동기의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among coaching style, causality orientation, basic psychological need, and sport motivation on weight lifting player. In compliance with the purpose, 247 copies of data were collected utilized in study, using of convenience sampling method. To comply with the purpose, the construct validity and the reliability of measured data were verified by using of Jamovi & AMOS 18.0 program. for the relationships among the related factors were analyzed by covariance structure analysis. The results were as follows: First, for the relationship between coaching style and causality orientation of weight lifting player, social support, democratic behavior, and positive feedback of weight lifting coach had positive effect on causal orientation. Second, for the relationship between coaching style and self-determination motivation of weight lifting player, social support, democratic behavior, and positive feedback of weight lifting coach had positive effect on basic psychological needs and sports motivation. Third, the relationship between causality orientation and self-determination motivation of weight lifting player, causality orientation had positive effect on basic psychological needs and sport motivation. Forth, for the relationship between basic psychological needs and sports motivation of weight lifting player, basic psychological needs had positive effect on sports motivation.

        점증적 과부하 훈련형태에 따른 역도선수들의 최대무게 측정 후 젖산 수준 및 안정시 스트레스 관련 호르몬의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of modified gradual overload training on performance (squat, snatch) and biochemistry factors(blood lactate, stress related hormones) in elite weight lifters. All subjects (n=16, Age: 24.1±4.3yr; height: 176.5±3.3㎝; Weight: 81.8±19.31㎏; Career: 9.9±2.3yr) were participated normal (GT) or modified gradual overload training(M-GT) during six weeks (6 time week-1, 2~hour/day). The 1RM of squat and snatch was markedly increased when applied M-GT training compared to that of GT. blood lactate level after squat 1RM test was significantly higher immediately after 1RM test and all recovery time course in M-GT. blood lactate level in M-GT after snatch 1RM test was same as squat 1RM test except for immediately after and 3, 5min recovery time compared to GT. Blood IGF-1 level has no significantly difference between GT and M-GT. Interestingly, Serum norepinephrine and cortisol level were significantly decreased when applied M-GT. these results showed that M-GT may improve weight lifting performance which is not because of growth related hormone but stress related hormone.

        저항성 트레이닝 유형에 따른 엘리트 여자 역도선수들의 생화학적 반응

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the musclar function and biochemical responses according to the training type (low intensity / high training volume (LLHV), high intensity / low exercise volume (HLLV), and to provide basic data on the constituting principle of weightlifting training program. The subjects of this study were six elite female weightlifters at university, and the research was conducted under the control of two leaders who have expertise and the understanding of characteristics of women athletes in weight lifting. As a result, the application of training program that has different intensity and volume for six weeks showed no significant difference in growth hormone (GH), insulin-like growth hormone (IGF-1), and urine creatinine. Although the reduction of muscle function, which is contrary to anticipated effects by the variables generated during the experiment planning and process, is the part of a follow-up study, the fact that the growth hormone, which plays an important role in the function and growth of skeletal muscle, is relatively higher in the low intensity / high training volume group, will be the meaningful research result to derive the principle of the weightlifting training program.

        워밍업 로션 처치가 역도선수의 체온변화와 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects on the human body through temperature and exercise performance of skin by timing after treating warming-up lotion and placebo lotion on weightlifters. To conduct the study, seven weightlifters were treated with placebo lotion (CON), followed by a 20-minute warm-up exercise, and an exercise stress test. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the lotion, body temperature was measured during warm-up exercises (5, 10, 15, 20 minutes), immediately after exercise, and five minutes after the end of exercise. After two weeks, the warming-up lotion (WU) was treated and measured using the same target and method. As a result, warming-up lotion did not show a significant difference in body part temperature by time, but compared to placebo lotion, skin temperature increased. Through exercise stress tests, analysis of maximum oxygen intake, maximum heart rate, and exercise time showed significant differences only in the maximum oxygen intake. Therefore, warming-up lotion increases temperature of weightlifters' skin and is positive for warm-up effects. However, since there are no studies related to warming-up lotion, more follow-up research is required.

        저항성 트레이닝 방법에 따른 엘리트 역도선수들의 근 기능 및 호르몬 반응

        Weightlifting is one of the personal competition sports that is based on the basic principle of successfully lifting the maximum weight of the barbell"s resistance by adjusting the dynamic force and body balance. In this regard, the physiological and training methodological approach based on the technical system of the weight lifting is a key factor for enhancement of the performance through scientific analysis and understanding. We investigated whether the application of training programs with different exercise intensity and repetition for 6-weeks improve muscular function and hormonal response related to the weightlifting performance in weightlifters. Eight weightliters were randomly divided into Low-load/High-Volume(LLHV) and High-Load/Low-Volume(HLLV) groups. Our data showed that body composition, muscular function, plasma hormone and cardiovascular function levels had no significant differences between types of training program. On the other hand, both types of training programs showed improved results for the overall variables after 6-weeks with a relatively higher rate of increase in the LLHV group. Taken together, it could be interpreted as a result of suggesting a possibility that the change of the training program according to the intensity and the amount of training for the weightlifting athletes who have physiological metabolic reaction fixed by the long-term training serves as an effective training intervention for enhancement of weightlifting performance.

        공액리놀렌산 섭취와 복합운동이 중년여성의 신체구성과 혈청 생화학성분에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of present study was to investigate the effect of interaction of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) and/or combined exercise on blood lipid profiles(total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, TG), C reactive protein, body composition in obese middle aged women. We recruited twenty women(BMI ≥25) and divided into three groups CON(n=6) group, CLA(n=7) group, COMBI (CLA and exercise training, n=7) group. CLA was taken 2g/day and endurance and resistance training was performed 60min/day, 3days/week for 6weeks. According to blood lipid profiles, CLA group have a significant decrease of total cholesterol and increase of HDL level(p<.05). Furthermore, COMBI group led to significant reduction of body weight and BMI. These results show that CLA and/or exercise training has ability of improving blood lipid profiles and body composition, which can reduce the risk of obesity and metabolic syndrome in obese middle aged women.

        엘리트 역도 선수들의 등속성 근기능 평가 및 진단

        In this study, we assessed isokinetic functions on the shoulder, knee and trunk joint in elite weight lifters to provide basic data in planning training program and preventing injury. The average value of Body Mass Index(BMI) in elite weight lifters was shown to have 28.55±2.62. This data presents that elite weight lifters have more lean body mass than body fat. Additional data showed 19.43±4.50% of body fat percentage, 16.18±5.22kg of body fat, 65.9±7.83kg of lean body mass and 38.48±5.28kg of skeletal muscle mass. After assessment of isokinetic muscle function on shoulder, left/right extensor showed 16% of difference in S1 and left/right flexor showed 15% of difference in S3 and 10% of difference in S5. Furthermore, all the participants showed severe imbalance on left/right knee joint. Particularly, S4 has 33% of difference between left and right knee joint. S3 showed the most higher ipsilateral strength balance( 93%) among the players on trunk joint, but extensor/flexor strength were below average grades. All the players, except for S3, showed imbalanced ipsilateral strength on trunk joint. Thus, if both sides of limbs have imbalanced muscle strength, positioning inaccurate movement and being exposed to high risks of injury frequently occur in weight lifting. Therefore, precise training program is required to prevent and reduce injury in weight lifting.

        해양 폴리페놀 복합음료 섭취가 역도선수들의 체간 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on how marine polyphenol mixed drinks(MPMD) intake affects the trunk muscle function(TMF) of weightlifting athletes(WA) and to improve performance. The subjects of the study were WA(N=20) from Seoul K University, and the group selection was Randomization by MPMD group(n=10) and control(no intake, CON) group(n=10). Pre-measurement was conducted in the order of body composition analysis and TMF measurement, and post-measurement was carried out in the same way after a 1 week's rest. In the case of MPMD group for post-measurement, MPMD was ingested after body composition analysis and TMF measurement was performed after 30 minutes of rest to minimize measurement error. Two-way repeated measure ANOVA was performed to compare the differences in TMF according to the presence or absence of intake between groups and time, and the significance level of all statistics set was α=.05. There was a statistically significant increase in the peak torque of 30°/sec trunk flexion and extension(p<.05; p<.05) in only the MPMD group, the peak torque of trunk extension also showed statistically significant differences in group×time interaction effects(p<.05). There was also a statistically significant difference in the effects of group×time interaction effects at the peak torque of 60°/sec trunk extension(p<.05).
