최근 폴리머 콘크리트는 프리캐스트 제품용으로 다양하게 생산·이용되고 있다. 폴리머 콘크리트의 수요가 많아짐에 따라 그에 따른 폐기물 처리문제가 야기된다. 폴리머 콘크리트는 부식에 대한 저항성이 강해 자연적 분해를 기대할 수 없으며 결합재인 수지의 비싼 가격이 구조물 적용에 걸림돌이 되어왔다. 이러한 점에서 볼 때 폐 폴리머 콘크리트의 재활용에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 불량한 폴리머 콘크리트 제품을 파쇄하여 얻어진 골재를 사용하여 폴리머 콘크리트 제조에 재활용함으로써 환경적 부담을 줄이는데 목적이 있다. 실험은 파쇄한 폐 폴리머 콘크리트와 모르터를 골재로 사용한 폴리머 콘크리트에 대하여 압축강도, 휨강도, 인장강도, 탄성계수, 포아송 비 등을 시험하고 기존의 폴리머 콘크리트에 대한 시험결과와 비교하였던 바 유의수를 5% 범위 내에서 유의성을 보여 충분한 재활용의 가치가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.
톱밥을 이용(利用)한 네일링 콘크리트의 기초적(基礎的) 성질(性質)

The objective of this study was to obtain basic data which can be applied to the use of nailing concrete using sawdust. The data results from an investigation of fundamental properties of nailing concrete using sawdust from pine native to Korea (Pinus densiflora S. et Z.). This data was then used to examine the effects of varying the mixing ratio of cement, sand, sawdust and water-cement ratio. Results of this study are summarized as follows; 1. The flow values varied between 22 to 108 per cent. To obtain these values, water-cement ratios required were 85 to 95 per cent and 100 to 120 per cent at the sawdust proportions of 0.2 and 0.3, respectively. 2. The specific gravities ranged from 1.09 to 1.43, which were lower than conventional concrete or mortar. This demonstrated the feasibility of making a light weight concrete for nailing using sawdust. 3. The water absorption was 25 to 30 per cent which was obviously higher values than for conventional concrete or mortar. Therefore, it may be concluded that nailing concrete using sawdust would not be recommended for use as a structural material exposed to water. 4. The Shore hardness was measured at 9.4 to 12. 6. These values were larger as the sawdust proportion, water-cement ratio, cement-sand proportion became smaller. 5. The compressive strength ranges were 18 to 51kg/㎠, 25 to 62kg/㎠ and 32 to 76 kg/㎠ at the age of 7-days, 14-days and 28-days, reapectively. The Shore hardness values became larger as the sawdust propertion, water-cement ratio, cement-sand propertion became smaller. 6. The resistance to nail driving and extraction were 5.9 to 13.3kg/cm and 4.1 to 15.2 kg/cm, respectively. The resistance to nail extraction was higher than that to nail driving at the 1 : 1 mixing ratio of cement to sand, resistances to nail driving and extraction were nearly equal at the 1 : 1.5 mixing ratio of cement to sand, and resistances to nail extraction was lower than that to nail driving at the 1 : 2 mixing ratio of cement to sand. It was confirmed that a mixing ratio of cement to sand smaller than 1 : 1.5 would be required in order to keep the bearing power of nail in designs for nailing concrete using sawdust.

Polymer concrete is mainly used for the precast products for laying under the ground because it has excellent strength and durability comparing to the cement concrete. In this study, MMA is used to improve the quality of unsaturated polyester polymer concrete. The unsaturated polyester polymer concrete is used to make panel specimens reinforced by FRP. Tests were carried out to survey the effect of FRP reinforcement according to thickness of the panels. The width and length of panel specimens are 20 cm and 100 cm, respectively, and the thicknesses of polymer concretes are 60, 80, and 100 mm. The thicknesses of FRP reinforcements are 0, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 mm. For each specimen, the load-deflection curves and other related physical properties were obtained to survey the flexure characteristics of FRP-reinforcement polymer concrete panels.

In this study, the polymer mortar was examined experimentally to survey its strength properties, in which MMA using multi-functional admixing agent of PMMA and the reactive additive (RA) for increasing strength and shortening setting time is the main component. Results show that both compressive and flexural strengths show the maximum value when the filler-binder ratio is 1.5. Also both strengths increase as the RA content increases: Those increase 50% when the RA content is 5% and do 80% when the content is 10%. The strengths do not show much variation up to PMMA content of 10%, and rather decrease when the with increasing the content. RA accelerates the hardening to make two-hour-curing strength be 60% and four-hour-curing strength be 90% of 7-day one. Strengths hardly show its difference at above 0℃, but the hardening occurs at the temperature of -10℃ to show 70% of the room-temperature-curing strength. Regardless of RA content, the adhesive strength is about 2.1 MPa when the RA content is over 5%.

In this paper, I have focused on the foundational and fundamental problems of the Turkish copula, i.e., to clarify its definition and functions. No matter how powerful the latest theory is, if the target of discussion is wrong, the result does not explain the language properly. To do this, I have looked at previous studies on the Turkish copula and seen that they have the many problems. Previous studies with respect to the copula have the following problems; 1) The traditional school grammar: the list of grammatical morphemes has not made up properly; ① They have not understood the fact that the so-called predicative verb is just the copula. ② Since the copula is an inflected word, prefinal and final or personal endings are added to its base. However, they have regarded personal endings as the copula. ③ They have considered the modality ending {-DIr} as the third person singular ending of the so-called predicative verb and counted that both negative postposition {degil} and the {-DIr} are the copula. ④ They have called the Turkish copula a verb or auxiliary verb. 2) In case of the copula is the focus of discussion: an agglutinative feature of the Turkish language has been ignored in their discussions and the theory of general linguistics and achievements of the study on the European languages were brashly applied to the Turkish copula; ① The copula, an inflected word, can be divided into its stem and suffixes. However, they have committed an error to equate the copula with personal endings in using the terminology of the complex categories such as <copula 1st singular>, <copular element>. ② They have seen the copula as a verb. ③ The semantic classification and hierarchy were excessively applied to the analysis of Turkish copular sentences. Finally, in this paper we have argued that the copula not only connects syntactically the predicate to the subject but also grammatical element to other ones.
