본 연구의 목적은 남자 간호대학생의 군 복무 후 학과 적응 경험의 의미를 현상학적인 방법을 통해 심층적으로 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 C시의 C대학교 간호학과 남학생 10명을 대상으로 군 복무 후 복학을 한 2학년, 3학년 학생들이다. 연구 방법은 심층 인터뷰로 2020년 9월부터 2020년 12월까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 Giorgi의 현상학적 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 남자 간호대학생의 군 복무 후 학과 적응 경험의 의미는 학과 생활의 어려움, 적응을 위한 노력, 학습동기 증가, 미래진로에 대한 성찰로 나타났다. 따라서 남자 간호대학생들의 복학 후 학과 적응을 돕기 위하여 입대 전부터 군 복무 후 복학 등의 과정에 따라 복학생들의 적응을 위한 간호학과와 학교 차원에서의 지원이 마련되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study is to describe in-depth the meaning of male nursing students’ experience of adaptation to department after military service through phenomenological methods. The subjects of this study are 2nd and 3rd year students who returned to school after serving in the military for 10 male students in the Department of Nursing at C university in C city. The research method was in-depth interviews, and data were collected from Sept. 2020 to Dec. 2020. Data were analyzed by Giorgi’s phenomenological method. As a result of the study, the meaning of the experience of adaptation to the department after military service of male nursing students was found to be difficulties in academic life, efforts for adaptation, increased motivation for learning, and reflection on future careers. Therefore, in order to help male nursing students adjust to their department after returning to school, it is thought that support at the department of nursing and school level should be provided for the adjustment of returning students according to the process from before enrollment to military service and then returning to school.

본 연구의 목적은 현상학적 방법을 이용하여 결혼한 지 1년 이내의 여성을 대상으로 새로운 가족되기 경험의 의미와 본질을 파악하고, 현상의 의미를 심층적으로 기술하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 G도의 결혼한 지 1년 이내이며 자녀가 없고 임신을 하지 않은 여성 9명을 편의표본 추출법인 눈덩이 표집법으로 모집하였다. 연구방법은 심층인터뷰와 녹음, 메모 등을 사용하여 2019년 7월에서 2020년 2월까지 자료를 수집하였다. 결혼한 지 1년 이내의 여성의 새로운 가족되기 경험을 확인하기 위한 핵심연구 질문은 ‘결혼 후 새로운 가족되기를 겪은 경험은 무엇인가?’ 이었다. 인터뷰 자료는 Giorgi의 현상학적 분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 신혼 부부의 새로운 가족되기 경험으로 4가지 구성요소와 11개 하위범주가 도출되었다: 4가지 구성요소는 다름으로 인한 갈등을 겪음, 새로운 가족이 생김, 새로운 역할이 증가함, 새로운 시작으로 나타났다. 연구결과 결혼 초기 서로와의 다름과 새로운 환경의 적응으로 가족되기에 어려움을 겪는데, 이를 완화하고 원만한 가족되기에 도움이 될 수 있도록, 신혼 부부를 대상으로 서로를 이해하고 원만한 부부되기 가족되기에 도움이 되는 관련 교육프로그램을 제공할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was to understand the meaning of the new family experience for women within a year of marriage through phenomenological methods, pursue the essence and describe the meaning of the phenomenon in depth. The participants were nine women who had been married within a year, had no children and were not pregnant. They were recruited by the snowball sampling method. The data were collected from July 2019 to February 2020 using in-depth interviews, recordings and memos. The key research question to know a woman"s experience of becoming a new family within a year of marriage was "What is your experience of becoming a new family member after marriage?" The interview data were analyzed using Giorgi"s phenomenological psychological analysis method. According to the analysis, the experience of newly married couples resulted in four components: conflict due to differences, new families, new responsibilities and new beginnings. In addition, differences between partners in the early stages of marriage and adaptations to a new environment made it difficult to become a happy family. Therefore, newly married couples should be provided with relevant education programs to help them understand each other and make an amicable family.
