어머니의 심리적 통제가 대학생의 심리적 부적응에 미치는 영향: 부적응적 완벽주의와 경험적 회피의 매개효과

본 연구는 어머니의 심리적 통제가 대학생의 심리적 부적응(불안, 우울)에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 이 과정에서 부적응적 완벽주의와 경험적 회피의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 인천에 소재한 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 382명의 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 사용한 구조방정식 모형 분석 및 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과 어머니의 심리적 통제가 대학생 자녀의 심리적 부적응에 영향을 미치는 경로를 매개변인인 부적응적 완벽주의와 경험적 회피가 완전매개하는 모형이 최종모형으로 채택되었다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 어머니의 심리적 통제는 대학생의 부적응적 완벽주의를 증가시키고 이는 다시 경험적 회피에 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 주어 심리적 부적응을 심화시키는 이중매개 효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 본 연구는 어머니의 심리적 통제로 인한 우울 및 불안을 경험하는 대학생들의 상담적 개입에 대한 자료에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of maternal psychological control on college students` psychological maladjustment, while also examining the mediating roles of maladaptive perfectionism and experiential avoidance. Structural equation modeling based on data from 382 college students in Seoul and Incheon indicated that the link between maternal psychological control and psychological maladjustment was fully mediated by maladaptive perfectionism and experiential avoidance. Specifically, maternal psychological control was positively related to college student`s maladaptive perfectionism, which, in turn, influenced experiential avoidance and eventually psychological maladjustment. These results would provide basic directions for the research and practice of college students counseling. Study limitations and implications for future studies were discussed.

Salmonella Typhimurium is a virulent pathogen for human and animal. We studied serotypes, biochemical characteristics, and antimicrobial resistance of S. Typhimurium isolated from diseased pigs in Gyeongbuk province over 1998 to 2008. One hundred sixteen isolates were identified as S. Typhimurium by biochemical characteristics and serotypes from 90 farms. The biochemical characteristics of S. Typhimurium isolates was production of H2S, indole-negative, fermentation of mannitol, dulcitol, sorbitol, inositol, rhamnose, and maltose, and ornithine decarboxylase. At antimicrobial susceptibility test, the majority of isolates were highly susceptible to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, cefepime, ciprofloxacin, while were highly resistant streptomycin, cephalothin, enrofloxacin, nalidixic acid, apramycin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline. The isolates were divided into 65 resistant patterns and 47 of the isolates were shown as a DT104 ASSSuT resistant phenotype.

A biochemical characterization and antimicrobial drugs susceptibility study was conducted in four breeding kennel which was canine abortion caused by Brucella canis in Gyeongbuk province in 2003-2006. Total of 267 dogs domesticated in the four kennel were examination. Among them, 143(53.6%) dogs were sero-positive and 25 of blood samples were isolated to Brucella canis. At amplification of 35KDa-BCSP gene using PCR, 711bp DNA fragment was same visible in 25 isolates and B canis RM6/66. Biochemical characterization of B canis isolated was non-hemolytic, no production of H2S, no fermentation of carbohydrates, catalase-positive, oxidase-positive, indol-negative, hydrolyzation of urea, reduction of nitrate and development of thionin dye medium. Using disk-diffusion method, all of 25 strains tested were found to be highly susceptible to tetracycline, aminoglycoside, quinolone, macrolide antibiotics, rifampin and ampicillin in vitro. Using PFGE with restriction enzyme SmiⅠ, 25 isolates tested were typed to 2 pattern, S1 and S2.

Fowl typhoid(FT) is a septicemic disease caused by Salmonella gallinarum. The purpose of this study was to investigate the antimicrobial resistance and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) patterns of S gallinarum isolated from broiler. During 1999 to 2004, there was isolated a total of 26 strains in liver and spleen. The biochemical characteristics of S gallinarum isolates was nonmotile, no production of H2S, glucose gas, non-fermented rhamnose, indole-negative, fermentation of dulcitol, mannitol, maltose, and ornithine decarboxylase. At antimicrobial susceptibility, all of isolates were susceptible to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, amikacin, neomycin, kanamycin, and cephalothin. Twenty-six isolates were divided into 19 resistant patterns and 6 strains was 8-multi-drug resistance. PFGE of XbaⅠrestriction fragments of S gallinarum isolates was 22 patterns.

Subtyping of Brucella abortus isolates is epidemiologically important for monitoring of bovine brucellosis outbreaks. Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) is considered as a gold standard of molecular typing methods to study the DNA polymorphisms of bacteria. In this study, we analyzed using PFGE the DNA fragment profiles of B. abortus isolated in Gyeongbuk province from 1998 to 2006. The genomic DNA was digested with the restriction endonuclease Xba I, Xho I and Smi I followed gel electrophoresis. No distinguishable patterns of the genomic DNA digested with Xba I and Xho I were observed among the field isolates of B. abortus tested in this study. But Smi I restriction enzyme resulted in two PFGE patterns consisting of 13-15 bands that ranged in size from 33 to 668bp by standard marker. The cluster analysis by DNA fingerprinting software showed 93.75% similarity between two PFGE patterns. No different PFGE patterns were recognized among the isolates originated from various years, regions and cow breeds.
