        대학생의 디자인 사고 특성이 학습 동기와 스트레스 관리를 통해 취업 의도에 미치는 영향

        대학생들이 직면하는 스트레스는 다양하지만 그들의 학습 동기와 취업 의도를 디자인 사고 특성으 로 접근한 연구 결과는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구는 대학생의 디자인 사고 특성이 학습동기 와 스트레스 관리를 통해 취업 의도에 미치는 영향을 밝히기 위해 진행되었고, 본 연구의 목적은 대학 생의 디자인 사고 특성이 학습 동기와 스트레스 관리를 통해 취업 의도에 미치는 영향이 어떻게 되는 지 대해 그 상관관계를 규명하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 디자인 사고 수업을 들은 대학생 300명을 대상으로 2023년 12월 1일부터 12월 15일까지 온라인 설문을 진행하였고, 최종 회수된 270부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 대학생의 디자인 사고 특성 중 공감과 통합적 사고는 학습 동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 디자인 사고 특성 중 협업은 학습 동기에 부 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 디자인 사고 특성 중 공감은 스트레스 관리에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학생의 디자인 사고 특정 중 통합적 사고와 실험주 의 그리고 협업은 스트레스 관리에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에 도출된 결과를 통해 디자인적 사고 특성의 영향을 이해하고 향후 대학생들의 취업 의도를 향상시키는 정책 마련에 도 움을 줄 거라 기대된다. The stresses faced by college students are diverse, yet there is a significant lack of research examining the impact of their learning motivation and job intentions through the lens of design thinking characteristics. Therefore, this study was conducted to illuminate how college students' design thinking characteristics influence their job intentions through learning motivation and stress management. The aim of this research is to elucidate the correlations between college students' design thinking characteristics, learning motivation, stress management, and job intentions. To achieve this, an online survey was conducted among 300 college students who have taken design thinking courses from December 1 to December 15, 2023, and 270 completed responses were used for the final analysis. The findings revealed several key insights. Firstly, the design thinking characteristics of empathy and integrative thinking positively impact learning motivation. Secondly, collaboration, another design thinking characteristic, has a negative effect on learning motivation. Thirdly, empathy was found to negatively affect stress management. Fourthly, integrative thinking, experimentalism, and collaboration positively influence stress management. The results of this study are expected to enhance the understanding of the impact of design thinking characteristics and aid in the development of policies to improve job intentions among college students.

        EMS를 결합한 다리 근력 강화훈련이 대학 축구선수의 넙다리네갈래근 근활성도에 미치는 영향

        Background: This study aims to investigate the effect of lower limb strengthening training combined with electro muscle stimulation on the quadriceps femoris muscle activity of soccer players. Methods: Thirty university soccer players were selected as study subjects and divided into a lower limb strengthening training group combined with EMS (GroupⅠ) and a general lower limb strengthening training group (GroupⅡ), and 15 subjects were randomly assigned. After receiving general soccer training, subjects in this study additionally mediated lower limb strengthening training combined with EMS and general lower limb strengthening training for 26 minutes, 3 times a week for 8 weeks. Quadriceps femoris muscle activity was analyzed before mediation. Vastus medialis, vastus lateralis, and rectus femoris were measured with maximum isometric contraction in the manual muscle test position in order to analyze leg muscle activity. The same items as above were re-measured and a between-group analysis was conducted after 8 weeks of mediation. Results: As a result of comparative analysis of lower extremity muscle activity between groups, the lower limb strengthening training group combined with EMS showed a statistically significant difference in lower extremity muscle activity compared to the general lower limb strengthening training group. Conclusion: As a result, it was found that lower limb strengthening training combined with EMS was more effective in improving quadriceps femoris muscle activity. Based on this study, we are going to provide basic data on the possibility of using EMS in the field of sports rehabilitation for soccer players.

        Viperin Deficiency Promotes Polarization of Macrophages and Secretion of M1 and M2 Cytokines

        Viperin is a multifunctional protein that was first identified in human primary macrophages treated with interferon-γ and in human fibroblasts infected with human cytomegalovirus. This protein plays a role as an anti-viral protein and a regulator of cell signaling pathways or cellular metabolism when induced in a variety of cells such as fibroblasts, hepatocytes and immune cells including T cells and dendritic cells. However, the role of viperin in macrophages is unknown. Here, we show that viperin is basally expressed in murine bone marrow cells including monocytes. Its expression is maintained in bone marrow monocyte-derived macrophages (BMDMs) depending on macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) treatment but not on granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) treatment. In wild type (WT) and viperin knockout (KO) BMDMs differentiated with M-CSF or G-MCSF, there are little differences at the gene expression levels of M1 and M2 macrophage markers such as inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and arginase-1, and cytokines such as IL-6 and IL-10, indicating that viperin expression in BMDMs does not affect the basal gene expression of macrophage markers and cytokines. However, when BMDMs are completely polarized, the levels of expression of macrophage markers and secretion of cytokines in viperin KO M1 and M2 macrophages are significantly higher than those in WT M1 and M2 macrophages. The data suggest that viperin plays a role as a regulator in polarization of macrophages and secretion of M1 and M2 cytokines.

        대학생의 허리통증에 대한 SNAGS(Sustained Natural Apophyseal Glides)기법이 허리통증과 오스웨스트리 장애지수(KODI)에 미치는 영향

        Background: This study investigated the effects of sustained natural apophyseal glides (SNAGS) technique on lower back pain and pain disability among university students with lower back pain. Methods: A total thirty 20~30 year old university students with lower back pain were divided into two groups. A lumbar flexibility exercise was applied to the control group (n=15). The SNAGS technique group (n=15) received L1~L4 segment mobilization using SNAGS technique. Intervention was implemented for 20 minutes, 3 times a week for 3 weeks. The SNAGS were performed using belt with flexion and extension, whereas lumbar flexibility exercise included lumbar flexion and extension. Lower back disability was measured using the Korean Oswestry disability index (KODI), and pain sensitivity was measured by pain pressure threshold (PPT). The groups were assessed for lower back pain disability and pain, before and after the intervention. Results: There were significant improvements in both the KODI and PPT of the SNAGS technique group (p<.05), while the lumbar flexibility exercise group showed no significant change (p>.05). In addition, the SNAGS technique group had a statistically significant difference in KODI and PPT compared to the lumbar flexibility exercise group (p<.05). Conclusion: SNAGS technique is more effective than lumbar spine joint flexibility exercise in the improvement of lower back pain disability and pain among university students with lower back pain.

      • 디스크 댐퍼 형상이 HDD내부 유동 및 TMR에 미치는 영향

        The recording density of a hard disk drive is increasing so rapidly that the storage capacity of a commercial HDD in PC reaches several hundred giga bytes recently. Many technologies related to the HDD, such as servo, media, actuator dynamics, thermo and fluid dynamics, etc. must be developed together to realize high recording density. Especially, researches in the airflow inside the HDD cavity become important as the rotational speed of a disk increases. Typical problem due to the airflow is the vibration of an actuator as the airflow collides with an E-block, suspensions and sliders, that is, FIV(Flow Induced Vibration). This problem is one of the significant sources of increasing TMR so that it must be resolved. In this research, a disk damper shape has been modified to minimize the effects of airflow on the actuator. Modified disk dampers which change flow field inside HDD cavity show good effects not only on the disk flutter but also on the vibration of an actuator. Vibrations of Eblock and slider have been measured with LDV and the airflow field inside the HDD cavity has been analyzed using a commercial package to verify these effects.

        테라테인먼트적인 체외충격파치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 하지 근활성도와 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 체외충격파치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 하지 근활성도와 균형능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 시행하였다. 뇌졸중 환자 30명을 대상으로 체외충격파치료군 15명과 거짓-체외충격파치료군 15명으로 나누어 8주 동안 주 2회, 1회 당 2000 shot을 시행하였다. 측정은 전경골근과 비복근의 근활성도와 안정성 한계를 측정하였다. 집단 간 중재 전 · 후 하지 근활성도와 균형능력을 비교하기 위해 공분산분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과 체외충격파치료군이 거짓-체외충격파치료군과 비교하여 하지 근활성도와 균형능력에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이 연구로 인하여 체외충격파치료는 뇌졸중 환자의 하지 근활성도와 균형능력 향상에 효과적인 중재방법이라고 할 수 있으며 뇌졸중 환자의 재활치료에 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT) on lower extremity muscle activation and balance ability in stroke patients. Thirty subjects were randomly divided into ESWT group (n=15) and sham-ESWT (n=15). ESWT group received a daily 2000 shot for two times a week for eight weeks. Subjects were measured on lower extremity muscle activation(tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius) and balance ability(limited of stability). Analysis of covariance(ACOVA) were performed for comparison of lower extremity muscle activation and balance ability between group. Significant difference in lower extremity muscle activation and balance ability was observed in ESWT group compared with the sham-ESWT group. Findings of this study suggest that ESWT may have a beneficial effect on improvement of lower extremity muscle activation and balance ability in stroke patients and use it as basic data for the rehabilitation training of stroke patients.
