The recent environmental protection trend requires more strict energy saving, therefore every transportation system should reduce energy consumption to the minimum value. High-efficiency operation system, energy saving and CO2 emissions shall be addressed as important issue in railway system. These issues are the most essential factors of railway, compared to major public transportation system. Recently, saving energy in the electric railway system has been studied. For such new energy saving, the Energy storage system is considered for saving energy. Energy saving is possible by efficient use of regenerated energy. Regenerated energy is recycled amongst vehicles by mean of charge and discharge corresponding to powering and braking of electric vehicle operations. This energy saving contributes to cut CO2 to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Recycling regenerated energy demonstrate significant effect on peak cut of consumption energy in railway substation. Absorption of excess energy avoids regeneration failure due to high traction voltage. This paper presents effects by applying the energy storage system to SeoulMetro Line 2.

The ESS(energy storage system, here after) stores the energy generated during braking and discharges it again when a vehicle accelerates. The ESS is able to store and discharge energy extremely quickly, consequently enabling a complete exchange of energy between vehicles, even if they are not braking and accelerating at precisely the same time, as is most frequently the case in everyday service. Because railway operating companies have not much fund, All ESSs are not able to be installed at the same time. Therefore, This paper presents results of simulation analysis to decide the priority order to Install ESS on SeoulMetro Line.

다물체 동역학해석을 이용한 DMT 화차의 주행특성 연구

The present investigate is a base investigate required in development of DMT wagon train. And it deduced that follows by developing trail analysis model about Modalohr wagon train and examining traveling movement specific using analysis model developed. Vibration acceleration of all direction was increased with addition of travel speed and first suspension. But in case of right and left vibration acceleration, that could influenced by nonlinear specific of first suspension. Therefore checking about those is needed. Frequency of 2~3 ㎐ and 7~8 ㎐ generated in Right and left, up, down vibration of vehicle. And right and left vibration of bogie generated 25~35 Hz in low speed section and frequency of 40~50 ㎐ in high speed section, 25~35 ㎐ in low speed section, 10~15 or 40~50 ㎐ in high speed section.

I accomplished a curve section traveling safety assessment analysis followed with railway condition for elevation of a curve passage speed of train utilizing trail analysis model. As a result, we confirmed that excess cant influence in badly traveling safety of train followed with cant change and cant shortage influence in badly traveling safety in case of large a curve radius and traveling safety of originally a curve section is most wrong. Also we confirmed that shortage of relief a curve length influence in badly traveling safety followed with change of relief a curve length.

The Light Rail Transit (LRT) System which has medium transport capacity between subway and bus(5,000-25,000 persons per hour) is the most advanced transportation system. It has many benefits cheap construction operational costs through driverless and flexible route planning. Also the rubber tired AGT (K-AGT) of various LRT has a rubber wheels and side guide. The side guide type has an many advantages. but occur a vibration and friction noise through contact between guide rail and wheel. Most of point that decreased comport is vibration thorough the guide contact. In this paper It is purpose to improve the maximum running speed of rubber tired AGT localization bogie which is currently developed from 70km/h to 80km/h. To satisfy comport index of railway vehicle that is required in performance test. we examined coefficient of bogie suspension which is designed.
무인운전 시스템과 PSD 연동 및 BY-PASS 개선방안

유인운전 시스템에서는 PSD(Platform Screen Door)의 닫힘&잠김 장애발생시 승인된 요원이 현장점검 및 승객통제를 하여 단기간에 복구가 어려운 중대 장애 발생시 관제실과 연동하여 BY-PASS 전환 후 열차진입 및 발차가 가능하지만, 무인운전 시스템과 PSD 연동에서는 장애발생시 전동차 도어와 연동하여 해당 문을 취급하지 않는 CUT-OUT 기능을 BY-PASS 기능대신 사용하여 기 설치된 PSD중 하나라도 닫힘&잠김이 되지 않는 경우에는 열차운행 정지라는 막대한 리스크가 발생하게 된다. 따라서, 무인운전 시스템과 PSD연동 및 BY-PASS 시험을 통해 무인운전 시스템에 BY-PASS 기능을 추가하여 PSD 장애발생시 승인된 요원이 BY-PASS기능을 사용함으로서 시스템의 가용성 및 유지보수성을 극대화하고 안전한 열차운행이 되도록 개선방안의 계기가 되길 바란다. Manned operation system is closed & locked in case of failure of the PSD (Platform Screen Door) authorized personnel on-site inspections and passenger control in the short-term recovery is difficult in case of a serious disorder ATC in conjunction with BY-PASS switch after train entry and departure However, unmanned systems and PSD Interlocked in the event of a failure in conjunction with train doors, the door does not treat CUT-OUT function BY-PASS function instead of using any one of the already installed PSD if it is not closed & locked the train station stop the enormous risks will occur. BY-PASS system to add functionality unmanned in case of failure by PSD and unmanned systems and interlocking BY-PASS tests authorized personnel BY-PASS function by using safe and maximize system availability, and maintainability hope improvement of opportunity to the train station.
