동,서독 행정 비교 연구서설: 부르디외의 아비투스와 장(場) 개념을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 사회학자 부르디외의 아비투스와 장 개념을 중심으로 동·서독 행정의 형성과 발전과정을 재해석 하는데 있다. 이를 통하여 동·서독 행정의 발전과정을 이해하고 이러한 발전과정에서 형성된 동·서독 행정의 특징을 압축적으로 설명하고자 한다. 특히 아비투스와 장 개념을 동·서독 행정 비교연구에 응용하여 단순히 동·서독 행정체제와 그 특징만을 분석하는 것이 아니라 두 개념을 통하여 상이한 동·서독관료의 성향(아비투스)을 분석하는 틀을 제공하는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 그리고 본 연구는 비단 동·서독 비교연구에만 활용되는 것은 아니다. 앞으로 남·북한이 통일 될 경우 이질적인 남·북한의 관료성향을 이해하고 더 나아가서 이를 해결하기 위한 후속연구의 방향을 제시하는 데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. There are not a lot of introduction about German Public Administration, especially East German Public Administration in Korea. It is interesting that even most of German people are not concerned with the current East German Public Administration since Germany twenty odd years the end of the unification. This examines about the effective scheme to introduce of East·West German Public Administration. To this, researcher utilized Habitus, Conception of Field of Pierre Bourdieu. By this Habitus and Conception of Field, It doesn`t only analyze the features and the development procees of Public Administrative System. Strong point of Conception of Field and Habitus is making possible to analyze the development process and specialties and further more makes able to analyze the Habitus which is the internalized system of tendency of bureaucrat. So this paper put the meaning on setting the frame of analyzing contrast tendency of bureaucrat between East Germany and West Germany based on discretion of features and development history of East·West German Public Administration
철도차량용 복합재료 소화기 보관함 개발을 위한 구조해석

The purpose of this study is structural analysis for changing the material from stainless steel to composite material in order to lighten the fire extinguisher storage box installed in the railway car. We want to know the thickness of the box and the part that needs to be reinforced due to stress concentration and deformation of the structure when changing materials with composite materials. The analysis was carried out by using the physical properties of SUS304 and glass fiber composite material for the same shape. As a result, when using glass fiber composite material, the thickness of the fire extinguisher storage box was determined as 3 mm thick, that is, 1.5 mm thicker than the conventional stainless steel box, and the restrained flange was need to be reinforced. As a result, the proposed composite fire extinguisher box showed a slight increase of stress value about 1.5 MPa and a displacement of about 13 μm compared to the conventional one, but the weight reduction of 51% could be obtained.
복합재료 충전재의 열전도도 변화에 따른 수냉각 고전류 충전 케이블의 방열특성 해석

In this study, the water-cooled charging cable with high electrical current was analyzed. The conductive composite material used as a filler in the charging cable. To find out the optimal thermal conductivity of the filler composite numerical simulations were carried out with several cases. The cable calculated in this study has a length of 5 m and a total heat input of 100 W. The thermal conductivity of the composite material was varied from 0.1 to 9 W/m·K, and the maximum temperature of the cable, the heat release rate to the cooling water, and the temperature distribution were evaluated. As a result, the thermal conductivity of the composite material filler should be at least 1.0 W/m·K and recommended as 3.0 W/m·K.

We propose a teaching material for helping students understand phenomena related to the three dimensional harmonic vibration. The simple harmonic motion of a particle attached springs on a horizontal frictionless plane (a two dimensional plane) can be visualized by so called Lissajous figures. Extending it by using the track of laser beam on vibrating screen after two reflections from the two mirrors vibrating in the two perpendicular directions to the vibration direction of the screen, we made a teaching material to visualize phenomena related to the simple harmonic motion in the three dimensional space.
가스터빈의 성능과 연료전지의 출력비중이 고체산화물 연료전지/가스터빈 하이브리드 시스템 성능에 미치는 영향

출력 규모가 다른 세가지 상용 가스터빈들을 바탕으로 고체산화물 연료전지/가스터빈 하이브리드 시스템을 구성하고 성능을 비교하였다. 각 가스터빈을 사용할 때 연료전지와 가스터빈의 출력 비중 및 효율을 비교, 분석하였고 연료전지 설계온도를 변화시키면서 출력 비중의 변화와 시스템 효율 변화를 분석하였다. 수십 ㎾ 급 소형 가스터빈을 사용한 하이브리드 시스템에서는 연료전지 온도가 변하여도 효율은 거의 변화가 없었지만 ㎿ 급 및 수백 ㎿ 급 등 중,대형 가스터빈을 사용하는 경우에는 연료전지 작동온도가 높아질수록 시스템 효율이 높아짐을 확인하였다. 또한 연료전지로 공급되는 공기량을 조절하여 연료전지 출력 비중을 변화시키는 것에 대해서도 해석하였다. Solid oxide fuel cell/gas turbine hybrid systems that use three gas turbines having different power outputs were devised and their performance was compared. The power shares of the gas turbine and fuel cell and the net system efficiency were compared among the three systems, and their variations with the design fuel cell temperature were investigated. The system efficiency was predicted to be insensitive to the fuel cell temperature in the sub-㎿ system, but it increased with increasing fuel cell temperature in both the multi-㎿ and hundred-㎿ systems. The influence of air bypass around the fuel cell on the system performance was also investigated.

In this paper, modeling and vibration analysis of a rotating drill was conducted based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory and Winkler-type elastic foundation theory. The drill was idealized as a rotating pre-twisted beam, and the hybrid deformation variable modeling method was employed to consider the effect of compression due to axial force on the bending stiffness of the drill. The time-varying penetration depth of workpiece was modeled using the Winkler-type elastic foundation theory and unit-step function. Finally, the equation of motion is derived using the Rayleigh-Ritz assumed mode method and Kanes method. From the numerical results, it was found that the natural frequency abruptly dropped at the moment of contact between the drill and workpiece. It was also found that the 1st natural frequency of the drill depends on the rotation speed, pre-twisted angle and axial force.
대기용해 시 내화물 도가니의 종류가 가돌리늄(Gadolinium)을 함유한 듀플렉스 스테인레스 강의 미세조직에 미치는 영향

This paper reports the effect of a refractory crucible type on the microstructure of duplex stainless steel (DSS) cast with the addition of gadolinium using air-induction melting. Grade 4A DSSs with 1 wt% of gadolinium (Gd) were fabricated in various crucibles including alumina (Al2O3), magnesia (MgO), calcia (CaO) coated with yttria (Y2O3) and graphite. The standard free energies of the formation of calcium and yttrium oxide were lower than those of gadolinium oxide and other crucible elements based oxide. The yield of Gd in DSS using Al2O3, MgO, CaO-coated Y2O3 and graphite was 5, 19, 83 and 96%, respectively. As Gd yield increased,the amount of Gd-based inclusions increased, the size of the inclusions were reduced, and the inclusions became evenly distributed.
