우체국보험은 실질적인 운영모습이 민영보험과 다르지 않음에도 불구하고 보험업법의 적용을 받지 않고 금융감독원의 감독도 받지 않는다. 이로 인해 불공정경쟁의 문제, 소비자보호의 문제 등이 야기되자 우체국보험의 감독을 민영보험과 일원화해야한다는 논의가 거세어졌고, 그 방법으로는 우체국보험을 우정사업본부에서 분리하여 민영화하는 방법이 많이 논의되어왔다. 하지만 우체국보험은 적자에 빠지기 쉬운 우편사업의 사업비를 보전해주고, 우편사업은 우체국 지점을 우체국보험에 금융지점처럼 제공해주는 공생관계에 있는데, 이를 통해 국민들이 경제력이나 사는 지역에 구애받지 않고 누구나 우편과 금융서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 보편적서비스의 제공이 이루어져왔다. 그러나 우체국보험을 민영화하면 이러한 보편적서비스의 제공이 어려워질 것이 예상되므로, 우체국보험을 민영화하지 않고도 우체국보험의 감독을 민영보험과 일원화할 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. In Korea, the Financial Services Commission and the Financial Supervisory Service do not have the rights to supervise the Postal Insurance. And the Insurance Business Act can't be applied to the Postal Insurance. As a result, a lot of problems such as unfair competition and protection of the insured have occurred. As a solution of these problems, privatization of the Postal Insurance has been discussed. But the Postal Insurance has made up the loss of the Postal Mail Service, and the Postal Mail Service has offered finance branch to the Postal Insurance. Due to this symbiotic relationship, 'the Universal Postal Service' has been successfully given to people. So, we need to discuss about desirable integration of supervision, while maintaining present postal system.

Some SUV vehicle have a problem that water droplet is attached in wind shield at lower speed 40㎞/h-60㎞/h when the vehicle run on load with a swallow rain puddle. Why the problem is happened? Various test and theorical approach is adopted for solving the problem. Finally we find the mechanism where water droplet is generated. how they escape from the tire and bumper, at last how they are attached on wind shield. The approach angle at front of tire is the major factor for preventing the problem. The next car that we make will obviously adapt lower approach angle at the front tire to prevent this phenomena.
