본 연구는 순채 점액질 다당체의 인체 피부와 in vitro에서의 피부 보습효과를 확인하고 화장품 원료로서의 가능성을 평가하기 위한 것이다. 다양한 환경적 스트레스와 노화로부터 피부를 보호하기 위해서는 피부의 수분 보유량을 증가시키고 수분의 손실을 예방해야 한다. 본 연구진은 순채의 점액질로부터 추출한 다당체를 인체 피부에 도포했을 때, 특이적인 윤활성으로 피부에서의 거칠기(roughness)를 개선시켰다는 것을 확인했다. In vitro에서 각질형성세포에 순채 점액질 다당체를 처리했을 때, 피부장벽의 가교 역할을 하는 transglutaminase 1 (TGM1) 유전자의 발현이 증가하였다. 또한 물과 글리세롤의 이동을 조절하는 막관통 단백질 aquaporin 3 (AQP3)와 수분 보유 기질 히알루론산을 합성하는 효소인 hyaluronan synthase 3 (HAS3) 유전자의 발현 또한 증가함을 확인했다. 추가적으로 화장품 원료로서의 가능성을 평가하기 위한 실험에서, 항염증과 콜라겐 합성 촉진 효능을 보였다. 결과적으로 순채의 점액질 다당체는 기존에 없는 새로운 천연 원료로서, 피부에 보습 효과와 항염증, 콜라겐 합성 촉진 효능이 있음을 밝혔다. In this study, we evaluated the skin moisturizing effect of Brasenia schreberi (B. schreberi) mucilage polysaccharide on human skin and in vitro and the potent cosmetic ingredient for skin. To protect skin from various environmental stresses and aging, we should increase moisture content of skin and prevent water loss. We have found that polysaccharides extracted from mucilage of B. schreberi improved the roughness of skin with its lubricating behavior. In vitro, the expression of transglutaminase 1 (TGM1) gene, which plays a role in cross-linking the skin barrier, was increased when the keratinocytes were treated with B. schreberi polysaccharides. In addition, the expression of hyaluronan synthase 3 (HAS3) gene, an enzyme that synthesizes water-binding matrix hyaluronic acid, aquaporin 3 (AQP3), which regulates the movement of water and glycerol were also increased. In addition, an experiment to evaluate its potential as a cosmetic ingredient has shown anti-inflammatory and collagen synthesis-promoting effects. As a result, the mucilaginous polysaccharide from natural products which has not existed before, showed moisturizing effect, anti-inflammation and collagen synthesis-promoting effects for skin protection and hydration.

개인의 동적능력, 기업역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 기술지향성의 매개효과와 정부지원정책의 조절효과

본 연구는 대전지역 스마트부품 중소업체 직원의 동적능력 및 기업역량이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 연구이다. 대전지역 스마트부품 중소업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 127부의 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석결과는 직원의 변환융합능력 및 기업역량이 기술지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 한편, 기술지향성이 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 또는 기술지향성은 부분 또는 완전 매개효과 있는 것으로 나타났고, 정부지원정책은 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 스마트부품 중소업체에게 직원의 동적능력이 기업성장에 매우 중요한 역량이 되는 것을 확인되었고, 더 나아가 기술 주도 중소 부품업체에게 실질적 도움이 되도록 맞춤형 지원책의 입안과 실행의 중요성을 제안할 수 있다. This study analyzes the dynamic capabilities of employees of small and medium-sized Smart Parts companies in Daejeon and the impact of corporate capabilities on the company s management performance. 127 copies of data were collected through a survey of small and medium-sized Smart Parts businesses in Daejeon. The data analysis results proved that employees convergence and corporate capabilities have a positive impact on technology orientation, while technology orientation has a positive impact on management performance. Alternatively, technology orientation was found to be partially or fully mediated, and government support policies were found to be ineffective. The results of this study confirmed that the dynamic capability of employees is a very important capability for business growth for small and medium-sized Smart Parts companies, and further suggest the importance of customized support measures to help technology-driven small and medium-sized parts companies.
