This study purposes to figure the differences in work satisfaction that hotel employees, who could be called as internal hotel customers, recognize according to the demographic characteristics. That is, the study proposes differences of work satisfaction according to genders, academic abilities, working department and position, and the differentiated strategies and implications that could consider work satisfaction of internal customers, who could be named as important resources to achieve the managerial target of the hotel enterprises, through such. To summarize the analysis results, first of all, the satisfaction verification of the internal hotel customers according to the genders showed to have statistic means, and the female group had higher satisfaction than the male group in the entire categories of the work satisfaction, including satisfaction in work, fare, working environment and relationship between employees. Second, the entire categories showed to have statistic means in the satisfaction verification of the internal hotel customers according to the working department. Third, the difference verification of work satisfaction by positions appeared as the manager group had higher satisfaction in work and fare satisfactions but employees showed to have lower satisfaction.

This Study is brought relation between banquet employee's internal marketing and customer's service satisfaction. This study grasps effect relation of employee's internal marketing and customer's service satisfaction because there is in these relation and it allowed purpose of this study that wish to provide hotel banquet hall more the better service. Customer is very important for the forecast of changes in hotel management. It means that any hotel management can not succeed without detailed concern and close communication to customers. Recently, Banquet Department is an important source of income for many deluxe hotels and it is one of the leading and fastest growing divisions in the hotel industry. This study is to the effects of hotel banquet employee's internal marketing and customer's service satisfaction. For the empirical analysis, a survey was done for 30 days from July 10th to August 10th, 2004 in order to collect the basic data about hotel.
