This Study is investigated that the suitability of an apartment house's standing rules about Equipment noise. That device estimates the noise that occurred each household in using plumbing system. Recently the conflict of something related to each household's noise was broken out with elevation of living standards. So people have made and applied the regulation of standard for the noise of floor or that of exterior. But the possibility of dispute still remains. This is because we have no criterion of standard of noise originated in using equipments. Consequently, we make an analysis of the influence of the equipment noise. This was conducted by O1dB's symphonie device. The result make estimate influence of the noise strength that occurs in the building equipments. We make the improved standard of the current Noise Regulation and to suggest the basic data for low level noise instrument and the standard of toilet's closing construction.

With increasing cultural-economic demands, we are experiencing increasing dispute cases of environment rights violation. There are many specific judicial precedents about the issue of Solar access right, which is clearly indicated in the rules of Building codes. However, it is difficult to find the cases of genuine debates or studies on the right of view yet. This paper is a basic study to examine objective standards of view right and quantitative judgment of its violation. Focusing on various judicial precedents, it tries to establish related terms, assess economic values, and deduce basic elements for the quantification of view right. Many cases of view right violation in collective housing have not been regally approved since they are mainly a matter of living benefits which are supposed not to have their economic values. However, the paper argues that it is surely required to study and discuss this issue now considering the market price of residence reflecting the view benefit. The physical elements for the quantification of view benefit, such as View Target, View Location and View Distance, can be connected with the national system of geographic information. It will be utilized to quantify the economic value of view targets or view points, and to supply the objective information of view conditions. Furthermore, it will be also used as valuable source for various urban planning.
BIM 기반 친환경 건축물 인증제도의 사용자 중심적인 개선방안에 관한 연구

Buildings are a space that people exist and operate. However, the items of certification system evaluated by specification with considering user secondary. It is not user-centered but institution-centered. In this study, problems of green building certification were analyzed. And specific standard was suggested which can apply user-centered feedback factors, and judge elements by POE. By applying BIM the properties and characteristics were represented. BIM tools analyze the details. Based on POE and BIM, it will be suggested how to improve green building certification.
에너지 시뮬레이션을 통한 친환경학교의 에너지절약 계획방안에 관한 연구

In this study, Renewable energy plan of building is presented for energy conservation by analyzing energy consumption of a building applying renewable energy system based on building energy requirements. Energy consumption was evaluated by 4 alternative plan for different renewable energy system. Separated by zones based on the similar rooms, energy usage was evaluated. Energy savings of four selected as an alternative energy usage was calculated for each alternative plan. It was evaluated mainly whole energy alternation based on obligation cost. As a result, all the alternative plans were in good condition in terms of energy saving. Therefore, it is profitable that planning by separating energy source from zone control for building type. Comparative Analysis of actual usage fees and energy simulation, a more accurate energy savings could be found.
도시공원의 탄소중립 및 이산화탄소 순흡수원으로의 계획에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to estimate the carbon dioxide absorptions in the city park by analyzing facilities carbon emissions and absorption of trees. Eco-friendly plan of city park is presented for energy conservation. CO₂ enissions are estimated by usages of electricity and water utility in currently under operation. CO₂absorptions are estimated by Equations based on a variety of trees. The results of this study were as follows; CO₂ emissions of the parks was less than CO₂ absorptions by 10%. Absorptions can be secured by application of high-efficiency equipment and renewable energy. Ideal application of renewable energy can be estimated by the simulation of various target site. And further studies on the LCC of the park will be needed.
도시공원계획의 이산화탄소 저감방안에 따른 LCC 및 LCCO2 분석

In this study, the cost of City Park for low carbon dioxide emissions was investigated by LCC analysis. Selecting 7 kinds of alternatives for reducing carbon dioxide, costs were calculated for each alternatives. Calculated on the basis of the cost of LCC were analyzed. In addition, LCCO2 was calculated on the basis of the quantity of carbon dioxide emissions in the operation period. The result of analysis, economic feasibility of renewable energy facilities was poor because of high initial cost and maintenance cost. However, the cost of facilities could be decreased by development and standardization. And it is necessary environmental approach rather than economics. In case of LCCO2, the reduction of carbon dioxide may realize by replacing existing energy system to renewable energy.

Urbanization and Population concentration are made city, that is solid and smooth, unchanging characteristics. These materials are shown to increase the impermeability. The impermeability exacerbate function of circulation and as a result various problems arise. It is presented as a solution to the Biotops Area Ratio Calculation. The Biotops Area Ratio Calculation is Space Type Elements is applied to decide the purpose of recovering the function of the city. In this study, according to the Biotops Area Ratio Calculation impact of urban space is to analyze quantitatively. The purpose of this study is the analysis of the Changes and Effects in the Urban Climate by the Biotop Area Ratio Calculation in terms of Redevelopment and Partial Improvement. Fundamental research methods for this research to proceed. To analyze the effects of the urban climate shown using Envi-met simulated. For improvements to the city"s function of water circulation to identify the area and simply applying the space type elements. Analysis of, on the basis of simulation, temperature, humidity and other conditions. Used for behavior determines the impact of urban climate. The analysis results, the weight is shown in climate change and maintain proportionality. And, using the optimal conditions are selected according to the behavior is important. So, in order to use the space for an active form of the type used for quantitative studies are required.

This is a phased study of the development of the quantification technique of right of view which is the basis of the view plan. The quantification technique is verified through the courtyard apartment and to derive the basic basis of optimal layout and view plan. Based on the self-developed evaluation method, the quantification was evaluated by calculating the measurement point by the quantification technique. As a result of the calculation, the lower floor is more advantageous for the view than the high floor due to the difference of the view distance and the view angle. It is also necessary to set the reference by weight. The quantification technique method enables intuitive evaluation of meaningful view objects. Considering the view only, it is advantageous to arrange a living room facing the courtyard where the view is planned. On the other hand, sunshine is much affected by the self-shadowing. Therefore, in the case of an unfavorable household, it is necessary to plan the windows and the space to bring sunshine from outside.
