화재피해를 입은 철근콘크리트 단주시험체의 보수재료 적용 후 내화성능 평가

Currently, there are no specific repair methods for RC structures damaged by fire, and repair methods are applied when durability deterioratesdue to aging. In addition, a number of recent studies have been reported that have conducted fire resistance assessment of the repair materialsthemselves, assuming exposure to high-temperature environments such as fires. However, researches that evaluate the fire resistance performanceof the repair materials by applying existing repair materials to the actual fire damaged reinforced concrete structures are very rare. Therefore, in this study, a number of existing repair materials were applied to fire-damaged concrete column to compare and evaluate the fireresistance performance with the original cover concrete. 현재 화재피해를 입은 건축물을 대상으로 한 특정된 보수·보강 공법은 국내외적으로 없으며, 경년열화에 따른 내구성 저하 시 적용되는 보수재료 및 공법을 준용하여 보수·보강을 실시하고 있다. 또한 화재와 같은 고온 환경에 노출될 경우를 가정하여 보수재료 자체의 내화성능 평가를 실시한 연구가 최근 다수 보고되고 있지만, 실제 화재피해 철근콘크리트 구조물에 기존 보수재료를 적용한 후 다시 내화시험을 실시하여 보수재료의 내화성능을 평가한 연구는 국내외적으로 매우 드물다. 이에 본 연구에서는 화재피해를 입은 콘크리트 기둥부재를 대상으로 기존 시판중인 다수의 보수재료를 적용하여 원래의 피복 콘크리트와 내화성능을 비교·평가하였다.

In this study, as a fundamental research to establish the mechanism of carbonate precipitation, we compared and evaluated the mechanical properties of cement paste under different carbonation conditions. The research results showed that as the CO<sub>2</sub> concentration increased, the compressive strength also increased.

In this study, the mechanical properties of resource-recycling concrete containing concrete sludge waste as main materials was compared depending on whether supercritical CO2 curing was applied for the realization of CCU technology. After supercritical CO2 curing, the compressive strength of the steam-cured specimen was lowered, but it was confirmed that the compressive strength of the underwater-cured specimen was improved.

본 연구는 레미콘 회수수(상징수)를 대상으로 CO₂를 다량 고정화하기 위한 기초적 연구로서 Ca(OH)₂와 OPC를 대상으로 초임계 CO₂에 의한 광물탄산화를 실시하였다. 실험결과 Ca(OH)₂와 OPC 모두 반응 후 pH 7로 완전 탄산화가 진행됨을 확인하였다. 가압 탄산화를 통한 레미콘 회수수의 CO<sub>2</sub> 고정화에 관한 기초적 연구

In this study, in CO<sub>2</sub> sequestration was carried out through pressure carbonation for concrete slurry water to realize carbon neutrality in the cement industry. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that as the pressure of CO<sub>2</sub> increased, the pH decreased and the amount of CaCO<sub>3</sub> produced increased. However, despite the CO<sub>2</sub> pressure of 5 bars, the carbonation reaction for 10 minutes alone did not proceed completely.
섬유혼입 고강도 콘크리트의 화재 후 표면보수재료의 종류에 따른 중성화 저항성 비교·평가에 관한 연구

In this study, after applying a silicate-based impregnation and polymer-based coating to fire damaged high strength concrete, carbonation resistance was evaluated to compare and evaluate the carbonation depth according to the type of surface repair materials. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the carbonation resistance was increased in the case of the concrete with the surface repair materials compared to the control specimen without the surface repair materials. In particular, in the case of the polymer-based coating agent, it was confirmed that the carbonation hardly progressed.
