Urban residence policy is in a state of metamorphosis. Development is changing to maintenance, maintenance to management, and many projects developed in Low-Rise residental areas are now being realized. Various projects undertaken by urban residence policy-makers relate to Low-Rise residental area management. While the purpose of projects which seek to maintain residental environment with residents’ participation is consensual, process, support methods and laws can mean that the reality often takes on a different form. This is especially true in the case of the “Green Parking Project”, a residence policy to resolve parking problems in Low-Rise residental areas. The Green Parking Project, which began in 2003, has recieved much positive appraisal in terms of results achieved and its potential. However, it is limited by problems connected with integrated environmental improvements in residental areas, owing to focucing too sharply on a parking (problem) settlement. This study discovered this problem by conducting case analysis, and it goes on to suggest methods of improvement that can contribute to Environmental improvement in Low-Rise residental areas.

Recently, Mual-Mandulgi in Korea has being changed to a kind of business for the residents use their living space in multi purpose; living, working, resting harmoniously. but it was always repairing environments or facilities one-time without resident's participation so it couldn't be being done continuously. This study tried to find the improvement way of resident agreement in respect of project's goal for maintenance and management of sustainable Maul-Mandulgi. It observed some cases with resident agreement and analyzed the relationship between actual result and resident agreement followed by project's goal. This study is concluded like the followings. First, resident agreement should reflect a plan with an image of the future of the region. Second, resident agreement should be made for the purpose of improvement of quality of resident's life. Third, resident agreement which can assure finances of village through resident's self-control is needed urgently.

Housing Policy is being changed quantity first strategy from government to quality one for maintenance various sustainable human housing like Environment Improving. Pilot program of Landscape Agreement of Seoul Metropolitan City is one of these new strategies for asking the prospect of Environment Improving. This study is in the range of pilot program on Environment Improving in low-rise residential area with Landscape Agreement. It suggests several things - the meaning and features of the Landscape Agreement, details during the process on pilot program, problems of the Landscape Agreement appliance in the interview of the residence, the government and the experts after program design - and the direction of improvement. This study is focused on only the beginning of the program to design setup. After this, change of residence life, community and role of managing principal is needed as follow-up study.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the design methods of apartment house which concern about connection with surrounding area especially in Housing Environment Improvement Project's competition works. Through the 36-prizewinning samples, the design method can be classified as a course of time and the boundary of space planing. As the time passed, concerning the preexistence inhabitant's life becoming a prominent figure of design. Moreover, adapt the design into geographical features and guarantee the resident's habitability are the important design aim in the boundary of planing. In this reason, hereafter, not only concerning the physical connections but also sharing lives of preexistence inhabitant should be planned.

The osmotic pressure is a one of the most important factor affecting stabilization of multiple emulsion in a law hours after experiment. To understand and decrease osmotic pressure between W1 phase and W2 phase, a kinds of humectants were introduced in outer water phase. As a result, Betaine and Glucose had an excellent effect reducing osmotic pressure and NaCl made W/O/W emulsion more stable than MgSO4 did when introduced in inner water phase.
서울시 주택재개발사업의 지형순응형 계획특성에 관한 연구

It is required to arrange a development plan which is adapted to topography in hill area after institutional revision. In this respect, this study analyzed the characteristics of topographical adaptation plan with hill areas in Seoul. This study analyzed the characteristics of topographical adaptation plan on each item and on each case with review analysis for designation of redevelopment zone in housing redevelopment in Seoul. In consequence, the prominent characteristics could be found on the items of the plan like 'scenes and views', 'parks and green spaces', 'transportation and pedestrian' and 'site development'. Moreover it considered the interrelationship between forms of hill areas and the characteristics of topographical adaptation plan. Since this study is a basic research for development of the new housing model in hill areas, it is required that studies of advanced cases and adaptable possibilities related topographical adaptation plan are following.

Many surface protection methods have been developed to apply for constructional steels used under severe corrosive environment. Thermal spray coating has been known to be an attractive technique due to its relatively high coating speed. Furthermore high corrosion resistance of coated film with thermal spray is required to expand its application. Four types of coated films(DFT: 300 um) such as pure zinc, pure aluminum and two Al-Zn alloy (Al:Zn=85:15 and Al:Zn=95:5) onto the carbon steel (SS401) were prepared with arc spray, and the corrosion behavior of their samples were evaluated by electrochemical method in this study. Pure aluminum sample showed high corrosion resistance behavior exposed to sea water solution and pure zinc and alloy (Al:Zn=95:5) samples followed pure aluminum sample. The other alloy(Al:Zn=85:15) so called galvalume coated onto the carbon steel ranks the 4th corrosion resistance in this study. The results of porosity ratio of those samples by observation are well matched with the electrochemical data.
태권도 품새 수련이 노인 여성의 혈청 콜레스테롤과 hs-CRP 및 NT-proBNP 농도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 노인여성을 대상으로 12주간의 태권도 품새 수련(1회 60분, 주 3회)을 통하여 혈청 콜레스테롤, hs-CRP와 NT-pro BNP에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보았다. 12주간의 태권도 품새수련을 통하여 체지방률, 체지방량과 이완기 혈압이 유의하게 감소하였고 제지방량은 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 중성지방 LDL 콜레스테롤과 APO B는 유의하게 감소하였고 HDL 콜레스테롤과 APO A1은 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 인슐린 저항성, hs-CRP와 NT-pro BNP가 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 노인여성들에게 있어 태권도 품새 수련은 혈청 콜레스테롤, 인슐린 저항성과 NT-pro BNP에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 사료되며 이러한 결과들은 노인여성들의 심혈관질환의 발생을 예방하고 개선시키는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이라 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of performing the taekwondo poomsae training(TPT) for 12 weeks(60 min/day, 3 times/week) on serum cholesterol, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP of older women, which have been regarded as risk factors of cardiovcular disease. As a result, %fat, fat mass and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly while fat free mass increased significantly in TPT. TG, LDL cholesterol and APO B decreased significantly while HDL cholesterol and APO A1 increased significantly in TPT. Especially, HOMA IR, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP significantly decreased in TPT. Therefore, it turned out that teakwondo poomsae training has positive influences on serum cholesterol, insulin resistance and NT-proBNP for older women, and these results will contribute to preventing and improving the condition of cardiovascular diseases.
