본 연구는 2014년부터 2019년까지 청소년 대상의 매체를 활용한 집단상담 프로그램의 연구 논문을 선정해 매체를 활용한 프로그램의 최근 동향을 파악함으로써 프로그램의 대상과 주제에 따른 효과적인 매체 활용 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 우리나라에서 연구되고 출간된 학술지 논문 중 KCI에 등재된 청소년 프로그램의 개발 및 효과를 분석한 233개의 논문을 수집하여 분석의 대상으로 선정하였다. 청소년을 대상으로 한 집단프로그램에서 활용된 매체의 유형을 연도, 소속, 특성, 주제, 단계에 따라 분석하였다. 분석결과, 2019년에 가장 많은 수의 매체 활용 연구논문이 발표되었으며, 대상소속은 중학생, 고등학생, 기타(2개 이상의 학교급 학생, 학교 밖 청소년) 순으로 많았다. 시설보호를 제외한 모든 대상에서 미술과 놀이 매체가 가장 많이 활용되었다. 주제별로는 긍정적・부정적 정서, 사회성 및 또래관계, 학업 및 진로와 자아성장, 순으로 연구가 많았으며, 프로그램의 작업단계에서 매체를 가장 많이 활용되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 청소년들의 건강하고 행복한 성장을 위해 적절한 매체를 활용한 프로그램 구성의 기초를 마련하고, 매체를 활용한 프로그램의 후속연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다. This study aims to provide effective media utilization information depending on the object and subject of the program by identifying recent trend of programs utilizing media through selecting research dissertations on a group counseling program utilizing youth targeted media from 2014 to 2019. To this end, this study selected 233 dissertations that analyze development and effect of youth programs listed on KCI among academic papers researched and published in South Korea. We analyzed the types of media utilized in group programs for teenagers according to year, affiliation, characteristics, subject, and stage. According to the analysis, the largest number of media utilization research paper is published in 2019. The subject affiliation were middle school, high school, and others (two or more school-class students, out-of-school teenagers) from largest to smallest in order. Art and play media were the most utilized in all objects except facility protection. By subjects, positive and negative sentiments, sociality, and peer relationships, academic and career and self-growth from the largest to smallest in order. Media is utilized the most in the work stage of the program, Based on the results of this study, we prepared the foundation of program composition using appropriate media for healthy and happy growth of youth, and suggestions were made for follow-up studies of programs using media.
