후벽 튜브의 스피닝 공정에서 가공깊이에 따른 성형특성 분석

The aim of this study is to analyze the forming characteristics with forming depth in tube spinning process of thick-walled tube. Spinning process is performed on tube of which the inner diameter is 34mm and thickness is 7, 8.5 and 11.5mm respectively. The forming depth applied on experiment is 3, 4,and 5.5mm. AISI1020 steel is taken as investigating material. The complex deformation behaviors which are appeared during spinning process are described based on the experimental results. And the causes of buildup and bulge defect of inner surface which are observed on cross section of tube are analyzed. The relationship between forming depth and bulge defect is figured out. The result indicates that the critical forming depth exists which prevent the generation of bulge defect in spinning process of thick-walled tube.
