This thesis is a study on the objects plotting using non-metric phtotographs. The various measures leave been used to resolve the exact measurement of facilities and constructions, when the economic side and accuracy aspect must be considered in it. As the resultes from the study, it is concluded that non-metric camera wlticl is easily available and low cost can be utilized for the coordinates analysis and plotting of objects when three dimensionally located control points are available and nonmetric film is applied pltotogrammetry plotter.

Geo-Spatial and geo-chemical changes around the water supply facilities make it difficult to notify the laying site of the water pipes and corrode the metal pipes which induce the water leakage from the water supply networks. Systematic operation and management for the water supply facilities would be achieved by building up the data base for drawings and registers involved in and around the facilities. The facilities operating data should be also stored in the data base to search for analyzing them later for optimization and quick maintenance of the water supply systems. In this paper, Geo-Spatial Information System(GSIS) for the water supply facilities was investigated and set up for effect operation and maintenance of the facilities.

Rapid increases in water demands at rural districts necessitates new water resources other than traditional, agricultural water uses for irrigating paddy fields. Major areas the demands come from domestic, industrial, livestock, fishery, and environmental uses. These require additional water resources, so as to meet the water demands, to prevent alluvial streams from complete dryness, which is often observed in many river basins during dry spans, and from increasing water pollution problems from point and nonpoint sources within the regions. To efficiently develop and utilize rural water systems, the water demands and supplies at a rural district should be accurately forecasted in the horizons of times. And alternative water supply systems must be explored and evaluated for possible reductions in construction, operations and management costs.

The rapid development of computer system that in existing Unix environment enable, GIS system of proceed spatial data and attribute data of server in PC, making Internet appeared and Internet used in academic organization, and industrial organization, many people to numerous field GIS to use. But that most people except some experts practically use GIS is fact. Therefore, In study, diverse geography information stored and made of each different environment enables users to approach and proceed data, constructed GIS with utilizing OGIS used of diverse geography information and CORBA technique to be much operated in different platform ; Internet GIS contains following merits ; First, can use interface, approach, and share inclination besides to use URL anywhere in the world seek Internet GIS. Second, make maintenance and management to multiple client convenient. Third, if users have web browser, can freely approach service benefiting by service anywhere.
GSIS 응용을 위한 지형정보 획득기법에 따른 토공량 산정에 관한 연구

In this paper, based on numerical experiment 1, 2, we are intend to present the obtain method of an efficient geographical information and optimum earthwork volumes computation by means of analysing, which contain the obtain method of spatial data(X, Y) and attribute data(Z), namely elevation data, the area determination method as the obtain method each other and the accuracy of earthwork volumes computation. In case of the numerical experiment 1, making up of the regular grid network as 5m by 5m, we got the elevation data through the field survey which have the geographic information about each grid paint to build the digital elevation model. In case of the numerical experiment 2, far one thing, we built the digital elevation model after extracting the geographic change points, elevation data with random by the manual method which based on the regular grid from the contour map. Consequently, through this, we think that the differences of the earthwork volumes which are due to the obtain method of geographic information and area determination method can be defied practicably in the event of calculating the earthwork volumes on a large scale of engineering works and a housing development site.

Korea has achieved a remarkable economic growth for more than two decades. This paper aims to expalin how Korea has mobilized savings to meet the investment demand that was needed to boost a higher growth rate during the periods from 1962 to 1983. The implication of the survey is that from the early 1980s it became clear that the foreign debt become a major constraint on our development effort. In order to tackle the foreign debt, the immediate issues was how to increase domestic saving and to bring about the current account deficit into a balance. The attainment of these objectives was thought to be untenable without firstly containing inflation.

In the lights of this fact the author, using avallable data etc., made investigation into the land readjustment which is utilized as an improtant way of the city planning.
