In oder to apply an asset management to a bridge management, 21 Performance measure have been developed such as, condition nate security, connectivity etc. Among those performance measure, this study utilized noise level and load carrying capacity for the evaluation of the service level that the bridge provides to users and managers. In addition, appropriate procedures were suggested sased on the quantitatively. measured results and risk assessment technique. From the evaluation results it was known that the suggested methodology can be applied for the bridge asset management.
