(Cr, Fe)-doped Y₂O₃-Al₂O₃계 붉은 안료의 합성과 특성

Perovskite codoped with chromium and iron have been studied. Samples with YAl0.96(Cr0.04-xFex)O₃(x=0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04) were prepared by solid state reaction at 1450℃ for 6 h and were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, Raman spectroscopy, SEM and UV-vis spectrophotometer. The color of the synthesized pigments were from red to dark brown(in bulk). Up to 0.02 mole Fe₂O₃ for substituting Cr₂O₃ development of color in lime-glaze gives good red color but as increasing amount of Fe₂O₃ and decreasing Cr₂O₃ proportionally produce from brownish red to brown. Increasing Fe₂O₃ amount lead to weaken crystal field relatively due to have smaller ionic radius than Cr₂O₃ ionic one. The UV-vis peaks were shifted to lower wavelength.

New inorganic red pigments based on Cr-doped Y2O3 and Al2O3 were synthesized by solid state method and characterization of their pigments were characterized by using XRD, FT-IR, SEM and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The single perovskite phase revealed at 1450 o C~1550 o C for 6 h due to using mineralizers. The color of pigment powders resulted out various red-shades depending on the compositions of used materials and temperatures. Glazed tiles painted with pigment powders showed red color in oxidation and reduction firing. The best red colour was obtained when the Cr2O3 was used 0.04 mole at 1450 o C for 6 h. Fe2O3-CoO-Cr2O3-MnO2계 안료의 합성 및 유약에서의 발색

Synthesis and characterization of pigments by using Fe2O3, CoO, Cr2O3 and MnO2 were undertaken. The resulting pigments werecharacterized by using XRD, SEM, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The color of glazed tiles containing 6 wt% pigment changedfrom dark green to black depending on the compositions of used materials. Pigments were calcined with mixed materials at 1350oC,and the dark green and dark brown color were obtained. Pigments were used to determine possible interactions between a pigmentand a glaze.

알코올 및 인삼액이 효소활성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study was investigated for the change of r-GTP, CPK activity and CPK-isoenzyme by alcohol and Ginseng administration, The normal white S.D rats were classified with four groups; ethanol treated was group A, ethanol pretreated group combined pretreated with Ginseng extract was group B, Ginseng extract treated was group C, and Ginseng extract treated group combined pretreated with ethanol was group D. The white rats of four groups were treated with 20%, 30%, 40% ethanol and/or 1% Ginseng extract. Then enzyme activities such as r-GTP, CPK and CPK-isoenzyme had been measared in serum, hepatic, and renal tissues. The sample was collected by 5 day intervalus for 25 days. The following results were obtained. 1. The changes of serum r-GTP activities were significantly increased in ethanol-treated group, decreased in Ginseng-treated group. 2. The changes of hepatic r-GTP activites were significantly increased in ethanol-treated group, decreased in Ginseng-treated group. 3. The changes of renal r-GTP activites were significantly increased in ethanol-treated group, decreased in ginseng-treated group. 4. The changes of serum CPK activites were significantly increased in ethanol-treated group, decreased in ginseng-treated group. 5. The changes of hepatic and renal tissue CPK activites were not significant. 6. The changes of serum and hepatic tissue CPK-isoengyme were significantly increased in ethanol-treated group, decreased in ginseng-treated group combined pretreated with ethanol. 7. The changes of CPK-isoengyme, CPK 1 and CPK 2 were not significant.
