        헬스클럽의 서비스품질과 서비스공정성이 고객애호도에 미치는 영향

        The study is significant in examining service quality required by customers which can enhance customer loyalty and correct service justice process factors between the management and customers in fitness centers and providing empirical materials which can gain management efficiency and competition superiority of fitness centers which are placed on competitive environment through acquisition and utilization of a variety of materials. The subjects of this study were fitness club customers residing in G metropolitan city in 2009. The self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted with a total of 500 customers and 50 copies were distributed to 10 fitness clubs in 5 districts(two in each district). 464 effective samples were analyzed and finally the following conclusion was drawn. First, as a result of analyzing the effects of service quality on customer loyalty in fitness centers, as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy became higher, behavior loyalty was increased; as tangibility, assurance, and empathy became higher, attitude loyalty was increased; and as tangibility and assurance became higher, perception loyalty was increased. Second, as a result of analyzing the effects of service justice on customer loyalty in fitness centers, as distributive justice, interactional justice, and procedural justice became higher, behavior loyalty was increased; as distributive justice and interactional justice became higher, attitude loyalty was increased; and as distributive justice, interactional justice, and procedural justice became higher, perception loyalty was increased.

        수중운동프로그램이 비만 지적장애여성의 CRP, Fibrinogen 및 Adiponectin에 미치는 영향

        This study conducted an aquatic exercise program with obese women with intellectual disabilities for 12 weeks and examined its effects on CRP, fibrinogen, and adiponectin. The results are as follows. First, for a change in CRP, the exercise group showed a significant difference in CRP(p〈.001). It suggested that the aquatic exercise program had a positive effect on the change of a CRP level in obese women with intellectual disabilities. Second, for a change in fibrinogen, the exercise group showed a significant difference in fibrinogen(p〈.001). It suggested that the aquatic exercise program had a positive effect on the change of a fibrinogen level in obese women with intellectual disabilities. Third, for a change in adiponectin, the exercise group showed a significant difference in adiponectin(p〈.001). It suggested that the aquatic exercise program had a positive effect on the change of a adiponectin level in obese women with intellectual disabilities. Based on the findings, it was confirmed that the aquatic exercise program applied to obese women with intellectual disabilities was effective to decrease weight and body fat and the onset of metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular diseases in people with intellectual disabilities who can be easily obese due to restrictive body activity and social involvement and imprudent dietary habits. Moreover, the aquatic exercise program had a positive effect on prevention against obesity, cardiovascular diseases, and life-style related diseases in obese women with intellectual disabilities by decreasing CRP and fibrinogen which is a vascular inflammation marker, and increasing adiponectin which is an inflammation marker manifested in obese cells. The effects of exercise can be increased with people’s active interest and encouragement. Further study should develop exercise programs useful for people with intellectual disabilities. If professional coaches are trained and institutional supports are made for their easy participation in exercise, they can not only enjoy doing exercise, but also undergo mental treatment through the exercise.

        장애아동 체육활동 참여에 대한 시설종사자의 인식 연구

        Putting into a practical use of Q-method, one of the research methods to analyze recognition factors in handicapped children";s participation in sports activity which facility workers had, in relation with handicap야d children";s welfare, this study analyzed type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ handicapped children";s recognition factors in participation in sports activity. Type Ⅰ was classified with ";effectiveness presentation/ leader";srole affirmation and neighbors"; concernment negativity type"; type Ⅱ was classified with ";effectiveness presentation/ leader";s role affirmation and social effectiveness negativity type; type Ⅲ was classified with effectiveness presentation/ leader`s role affirmation and handicapped person";s strong point negativity type";. As for common factors with three types combined, ";leader";s role"; that leaders have to lead, considered on participators"; handicap and traits, and ";effectiveness presentation";helpful to physical development through proper posture and appropriate weight sustainment were recognition factors in handicapped children";s participation in sports activity. On the other hand, they didn";t have a great meaning in ";social aspect"; of expanding leisure time opportunity for week end and usual living as a participation recognition factor in handicapped children";s sports activity.

        U-healthcare 장비를 활용한 운동이 고령인의 낙상요인인 균형능력 및 밸런스조절에 미치는 영향

        This study utilizing U-healthcare equipment exercise was to verify the impact of factors nangsang balance and balance control ability of the elderly. The subjects were 65 years or older comprised of 40 patients(20 control group trained 20). The subjects of the experiment before and after U-healthcare equipment Tetrax(Balance) Passive Balance(balance control ability) after using an evaluation equipment Training Program 20 minutes three times a week 1-4 5-8 9-12 weeks to 30 minutes 40 minutes was carried out. As a result of the training group showed that exercise on body composition, the effect of increased body fat, decreased ability of muscle balance stability index. Weight distribution index. Showed a significant difference between the balance index concurrency control capability naeteumyeo trunk muscle strength in trained group also appeared to increase significantly at 12 weeks results in 85.6 79.5 U-healthcare equipment training fall factor of balance ability. Is expected to lead to physical development, such as the trunk muscle strength to be able to take advantage of an effective rehabilitation programs judged to be helpful in the prevention of falls in the elderly fall prevention in the future based on these mutator elderly.

        복합운동이 비만 노인여성의 일상생활체력 및 동맥경직도에 미치는 영향

        This study conducted a combined exercise program with obese elderly women for 12 weeks to examine its effects on daily living fitness and arterial stiffness. The subjects were obese elderly women of 65~75 years residing in the Jeonnam area. An exercise program was performed 60 minutes per day, three times per week for 12 weeks. The target heart rate was 60-65%. The conclusions were as follows. First, for changes in daily living fitness before and after the combined exercise, the exercise group showed a significant difference in muscle strength(p<.001), muscle endurance(p<.001), flexibility(p<.01), agility(p<.001), and balance(p<.001). Second, for changes in arterial stiffness before and after the combined exercise, the exercise group showed a significant difference in PWV(p<.001) and ABI(p<.01). Decreased physical activity associated with increased age has negative effects on body composition, daily living fitness, blood lipids, and arterial stiffness. In this sense, this study conducted a combined exercise program with obese elderly women of 65 and over and found its positive effects on all variables in the exercise group. It is true for the elderly to have difficulties in doing continuous exercise because of various exercise programs or differences in facilities and financial power compared with the young. Therefore, if combined exercise programs designed to do everywhere and stimulate the whole body without the burden of facilities, place, or finance are continuously conducted with them, it will help them live daily life more independently and actively and enjoy healthy life. In this regard, further researches should be done more systematically and scientifically on combined exercise programs which showed positive changes in effective aspects of exercise.

        수중 재활운동프로그램이 뇌졸중 편마비환자의 균형 및 보행능력에 미치는 영향

        This study conducted an aquatic rehabilitation exercise program with patients with hemiplegia after stroke for 12 weeks and examined its effects on daily living fitness, balance and walking ability. The results are as follows. First, for a change in balance after aquatic exercise, the exercise group showed a significant difference in balance(p<.001). Second, for a change in Walking ability after aquatic exercise, the exercise group showed a significant difference in walking time(p<.001) and walking endurance(p<.001). This study found that aquatic rehabilitation exercise had a positive effect on balance and walking ability in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. However, the results of aquatic rehabilitation exercise programs for patients with hemiplegia after stroke greatly varied with exercise types, intensity, period, and time. Moreover, it is very restrictive to apply continuous exercise to stroke patients because of severe nerve paralysis and muscle atrophy. In this sense, it is necessary to conduct replication study through analysis of more factors and detailed clinical study with a large size group in order for longtime aquatic rehabilitation exercise using body buoyancy to be recommended for exercise and generalized as a rehabilitation method for stroke patients with severe paralysis. Therefore, further study should focus on the development of long-term exercise programs considering individual difference.

        지적장애 축구선수들의 하지강화프로그램이 하지근력과 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        This study conducted an strengthening legs exercise program with soccer players with intellectual disabilities for 12 weeks to examine the effects on lower extremity strength and balance. The following conclusions were drawn. First, in the change of lower extremity strength before and after strengthening legs exercise program, the exercise group did not show a significant difference in right thigh flexor and left thigh extensor but showed a significant difference in the peak torque of left thigh flexor(p<.001), right thigh extensor (p<.05), the peak power of did not show a significant difference in right thigh extensor, right thigh flexor and left thigh flexor but showed a significant difference in the lefe thigh extensor(p<.01). Second, for a change of balance before and after strengthening legs exercise program, the exercise group did not show a significant difference in surface area, travel length, average speed. Taken together, we could see that the strengthening program, which included plyometric training and weight training, had a positive effect. However, it is considered that there is no statistically significant result in the balance ability, so it is necessary to review the constitution of the exercise program. However, if the regular training method and the strengthening program are performed regularly, And it is thought that it can be an effective training method for prevention of injuries.

        카이로프랙틱 요법과 맥켄지 요법이 노인의 경추가동범위와 통증에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to compare cervical rotation and lateral flexion and examine its relationship with changes of angle and pain by appling the Mackenzie cervical exercise and chiropractic for 12 weeks to reduce and treat cervical pain in the elderly over 65 years old who resided in J-gun, Jeonnam. First, both group’s had increased significantly in having a different of each group time about joint working range(left, right) and in having a change of left joint working range. But, left joint working range more had increased among the Mckenzie’s group in 8-week, chiropractic’s left joint working range more had increased in experiment of 4-week and 12-week. Second, lateroflexion joint working range(left, right) had a different significant, interchange ability of group and time had no different significant. Third, pain index as a different of group’s time had no different significant both of the pain pattern. But Mckenzie group’s pain had more decreased in 4-week, chiropractic group had more decreased in 8-week, we knew that Mckenzie group had more decreased in 12-week again. Therefore, We knew that chiropractic treatment group can more decrease the pain as flow of time than Mckenzie treatment group. We have get a positive result all of the joint working, rangelateroflexion joint working range and pain index when we treat chiropractic and Mckenzie’s the cervical spine exercise to older people in this research. I think that It’ll be used as a important date to many researcher in treat program for old people. We should find a more efficient method after treating 12-week exercise and chiropractic for solving the problem of the cervical vertebral’s pain or discomfortable and about doing a effective choice in that in this research. We can’t generalize this result because of the number’s limit but We found that we relevant tried to research about comparing of chiropractic and Mckenzie. Also, We think that the similar research should continue but researcher have to try different method and period of research because of 12-week about treat method. I think that this research can help related others research as a base line data.

        건강증진운동이 노인여성의 알츠하이머 치매관련인자 및 인지기능에 미치는 영향

        This study, a health promotion exercise program that combines resistance and aerobic exercise for three times a week and 60 minutes a day for 12 weeks or older for elderly women aged 70 or older was conducted to determine the effects on dementia-related factors and cognitive function. First, there was a significant difference in A in the changes in dementia-related factors before and after the Health Promotion Exercise Program(p<.001) and BDNF(p<.001). Second, there was a significant difference in cognitive function before and after the Health Promotion Exercise Program(p<.001). In sum, it was found that the health promotion exercise program including resistance exercise and aerobic exercise had a positive effect on dementia related factors and cognitive function. This suggests that exercise improves brain function and is effective in preventing neurological diseases such as dementia. Therefore, it is thought that inducing active participation of the elderly through education that long-term exercise participation is effective in prevention of dementia and reduction of cognitive function can help improve the overall quality of life as well as brain health of the elderly.

        24주간 파크골프운동이 지적장애 청소년들의 혈중지질 및 스트레스 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the 24-week park golf program on the blood lipids and stress hormones of juveniles with intellectual disabilities. The study subjects were an exercise group of nine subjects and a control group of nine subjects. The park golf program consists of the basic step which was weekly performed once from the 1st to 6th week and the game step which was weekly performed from the 7th to 24th week. Blood lipids and stress hormones were measured and analyzed before the program and after 24 weeks. The measured variables were used to Two-way repeated measure ANOVA by SPSS 18.0 program. The interaction effect depending on group and time was shown in changes in TC in serum lipids. The interaction effect depending on group and time was also shown in HDL-C and exercise group increased. The exercise group decreased in change in LDL-C and the interaction effect depending on group and time appeared. Also in TG, the exercise group decreased and the interaction effect depending on group and time appeared. In changes in stress hormone, cortisol turned out to be reduced more greatly in the exercise group than in control group but dopamine did not show any particular change. It meant that the regular park golf program positively affected the blood lipids and cortisol of juveniles with intellectual disabilities. Therefore, it is considered that it is necessary to extend a regular and long-term exercise program for juveniles with intellectual disabilities.
