1949년 이전에 허린(賀麟)은 “유가사상의 현대화”라는 목표 아래 “논리 주체”를 중심으로 한 “새로운 심학”(新心學), 곧 논리적인 마음이 주도하는 唯心論을 구상했다. 신헤겔주의와 칸트 철학을 참고하여 육왕심학을 論理化하려는 이 시도는 주관(心)의 도덕적 자각에 치중한 陸王心學과 초월적 실재(理)의 보편성에 치중한 程朱理學의 두 편향을 해소하기 위함이었다. 그는 이것이 송명리학이 남긴 현대적 과제라고 생각했다. 그가 논리적 인식의 주체를 세우는 데 필요한 서양철학 자료들을 중국철학으로 이식하여 “신심학’을 구상한 것은 도덕주체의 직관이 부각된 전통적 학설로부터 논리주체의 이지가 새롭게 부각되는 현대적 이론으로 전환함을 뜻한다. 곧 신심학의 주제는 ‘인식주체’의 정립이며, 이 주제는 훗날 모우종산(牟宗三)이 전면적으로 수행하였다. 모우종산이 전통유학으로부터 “지성주체”를 전환해 낸다(轉出)는 강령을 세운 것도 서구 과학지식을 유학사상 속으로 끌어들여야 한다는 허린을 비롯한 현대 신유가의 시대적 사명의식과 동일선상에 있다. 허린의 “새로운 심학(新心學)” 곧 “논리적 심학”은 그 개인의 특수한 철학적 취향이나 관심에서 나온 것은 아니다. 그것은 국체ㆍ민족ㆍ역사ㆍ문화의 총체적 위기를 의미하는 1930~40년대 중국이라는 시공간에서 근대 지향적인 육왕심학의 전통을 계승한 대다수 현대 신유가들의 공통적 지향이 반영된 것이다.

인간이 도구를 사용한다는 것은 그것을 물질적으로 다룰 뿐만 아니라, 이성의 기획 안에서 자신의 정신적 활동을 드러내고 있음을 의미한다. 그러므로 도구란 물질화된 이성이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 도구에는 두 가지가 있는데, 물질적이고 물리적인 영역을 대상으로 삼는 연장과 정신적이고 추상적인 영역을 대상으로 삼는 미디어가 바로 그것이다. 플루서는 미디어는 인간 정신의 추상 단계에 따라 3차, 2차, 1차 그리고 0차로 구분할 수 있다고 보았다. 이는 각각 조각, 회화, 글쓰기 및 디지털 기술에 서로 조응한다. 조각과 회화의 경우 추상물들이 전체적인 하나의 시야에 들어오기 때문에 시간성이 부재하는 반면 1차원적 미디어인 글쓰기의 경우 선적 구성을 따르기 때문에 역사라고 하는 시간성이 다시 등장한다. 한편 (통치) 권력은 자신의 정당성을 얻기 위해 역사를 자신의 입장에서 여러 방식을 통해 구성했으며, 이러한 권력의 작동 방식은 1차원적 미디어인 글쓰기에 그 토대를 두고 이루어져왔다. 따라서 권력의 작동 방식과 1차원적 미디어의 생산 방식은 그 궤를 같이 하여 왔다고 할 수 있다. 아니 오히려 1차원적 미디어의 생산력이 그 상부구조인 (통치) 권력의 지배 방식을 가능하게 해주는 역할을 담당했다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 수기의 방식으로 작성되던 시기에는 절대군주적 유형의 통치가, 인쇄물의 발전으로 인한 대량 생산 체제 시기에는 바로 그 텍스트의 대량생산 체제를 소유했던 부르주아들이 통치하는 정치 형태가 가능했던 것이라 하겠다. 오늘날 나날이 발전하고 있는 디지털 기술은, 글쓰기를 위한 0차원적 미디어를 제공하고 강화하고 있으며 이러한 변화는 다수의 대중이 글을 생산할 수 있게 되었음을 의미한다. 그리고 이러한 미디어 생산력의 변화는 기존의 근대적 권력유형을 어떤 방식으로든 변화시키게 될 것이다. The animal using the tools is the traditional definition of human beings. Surely some apes use the tools like human, but their tools are the matter just natural, not produced or artificial. Only human can produce or develop his own tools based on the ideas of logos. Therefore the properties of tool are not only material, but also ideal. In other words, the tools are materialized logos. So we can classify tools into two categories according to the way that tools is used. The one way is using for giving some physical effects matter, we can call these tools the extended tools or the implements. The other way is more suitable to transport some contents that the mind wants to transmit. In the latter case, the mental or abstracted content is impressed on the material tools and they move between the minds. This material tools that there is in the middle are called media. And like as the implements, the media is transformed alone its own proper way. By V. Flusser, this way is matched with the states of abstraction. So there are four kinds of media, from of three dimensions to of zero dimensions, as figure, picture, text and digital media. Especially the media of one dimension, text is different from the two formers because the history or timeness can be expressed by the only text. And if we consider that justifying someone's sovereign become with building the story or history in any way, whether it is for king or for people, we can the types of sovereign or power has stepped with media that transmit the text, the history or the story-telling. From times of manu-scripts to times of printing, the types of sovereign or power was changed on the base of the productive capacity of the one-dimensional media, the text. And nowadays, by the digital technology the productive capacity became more increasing, and even this capacity has given to more many persons. It is hard to estimate the repercussion effect of the digital media, but it do and will bring the change of the form of sovereign or power, whether it is good or not.

Pityriasis rotunda is a rare disease and characterized by perfect or oval brownish scaly patches 0. 5 to 28cm in diameter and varying in number from one to 20 on trunk and extremities. The lesions become worse during the winter and improve in summer. It is considered to be acquired ichthyosis. The patient with pityriasis rotunda visited to Dermatologic Dept. of Capital Armed Forecs General Hospital in February, 1974. The result of clinicopathological findings observed in above patient were presented. Since 8 years ago, a 23 year old Korean soldier has suffered from round scaly patches on low abdomen, and the lesions were gradually increased in number. There were no history of tuberculosis or other systemic diseases. The histopathological picture showed hyperkeratosis and acanthosis in epidermis, and perivascular lymphocytic infiltrations in dermis.

본 연구에서는 SA 여파기로 불리는 ETBF의 새로운 다진 영역 표현을 제시하고 이 표현이 ETBF의 모든 영역을 포함한다는 사실을 밝혔다. SA여파기는 다단 여파기의 구조를 가진다. 첫째단(first stage)은 최대, 최소, exclusive-OR와 같은 비선형 연산으로 이루어지며 두 번째 단은 첫째단 출력들의 가중 평균으로 주어진다. 이 구조는 SAM 여파기와 같이 첫째단 여파기 윈도우의 최대수를 제한하는 방식이 가능하여 매우 유연한 구조를 갖지만, SAM 여파기와는 달리 ETBF의 부분군만을 표현하지 않고 ETBF의 전 영역을 표현할 수 있는 장점이 있다. In this paper, a new representations of extended threshold Boolean filter(ETBF), called SA filter, is introduced. The structure of this representations is a one of multistage filters. The first stage is subfilters of nonlinear filters such as maximum, minimum, or exclusive-OR operators. The second stage is linear combination of Int stage outputs. Although the structure of this representations is very similar to SAM filters, SA filters encampass all ETBF not subset of ETBF.
