RNA 분자의 이차구조는 그 분자의 생물학적 기능을 이해하는데 필요한 요소이다. 본 논문은 RNA 이차 구조의 loop과 helix를 그룹화 하여 하나의 객체 단위로 설계한 뒤 필요한 loop과 helix들의 연결구조를 부분 시각화 하는 알고리즘을 소개한다. 기존의 존재하는 시각화 알고리즘들은 정보손실에 해당하는 겹침에 의한 피해를 줄이는 위해 다양한 변형 방법을 이용하였으나 이번 알고리즘은 사용자에 의해 필요로 하는 정보만을 선택해 볼 수 있기에 정보 손실의 문제를 피할 수 있다.

Rear Side of the vehicle when a crash occurs, the passenger"s neck and the head injury being the most severely damaged in many studies have been reported previously. These aspects by the crash in order to reduce injury to passengers, Drive Air Bag, Passenger Air Bag and Active H/Rest are being applied. Front Seat Passenger Injury through Crash Test is open to the public but Assessment on Rear Seat Passenger was not investigated. In this paper, Based on the vehicle rear impact was examined the situation of the static & dynamic behavior, Rear Crash Dummy status was represented.

We studied the dynamic characteristics of vibartion absorber to reduce vibration transmitted to vehicle seats. The characteristics of various vibration absorber types were analysed experimentally in order to reduce vibration transmitted from the engine and the road surface. The causes and objectives were clarified according to the vibration absorber specifications, each characteristic was derived experimentally. We verified the vibration effect factors of the vehicle seat following the vibration absorber system through the vibration test. Through this study, I propose a method of selecting the vibration absorber types that are applied to reduce vibration transmitted to the vehicle seat.

Seat Belt System is one of the factors that affect a large degree of injury to the passenger during a crash or collision occurrence. According to domestic traffic accident statistics that occurred in 2014, mortality of passengers that not wear a seat belt is approximately 0.39%. On the other hand, the incidence of fatal accidents decreased significantly when a seat belt wearing. Seat Belt Anchorage System that for minimizing the restriction upon the movement of passenger has tested according each nation’s regulation including North America, Europe, and China, etc. In this paper, we analysis the relation between slide-rail Strength and Seat Belt Anchorage Strength. And then we establish a test method to predict a seat belt anchorage system.

고체 추진기관의 불량 발생 요인 중 가장 큰 부분을 차지하고 있는 추진제 기공 및 크랙은 추진제의 점도와 물성이 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 혼합형 고체 추진제의 한 종류인 나이트레이트 폴리이서(Nitrate Ester Polyester; NEPE)계열의 추진제에서 주로 사용되는 RDX의 입도 및 혼합 함량에 따른 추진제 점도, 기계적 물성 및 연소특성 변화를 관찰하였다. RDX 입도와 혼합 함량에 따라 미경화 추진제의 경시적 점도가 크게 변화가 되었으며, 이에 따른 추진제 물성 또한 변화가 있었다. 추진제의 낮은 점도와 안정된 기계적 물성을 동시에 고려할 때, RDX의 입도 및 혼합 함량은 NEPE계 추진제의 주요 인자로 확인할 수 있다. In this paper solid propellant with nitrate ester polyester(NEPE) system has been researched for the viscosity, mechanical properties and burning properties with size and mixing ratio of RDX. the viscosity of propellant was changed significantly depending on the size of RDX and mixing ratio, and mechanical properties of NEPE system propellant were also varied. Considering both lower viscosity and stable mechanical properties, the optimum size and mixing ratio of RDX can be identified as the main factors to the NEPE system propellant.

HNIW는 고에너지 물질로 4가지 결정상(α, β, γ, ε)을 가지고 있으며, 결정상에 따른 열적 특성이 변화하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 혼합형 고체 추진제의 한 종류인 나이트레이트 에스터 폴리이서(Nitrate Ester Polyester; NEPE)계열의 추진제에서 주로 사용되는 HNIW의 결정상에 따른 추진제 점도, 기계적 물성 및 연소특성 변화를 관찰하였다. HNIW의 결정상에 따라 경화 추진제의 기계적 물성은 큰 변화가 없으나, 연소 특성에는 큰 차이를 보는 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 추진제의 높은 밀도와 안정된 연소특성을 동시에 고려할 때, HNIW의 결정상은 NEPE계 추진제의 주요 인자로 확인할 수 있다. The HNIW is a high energy material and has 4 crystalline phases, and it is known that the thermal propertises depend on the crystal phase. In this paper solid propellant with nitrate ester polyester(NEPE) system has been researched for the viscosity, mechanical properties and burning properties with crystal phases of HNIW. According to the crystal phase of HNIW, the mechanical properties of the cured propellant did not change much, but it was found that ther was a difference in burning properties. Considering both higher density and stable burning properties, the optimum crystal phase of HNIW can be identified as the main factors to the NEPE system propellant.
