자동차 연료펌프의 유동 및 진동 해석과 성능시험에 관한 연구

엔진에 장착된 자동차용 연료펌프는 외부 및 내부 로터로 구성되어 있으며, 내부 로터는 입구로부터 연료를 흡입하여 출구로 배출한다. 본 연구에서는 로터가 장착된 연료펌프의 성능을 평가하기 위해 해석 및 시험을 수행하였 다. 입출구 포트 각도가 0, 15, 30°에서 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통한 연료펌프의 유동 특성을 해석하였다. 가장 우수한 유동 특성을 가진 펌프를 결정한 후 진동 특성을 해석하였다. 그 결과 유량은 입출구 포트 각도가 0° 에서 191.0 LPH로 가장 우수하게 나타났으며, 진동은 0.866 ㎨으로 계산되었다. 진동 시험 결과를 통해 연구된 펌프가 기존의 펌프에 비해 작은 진동을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 두 펌프의 고유진동수들은 거의 일치하였다. 따라서 연구된 펌프의 성능이 우수하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. The fuel pump mounted on the engine in the vehicle is consist of the outer and inter rotors, and which inhales fuel from the inlet port and supplies it to the outlet port. In this study, it is carried out the analysis and test of the fuel pump with rotors to evaluate its performance. It is analyzed the flow characteristics of the fuel pumps with numerical simulation in their inlet-outlet angles of 0, 15, 30 degree. After it is determined whether it has the best flow characteristics, its vibration characteristics is analyzed. The flow rate of a pump in the inlet-outlet angles of 0 degree is 191.0 LPH(Liter per hour) which is the largest. and its vibration is calculated to be 0.866 ㎨. In the results of vibration test, it is known that the vibration of the research pump is smaller than that of the existing one. And the natural frequencies of two pumps is nearly same. Therefore it is known that the performance of the research pump is superior.

This study is on the development of algorithm of surge test for quality control on electrical parts of throttle body in automobiles with internal combustion engine, not only to know its condition to be good or not, but also jugding its condition to be classified into six types. To know whether its condition to be good or not, comparing and analyzing between two waveforms generated from master and test coil of throttle body. If test net area is below 20% of master area, the condition of test coil is good. By analyzing test coil waveform to master coil waveform, the condition of test coil into winding badness, insulation badness, layer and corona discharge, short badness should known. Therefore quality control system on electrical parts of throttle body should be developed.

Moreover, It's also very important to evaluate performance of such a Micro hand-piece, Evaluation of Mechanical property of Material and ANOVA have been known as useful methods in the field of Quality Evaluation. For Verification of Quality Evaluation, It has been evaluated by One-way layout ANOVA based on the data of Surface Roughness Test. In case of sense case manufactured by method of outage capacity, sensitivity is declined by outside effect and method of the photo electricity has a problem in transmission. therefore, packing case of composite sense should be developed to improve such a problem about influence of outside environment and its property evaluation has been performed. Mechanical property and result of analysis & test evaluation of Mat'l on aluminum die-casting(ADC 12type) Mat'l developed are as following. Tensile test piece, No. 4 of KS B 0801, has been applied to mechanical property test of Mat'l and It has been tested by method of metal mat'l tensile test(KS B 0802 : 2003). It can be found that physical property to KS(Korea Standard) is excellent. and homogeneous mechanical property appears. Test of Mat'l analysis has been performed by using OE Spectrometer, according to ASTM E 1251 : 1994 regulation. Consequently, good and homogeneous component contents classified by element to standard, except for Fe, have been obtained with coordination of Fe content as below 1.3% from composition standard of Aluminum Die-casting.

Recently, use of Ti has been expanded as material of artificial joint and dental implant due to superior property of bio-suitability. Especially, dental implant requires surface evaluation as it have an important effect on surface structure. It is very important thing to evaluate performance of implant with optical surface measuring method on such a surface state. Surface topography is very useful in surface quality evaluation. It includes the evaluation of surface area, lateral area and surface roughness. In this study surface evaluations were carried out with two kinds of implants, machined and sandblasted after machining. Surface evaluation method using optical three-dimensional surface roughness measuring method is introduced.

Construction heat insulating material for construction is used in large amounts in industry. In the manufacturing process of this insulation material, a thermal insulation material is completed while a polymer in a liquid state passes through Hall breaker. At this time, the quality and form of a product are determined by a hole in the breaker according to the oil pressure of the fluid and the change of the flow velocity. The friction wear action with regard to partner movement between the two levels of quality of materials affects the performance and the lifetimes of machine parts. In this study of a friction test, SM45C, which is a material used to create brake holes, was used. PVC was used to create the specimen. Moreover, an experiment divided a lubricous state and an unlubricated condition. The resulting value over the load of a pin, the revolving speed of a disk, and the standby state of an experimental result disk could be acquired.

We investigated if there is a quality improvement by retrofitting extrusion process for the production of environment-friendly ESP insulation that has been widely used because of its good adiabaticity and strength in this study. We could find better adiabaticity and strength, proved from the microscope investigation and thermal conductivity data of the ESP insulation produced by using environment-friendly vesicating gas of n-butane or DME. And we realized that the fluidity of the polymeric material can be improved and the carbonization can be suppressed by replacing the single screw by the twin screw. The optimal operating condition of the initial temperature of the extruding machine and velocities of the first and second screws were obtained through CFD analysis, resulting in better profiles of the pressures, temperatures and flow rates. We believe that the analysis, measurement and retrofitting methodologies in this study can contribute much to improving the extrusion process for the production of environment-friendly ESP insulation.

건축 단열재를 생산하는 1, 2차 압출기의 주요구성품은 기어박스, 기어부, 축 모델로 구성된 기어구동부이다. 본 연구에서는 기어, 베어링, 모터 발열로 인한 발생되는 기어박스 모델의 열전달, 열응력 해석을 통하여 최대 응력 및 변형량을 계산하였다. 그리고 기어부의 접촉해석 해석을 통하여 최대 응력 및 변형량을 계산하였다. 기어박스 및 기어부의 응력 및 변형량 해석을 통해 1, 2차 압출기가 정적으로 안전함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 축모델에 대한 회전체 동역학 해석을 통해 계산된 Campbell의 위험속도를 판단해 볼 때 동적으로도 안정하다 판단된다. 따라서 1, 2차 압출기의 기어구동부에 대한 유한요소해석 결과 정적 및 동적으로 안정함을 알 수 있었다.

In this study, static and dynamic stability estimations on the diecutter with finite element modelling were carried out to be creased and cut away printed sheet exactly. To cut away the sheet exactly, the large force should be pressured on diecutter. And which affects not only the quality of produced sheets but also the stability of diecutter. The analyses with and without the tare of diecutter were carried out with NASTRAN software on applying 400 ton force to its top and moving table respectively. It was known that maximum von-Mises stress of 221 ㎫ in diecutter was occurred at the toggle, and it was smaller than the yield stress of 280 ㎫. And maximum deformation of 0.75 ㎜ was occurred at the top table. The natural frequencies of 41, 102, 108, 115, and 134 ㎐ for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th mode, which had been determined by numerical simulation, were not coincided with the max. speeds of motor and moving table of 29 and 2 ㎐. And which was verified by vibration test. Therefore it may be estimated that the structure of the diecutter is statically and dynamically stable.

These days, various and complex threads are developed, so it is necessary to develop the cutting a thread sensors for checking a cut thread in severe environment and it is very important to evaluate the quality of the cutting a thread sensors. The analysis of variance(ANOVA) method is very useful method on the quality evaluation field. In this study, the quality is evaluated by one way layout ANOVA method with the surface roughness data. The experiment is carried out by 3 sensors and the result show that the sensors have the good quality in precision.
