영어교사의 동기 전략 사용이 학습자의 동기 수준에 미치는 영향

This study explored whether teachers’ use of motivational strategies brings positive effects on the enhancement of learners’ motivation and whether learners’ English competence affects the results. Additionally, the study examined if the strategies used either frequently or infrequently show different results in students’ motivational level when applied equally in the lesson. The results show that the teachers’ use of motivational strategies led to the enhancement of students’ learning motivation in general. Meanwhile, students’ English competence did not bring a meaningful difference in the effects of motivational strategies, which provides a rationale to employ motivational strategies regardless of the students’ competence level. Regarding students’ early motivational levels, students with lower motivational level showed more improvement. In addition, all the motivational strategies employed in the study proved to be effective regardless of the actual frequency of use. In conclusion, using motivational strategies had positive effects on the enhancement of learners’ motivation and helped them change their attitude toward learning English

유방암 및 대장암 생존자와 가족의 건강관리 인식과 실천 경험에 관한 질적 연구

본 연구는 우리나라 유방암, 대장암 생존자 및 가족을 대상으로 그들의 건강관리에 대한 인식과 실천 경험을 탐색하고, 암 생존자와 가족 간에 인식 및 실천에서의 유사점과 차이점을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 암 생존자(n=9) 및 가족(n=7)은 경기도소재 한 대학병원을 이용해 모집하였고, 일대일 개별면담을 수행하였다. 연구 분석 결과, 1) 건강관리에 대한 인식, 2) 건강관리 실천 방법, 3) 건강관리에 영향을 주는 개인적·사회적 요인이라는 상위 범주를 발견할 수 있었다. 암 생존자와 가족이 공통적으로 제시한 주제어의 경우, 인식 범주에서는 `건강관리의 중요성에 대한 지각`, `건강관리에 대한 노력/의지`, `건강관리 실천의 장애요인`의 3개, 실천 범주에서는 `음식 및 식습관의 변화`,`적합한 운동 찾기`, `교육 및 정보의 이용`, `민간요법의 사용`, `음주패턴에서의 변화`,`종교에 대한 의지`의 6개 하위범주가 도출되었다. 암 생존자와 가족이 건강관리와 관련해서 차이를 보이는 영역은 인식과 영향을 주는 요인 범주에서 각각 2개씩 나타났다. 본 연구는 암 생존자 및 가족이 건강관리와 관련된 경험을 포괄적으로 이해했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 본 연구는 향후 암 생존자 건강관리모형을 개발하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study aims to explore perceptions and practical experiences regarding survivorship care for breast and colorectal cancer survivors and families, and investigate similarities and differences in perceptions and experiences. For this study we interviewed 9 cancer survivors and 7 family members who were recruited from a university hospital located in Gyeong-gi do. The study findings confirmed that the major three themes of 1) perceptions regarding survivorship care, 2) practical methods regarding survivorship care, and 3) personal and social factors which influence survivorship care were derived from both cancer survivors and family members. With regards to themes which showed differences between cancer survivors and family members, a total of four sub-themes were found. This study is a contribution to the comprehensive understanding of various situations in which cancer survivors and family members experience survivorship care. The study findings will provide the basic information to develop a Korean cancer survivorship care model.
