글로벌 경기침체로 둔화된 경제성장과 갈 곳 잃은 현금성 자산은 새로운 투자처를 찾게 되었고, 이러한 기술의 발전을 이용하여 암호화폐가 금융시장에서 상당한 위치를 차지하며 많은 사람들이 관심을 받게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 비트코인에 대해 연구하고자 하며, 비트코인의 가격과 거래량의 관계에 대해 분석하였으며 벡터자기회귀(VAR)모형과 벡터오차수정(VECM)모형을 토대로 충격반응, 분산분해 분석 등을 통해 상호관계를 살펴보았다. 비트코인 가격과 거래량에 대한 동적관계 분석 결과 가격과 거래량은 시차에서의 차이가 있었지만 서로의 원인변수가 되는 것으로 나타났다. 비트코인과 주요 알트코인인 이더리움, 이오스, 리플과의 상호관계에 충격반응함수 분석 결과 비트코인은 이더리움 충격에 부(-)의 지속적인 반응을 보였으며, 이오스와 리플에는 정(+)의 반응을 보였다. 기타 코인의 경우 비트코인의 설명력이 16%에서 75%까지 있는 것으로 확인되어 암호화폐 시장에서는 비트코인의 영향력이 작용한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 일별데이터를 활용했지만 짧은 시간에 큰 폭으로 가격이 변동하는 비트코인의 특성을 파악하기 위해 더 짧은 주기의 자료를 활용할 필요가 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how innovative SMEs show the environmental factors of technological business as technological achievements, and eventually lead to economic performance, leading to business stabilization or insolvency. As a key element of the technology business environment, how the CEO's technical capabilities, professional roles and cooperation of key executives, and the feasibility of a technology business investment plan affect the technological competitiveness of the company, furthermore, the company's financial soundness or potential for insolvency An empirical analysis was conducted on the effect on. As a result of analysis, the higher the level of cooperative relationship with the CEO through efficient teamwork through specialization and proper role-sharing of key executives among technical competency, and the establishment of a reasonable investment plan such as R&D and equipment investment in accordance with the technology business plan In addition, it was confirmed that the better the funding and repayment ability, the better the technological competitiveness of the company to transform into a technology-intensive company and improve overall financial management performance such as profitability, growth, and activity to stabilize the business. In particular, it was confirmed that strengthening technological competitiveness through steady R&D investment in technological innovation and accumulation of know-how is a necessary condition for business success that must be supported in terms of long-term and gradual growth as a going-concern. 본 연구는 혁신형 중소기업이 기술사업 활동 과정중에 제반 기술사업 환경요소들이 어떻게 기술적 성과로 나타나고, 종국적으로는 경제적 성과로 이어져 사업안정화를 이루거나 또는 부실화에 이르는 지를 규명하고자 하였다. 기술사업 환경의 핵심요소로서 CEO의 기술 역량을 비롯한 주요 경영진의 전문적 역할과 협력도, 기술사업 투자계획의 타당성 등이 기업의 기술 경쟁력 향상에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지, 나아가 기업의 재무 건전성 내지 부실화 가능성 등에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증분석을 실 시하였다. 분석결과, 기술역량중 핵심 경영진의 직무별 전문화와 적정한 상호 역할분담을 통한 효율 적인 팀웍등으로 CEO와의 협력관계 수준이 높을수록, 그리고 기술사업 계획에 부합하는 연구개발과 설비투자등의 합리적인 투자 계획 수립과 자금조달 및 상환능력등이 양호할수록 기업의 기술경쟁력 을 향상시켜 기술집약적 기업으로 변모해 나아가고 수익성, 성장성, 활동성 등 전반적인 재무적 경영 성과를 향상시켜 사업안정화를 이루어 나가는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 기술혁신에 대한 꾸준한 연구 개발 투자 및 노하우 축적 등을 통한 기술경쟁력 강화는 계속기업(Going-concern)으로서의 장기적· 점진적인 성장이라는 관점에서 반드시 뒷받침되어야 할 사업성공의 필요조건이라는 것을 확인하였다.

공공기관의 지속가능경영활동이 재무요인에 미치는 영향 : 공기업을 중심으로

Public institutions have higher social responsibilities than private companies and have motivation and purpose to carry out sustainable management. This study aims to investigate the effects of sustainable management activities on financial factors of public corporations with corporate characteristics as a means of public performance as a purpose of public institutions. The results of the study showed that public corporations with high customer satisfaction had a significant positive effect on profitability. This can be interpreted that the improvement of customer satisfaction leads to the improvement of profit by attracting customers. In addition, the management score had a significant positive effect on all indicators of financial factors, which is because the basic system of management evaluation index consists of management strategy, social contribution, work efficiency, organization and human resource management, financial budget management, remuneration and welfare management. On the other hand, business management has a significant negative effect on the financial factors that are added, which is because the impact of the policy goals that are urgently given without considering the aspects of performance and the capacity of the institution, which are largely dependent on the overall market conditions, is considerably greater than the parts that can be improved by internal management efforts. 공공기관은 민간기업보다도 더 높은 사회적 책임을 가지고 지속가능경영을 할 동기와 목적이 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 공공기관 중 목적으로서의 공공성과 수단으로서의 기업성을 갖는 공기업을 대상으로 지속가능경영활동이 재무요인에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과 지속가능경영활동 중 고객만족도가 높은 공기업은 수익성에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 고객만족도의 향상은 고객을 유인하여 수익 향상으로 이어지는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 또한 경영관리 점수는 재무요인 모든 지표에 대해 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 이는 경영관리 평가지표 기본체계가 경영전략, 사회공헌, 업무효율, 조직 및 인적자원 관리, 재무예산관리, 보수 및 복리후생 관리 등으로 구성되어 있어 재무요인과 밀접한 관련이 있기 때문으로 보인다. 반면 사업관리는 모든 재무요인에 유의한 음(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데 이는 내부의 경영 노력으로 개선시킬 수 있는 부분보다는 전반적인 시장여건에 따라 실적이 크게 좌우되는 측면과 기관의 수용 능력을 충분히 고려하지 않고 급박하게 부여되는 정책목표의 영향이 상당히 크기 때문이라고 보여진다.
