A practical adaptive tracking filter for a maneuvering target is proposed in this paper by combining a modified input estimation technique with pseudo-residuals and a decoupled tracking filter in line-of-sight Cartesian coordinate system. Since the adaptive tracking filter has decoupled structure and computes maneuver input estimates for each axis separately, it requires much less computations compared with the conventional tracking filter with MIE technique without degrading performance. Also, since pseudo-measurement noises in line-of-sight Cartesian coordinate system are much less correlated compared with those of inertial Cartesian coordinate system, the proposed tracking filter produces less false alarms or miss detections to improve the performance.

Intracranial dermoid cyst is very rare congenital tumor resulted from the inclusion of ectodermal elements at the time of closure of the neural tube between the third and fifth weeks of embryonic life. A case is reported with dermoid cyst overlying cerebellar vermis in female aged 15.

Somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) responses in patients with spinal diseases are checked and analysed. Data from 20 normal subjects are given for comparision with the abnormal SEP responses obtained from 13 patients with spinal diseases showed low amplitude and delayed latency in early and late components compared as normal one. So we were able to predict the degree of spinal cord injury with SEP responses. The SEP pattern was changed to normal one according to recovery of cord injury. Some cases revealed normal wave pattern in spite of neurologically paralytic signs. It has suggested that SEP has been responsed abnormal interruption of the sensory pathway of the central nervous system. However, in spite of the lesion of the motor pathway of the central nervous system the SEP is normal. According to above results, we have found the SEP is most useful method to evaluate of sensory pathway of the central nervous system.
