        지속주 시간의 차이가 심폐지구력에 미치는 영향

        This study is intended to the effect of the Continuous Running Time Difference on Cardiorespiratory Endurance in order to present effective data for developing middle school students` cardiorespiratory endurance. They took part in this experiment. They are sound physically and spiritually and do not exercise regularly. They were trained with the same aerobic intensity three times a week. They were randomly sampled into 4 groups which consist of 6. According to the continuous running time, they were divided into 4 groups-G Ⅰ (continuous running time is 3 minutes), GⅡ (6 min.), GⅢ(9 min.), GⅣ(comparative group)-and had been trained for 8 weeks. Before and after the training, they performed maximal treadmill work. The results were as the following; 1. VO_2max/kg According to the Running time, There was meaningful between GⅢ and GⅣ. In the efficiency GⅢ was ranked the highest and , GI and GⅣ in order. 2. Ventilation Equivalent There was meaningful between GⅣ, GⅢ, and GⅡ in the Rurnning time. In the efficiency GⅢ was ranked the highest and GⅡ, GⅠ and GⅣ in order. 3. The improvement of anaerobic ventilation threshold effect There was no meaningful for the improvement of anaerobic ventilation threshold effect. According to the above results, The result was necessary for us to study intensity, frequency, duration, types, and time in training per day, so that we may find out practical training methods to improve cardiorespiratory endurance. It is necessary to study a recovery rate after the training and muscular fatigue too. Especially the study about recovery rate will be efficiently useful in planing lessons of school. It is required to study the case of female students in order to find out the gender difference of cardiorespiratory endurance.

        인문사회 : 한국 기업의 직장체육 참여 실태 분석: 2004년 상장기업을 중심으로

        본 연구는 우리나라 상장 기업의 직장체육 실태를 분석함으로써 직장체육 실시의 필요성을 역설하고 향후 직장체육 활성화 정책 수립을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2004년 기준 상장기업 280개를 대상으로 현재 실시하고 있는 프로그램 유형, 실시 빈도 및 기간, 구비 시설 종류, 지도자 및 전담부서 유무, 직장체육에 대한 인식 등의 항목을 조사하였다. 그 결과 조사 기업의 77.9%가 체육 행사를 실시하고 40.4%가 개인 체육활동을 위한 기회를 제공하는 것으로 나타났으나, 단체 체육활동을 실시하는 기업은 상대적으로 적었으며(20.0%), 체육활동의 내용도 15분 미만의 아침체조, 근무시간 이외에 지도자가 없는 체육시설 이용 등으로 소극적인 것으로 나타났다. 그럼에도 불구하고 응답자의 다수(77.1%)가 직장체육이 직장인의 건강증진과 산업재해 예방, 생산성 향상에 도움이 된다고 생각하고 있어 직장인들이 체육활동을 원하고 있음이 드러났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 향후 직장체육 모형 개발과 관련 정책의 제언 측면에서 논의하였다. This study aims to show the significance of worksite sport and physical activities and to provide basic data for government sport policy by analyzing current trend of worksite sport and physical activities among Korean companies. The subjects of the survey were 280 companies listed on Korea Stock Exchange in the year of 2004 and the questionnaire was composed of sport and physical activities program type, frequency, duration and intensity of participation, instructor and facilities, recognition among employers/employees. The results show that 77.9% of the companies have sport events and 40.4% of them provide opportunities for individual exercise, while the number of companies have group program is relatively small(20.0%). The content of group program was rather passive concentrating on morning gymnastics less than 15 minutes while individual exercise is allowed in facilities without instructors after work-hours. Nevertheless, a large number of respondents(77.1%) think that worksite sport and physical activities has positive influence in enhancing employees` health and corporate productivity at the same time showing their needs for sport and physical activities. These results are expected to provide basic data in designing successful corporate sport model and suggesting related sport policy.
