판항교제작(鈑桁橋製作) 및 보강(補强)에 관한 연구(硏究)

강항(鋼桁)의 내하력부족(耐荷力不足)을 강재(鋼材)를 사용(使用)한 개판(蓋鈑) 또는 부재(部材)로서 보강(補强)하였던 것이 종래(從來)의 공법(工法)이며 이것도 대부분(大部分) 단순항(單純桁)에 한정(限定)되었었다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서 단순항(單純桁) 뿐만 아니라 2경간(徑間), 3경간연속(徑間連續)도 고인장강(高引張鋼)(P.C 강선(鋼線))으로 per-stress하여 단부정착(端部碇着)한 보강재(補强材)로 내하력(耐荷力)의 증대(增大)를 현저(顯著)하게 보았다. 장차(將次)의 하중증대(荷重增大)를 고려(考慮)하여 강항제작당시(鋼桁製作當時)에 보강장치(補强裝置)를 미리 설치하여 현장가설(現場架設) 때 pre-stressing하여 정착(碇着)시켜 놓면 목적(目的)은 달성(達成)된다. 이렇게 하면 단순항(單純桁), 2경간(徑間), 3경간연속항(徑間連續桁)이 최소(最小) 80%이상(以上) 내하력증가(耐荷力增加)가 되고 전경간(全徑間) 등분분포하중(等分布荷重)이 만재(滿載)될 때는 2경간연속(徑間連續) 단순항(單純桁)에서 약(約) 100%의 내하력증가(耐荷力增加)가 허용(許容)된다. Increasing of load on the highway bridge necessitate the strengthening of load capacity of bridge by some method. The method of strengthening is the usage of pre-stressing high tensile steel line. Having finished pre-stressing work, line is anchored both end, then it composed a member of bridge structure when loading. This paper includes the method and mechanism of strengthening of I-beam span(same originality of plate girder), could be summerized as following; (a) Simple girder, 2 span and 3 span continuous girder increasing the load capacity by more than 80 % for concentrated load. (b) For uniformly distributed load, when all span loaded, load capacity is increase more than 80% to 100% except 3 span continuous.

Until 1950, the design live load of highway bridge was 13ton or less. The live load howent is increased 18ton or 24ton at present. The loading capacity of the existing bridges is 13ton or less everywhere except express highway in our country, so it must be strengthened by some methods. This paper includes the method of strengthening of I-beam or plate girder bridge. The method of strengthening could be summurized as following: (a) The simple I or plate grider bridge is replaced with 3 span continuous bridge, and also pre-stressed on 3 span continuous by p.c cable at end anchor, (b) After being pre-stressed, the new slab concrete is placed in the shear connector at top flange $quot;A$quot; method. Before pre-dressing, at the 2 part of 2 intermediate support placing the concrete slab. Having part concrete harden, pre-stressing jack work starts. Having jack work finished, placing the concrete at the other part of slab $quot;B$quot; method. Both A and B method are ways of streusthening the old I beam or plate girder bridges. But B method is eliminate the tensile stress in slab concrete. The calculating method of this mechanics adopt the C-line of T.Y Lin concordance cable.
