        복합응집제를 이용한 염색가공 폐수의 처리

        This study provides the optimal conditions treating with the coagulation process and the other chemical treatment processes for dyeing wastewater, especially various dyeing complex wastewater. The results are shown as follows: 1. Optimum reaction condition of pH for ferrous sulfate was the range of 9 to 12. And when 3,000ppm(㎎/l) of ferrous sulfate was dosed, the maximum COD<sub>M</sub>n removal rate was approximately 40%. 2. In case of ferrous chloride and Bittern as coagulants, optimum pH range was 10 to 11. And maximum COD<sub>M</sub>n removal rate was approximately 46% to 50% for dose of 2,000ppm(㎎/l) to 6,000 ppm. 3. It is confirmed that the activated sludge process following coagulation precipitation method provides better treatment efficiency than the coagulation precipitation method following the activated sludge process. 4. The purpose of this study was to produce CGF (Cyanoguanidineformaldehyde resin) by organic compounds. 5. The complex coagulation agent by this study is the most economical coagulant with Alum(aluminum sulfate) and the removal efficiency is approximately 54% with 1,000ppm(㎎/l) of pH range 6 to 7.

      • 한외 여과막(ULTRAFILTRATION)을 이용한 섬유폐수 분리효과에 관한 연구

        The textile manufacturing industry discharges a variety of wastes from the various process. The wastewater from weaving process contains synthetic size such as PVA(polyvinyl alcohol), CMC(carboxymethyl cellulose), arcryl resin and fiber residue etc. In this review, recycled water by ultrafilteration the most promising technology for recycling method will be compared with industrial water and ultrafiltration will be discussed in detail with respect to the following points : Separation effect of weaving wastewater by ultrafiltration modules, necessity and equipment of pretreatment and post treatment.

      • 염색 폐수의 화학적 응집 처리 비교에 관한 연구

        The dyeing industry discharges a variety of wastewater from the various process. In this review, the most effective chemical coagulation were studied for the effective chemical of dyeing wastewater. For the chemical coagulation and Mg^(2+) in natural source of dyeing wastewater, ferrous sulfate, Al₂(SO₄)₃18H₂O, FeCl₂, Fenton 's reagent and Bittern used. It was investigated that Bittern was the most efficient coagulant. The most optimal conditions and results for Bittern include the followings. When dyeing wastewater COD_(Mn), concentration was 760mg/ℓ, the optimal pH, dosage of coagulant, COD_(Mn) removal efficiency and sludge yield were 11.5, 7,000w/ℓ, 40% and 3,100mg/ℓ, respectively.

      • 염색폐수의 응집-여과-한외 여과막에 의한 처리 연구

        In the treatment of the wastewater containing dyeing materials by using batch precipitation and flocculation followed by membrane filteration, removal efficiency and water recovery were investigated according by pH, dosage of coagulant, operating pressure, and the types of membranes used ultrafiltration. In the case of dyeing wastewater, it was most effective to use ultrafilteration membrane at the conditions of the pH of 7.0~8.0 and the operating pressure of 2.5 atm and in the case of the mixed wastewater containing dyeing wastewater, it was more effective to treat it by using ultrafilteration membrane at the same condition mentioned above. On the whole, it was found that the rate of water recovery is higher as well in the pH range leading to higher removal efficiency.
