On account of the technological development, intelligent building is on increasing where the artificial regulation on indoor environment is possible, thence the concern about those facilities such as water-supply facility, water-heater and drainage facility has becomes higher. However, due to diversification and complicated system of the facility-equipments, the noise generating from such facility equipment is gradually becoming a problem, and since especially equipment noises arising at the machine room frequently infringe into the resident’s pleasant living environment with the complex types of an air-borne sound and a structure-borne sound, it is becoming the civil complaint. On such viewpoint, this Study ever observed the characteristics of noise generating from various facility-equipments in the building, and intended to evaluate the facility-noises by use of the valuation index such as PSIL, N, NC, NR. As result of, the facilities noise which happens in the machine room makes normal conversation very difficult due to high sound pressure level. Based on such data, this study is willing to present it as an essential material for establishment an efficient measure against the facility-noises arising at machine room hereafter.

Recently, according to increase the desire for the life physical training, many local governments are constructing the swimming pool. As the space for improvement of physical strength of the local residences, the fostering of sport player and the game-watching, and due to its property, such indoor swimming pool is emphasizing the sense-delivery through its fostering and the clearness of sound, also it is requiring the repletion or abundance of sound, too. However, in the most of them, since it occurs an excessive echo condition by use of the reflexible finishing material due to its characteristics of hydrophile property space, it is very difficult situation when conduct swimming education and the progression of the game. On such point of view, for the object of newly built indoor swimming pool, after conduct the computer simulation, by practise the psycho-acoustics experiment on the designing stage where able to experience virtual acoustic field using auralizational technique, this study has attempted to evaluate the acoustic condition at the construction completion, and as the result of comparison with the improvement level about the acoustic performance of the subject indoor swimming pool, it was known that the acoustic performance was greatly improved since the evaluation item was appraised as the high grade due to decrease the excessive reverberation. Accordingly, if the subject indoor swimming pool can be remodelled in accordance with such acoustic design, it is judged that can be an excellent indoor swimming pool, securing a sufficient sound sense, reverberation feeling and diffusion of sound, and also it is considering that such study result could be utilized as the fundamental material when construction a similar type of indoor swimming pool in the future, that expectable the reduction effect on construction cost and improvement of the acoustic performance by predict · control the acoustic problem from its planning stage.

Recently, the high-rise building has been constructed competitively because it is symbol of the national competitive power including the technical power. The higher buildings are getting, the more important building mechanical systems are. So, the building mechanical systems are getting developed. Among the building mechanical systems, the sanitary system is basically necessary in order to maintain the building hygienically along with convenience and safety. This study has been investigated for various cases of high-rise building plumbing system. As a result, a variety of zoning method has been applied to most skyscrapers depending on the building height in the building mechanical system. And a variety of joint have been applied to minimize the Shortening and Sway. Also, the drainage in same uses has been discharged outside of a build through the one vertical pipe line. And airing system has been used like Individual Vent Pipe·Yoke Vent Pipe·Stack Vent Pipe·Loop Vent Pipe·Relief Vent Pipe method. It is sure that this study could be used as the high-rise building design
