조기난소부전 진단 후 한방치료를 통해 자연임신에 성공한 환자 1례의 임상증례보고

Objectives: The purpose of this paper is to report the effects of herbal medicine on spontaneous pregnancy with premature ovarian failure. Methods: The 28-year-old patient who was diagnosed premature ovarian failure was treated with herbal medicine (Hyangbujapalmul-tang-gagam), acupuncture and moxibustion. Results: After the treatment, the symptoms of premature ovarian failure such as hot flushes, sweats were improved. The patient recovered menstruation and achieved spontaneous pregnancy. Conclusions: This case shows that Korean medical treatment including herbal medicine has effect on treating infertile female with premature ovarian failure.

국가 중요행사 간 안전 활동 거버넌스에 관한 연구 : 2019 광주 FINA 세계수영선수권대회를 중심으로

2019년 7월 12일부터 7월 28일까지 약 17일간 세계수영선수권대회가 광주에서 열렸다. 대회의 성과는 저 비용 고 효율의 대회였으며, 관계기관과 시민이 참여하는 안전한 대회였다. 국제 테러단체나 이를 추종하는 세력의 위해요소가 많았음에도 불구하고 안전하게 종료되었다. 이는 다양한 위협으로부터 선수단과 시민을 지키기 위한 안전활동을 위해 지방정부가 중심이 되어 가용한 모든 역량을 상호 협력한 결과이다. 본 연구는 세계수영선수권대회에서 성공적으로 운영된 안전활동 거버넌스 사례를 분석하여 그 요인을 확인하고자 한다. 그 결과 안전활동 거버넌스의 강화 방안은 자원의 효과적인 결합, 파트너의 특성을 고려한 지속적인 상호작용, 파트너 간의 신뢰 관계 형성, 단단한 파트너십 형성, 외부환경 변화에 대한 유연한 대처 등을 들 수 있다. The World Swimming Championships were held in Gwangju for about 17 days from July 12 to July 28, 2019. The competition was a low-cost, high-efficiency competition, a safe competition involving related organizations and citizens, and a safe competition despite the high risk factors of international terrorist organizations and followers. This is the result of mutual cooperation of all the capabilities available to local governments for safety activities to protect athletes and citizens from various threats. This study aims to analyze the cases of safety activity governance successfully operated at the World Swimming Championships and to identify the factors. As a result, the ways to strengthen safety activity governance include effective combination of resources, continuous interaction considering the characteristics of partners, formation of trust relationship between partners, formation of solid partnerships, and flexible coping with changes in external environment.
