건축공사 중 콘크리트 공사에서는 바닥 표면마감 작업 시점을 확인 할 수 있는 응결시간과 초기동해 방지 및 측면 거푸집 탈형이 가능한 5MPa 도달시점의 확인은 공정상 매우 중요하다. 본 연구팀에서는 콘크리트의 응결시간과 압축강도를 하나의 기기로 측정 가능한 하이브리드 추정계(이하 추정계) 개발에 관해 연구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 추정계의 측정 횟수에 따른 평균 경도치 변화를 확인하여, 신뢰 가능한 적정 측정 횟수를 제안하고자 한다. 연구결과 응결시간을 측정시 5회 또는 10 회를 측정하여 평균값을 사용하는 것이 가장 적절한 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 사용의 편의성을 고려하여 5회 값을 사용하는 것이 효율적일 것으로 판단된다.

In this study, compared and analyzed various Activation Functions to present a methodology for developing a natural intelligence-based prediction system. As a result of the analysis, ELU was the best with RMSE: 62.87, R<sup>2</sup>: 0.96, and the error rate was 4%. However, it is considered desirable to construct a prediction system by combining each algorithm model for optimization.

In this study, compared and analyzed various loss function minimization techniques to present a methodology for developing a natural intelligence-based prediction system. As a result of the analysis, He Initialization was the best with RMSE: 3.78, R2: 0.94, and the error rate was 6%. However, it is considered desirable to construct a prediction system by combining each technique for optimization.

In this study, conducted a Mock-up test on the use of TBC and CGS fine aggregates for the purpose of reducing the upper and lower hydration heat according to the horizontal division and punching of mass concrete. As a result of the experiment, it is judged that it will be effective in preventing temperature cracking of mass concrete when mixing the upper and lower parts and replacing CGS.

In this study, concrete durability was reviewed before CGS, a by-product generated from IGCC, was used as a fine aggregate for concrete. The characteristics of concrete and effect on carbonization according to the type of pre-mixed cement and the CGS substitution rate were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the depth of carbonation according to the pre-mixed cement types increased by up to 52%, and the carbonation resistance tended to be similar overall when CGS was used as a fine aggregate.

In this study, propose a plan to efficiently utilize CGS, a by-product generated from IGCC, as a mixed fine aggregate for concrete. The effect of the premixed cement types and CGS replacement rate on the overall characteristics and length change rate of concrete was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the effect of CGS was found to be insignificant, and the effect of cement was found to be dominant.

This study analyzed the temperature stress through mixtures mass concrete hydration heat analysis according to the replacement rates of FAC and CGS. As a result of the analysis, it was possible to confirm the effect of reducing hydration heat when CGS is substituted for the low heat mixture of mass concrete. However, the stress of the FAC+CGS combination exceeded the tensile stress. It is believed that it is necessary to apply the insulating sheet of the surface part and reduce the unit weight of cement.
