강원도에서는 지난 5년 동안 기간 교통망 개선, 국방정책 변화, 동계올림픽 개최, 질병의 확산, 산불 발생 등 크고 작은 변화가 있었다. 이러한 변화가 가져오는 결과는 공간적으로 불균형을 초래할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 공간구조 변화 중 교통망 개선에 따른 영향을 음식점 폐업을 통하여 알아보고자 한다. 분석 방법은 밀도분석, 공간적 군집(LISA) 분석, 시공간 군집 분석 등을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 폐업은 12월에 집중되는 경향을 보였으며 주요 도시의 핵심상권을 제외한 대부분 지역에서 개업과 비교해 폐업이 우세하였다. 읍면동 단위로 수행한 공간적 군집 분석에서는, 속초 일대와 주요 도시의 구도심에서 군집 현상을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 폐업의 시공간 군집 분석에서는 속초, 삼척, 양구, 홍천 일대에서 특정 기간에 폐업이 집중적으로 발생하는 현상이 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 교통망 개선 등을 통한 지역의 공간구조 변화가 지역의 불균형을 심화시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. In the last five years in Gangwon-do, there have been major as well as minor changes, such as improving the transportation network, changing defense policies, hosting the Winter Olympics, the spreading of diseases, and outbreaks of wildfires. The effects of these changes can appear disproportionately in space. Thus, this study analyzed the distribution characteristics of closed restaurants to investigate the spatial imbalance of influence. For this, density analysis, spatial clustering (LISA) analysis, and spatiotemporal clustering analysis were used. As a result of the analysis, the closure of businesses tended to be mainly in December, and the closure of businesses was dominant compared to the opening of businesses in most regions except for the core commercial districts of major cities. In the spatial cluster analysis performed by the administrative district unit, the clustering phenomena were confirmed in the Sokcho area and the old downtown areas of the major cities. Finally, in the analysis of spatio-temporal clusters of business closures, it was found that business closures occurred intensively during a specific period in Sokcho, Samcheok, Yanggu, and Hongcheon.

More than 3,400 schools were became closed school in South Korea since 1982. But a study for the closed school`s spatial distribution and the usage in connection with location information is weak. So this study is ffocuses on the analysis of closed school`s distribution and usage using GIS-based spatial analysis. Closed schools have diversity in the location and use, depending on the time and place. Closed schools are first occurred mostly in the inland and after they are spread to the coastal areas. Geographically they were positioning mainly in the administrative district boundaries or far away from the metropolitan area. Closed schools are being most frequently reused by residents.
