This study discussed the prevention of the spalling and improvement of the fire resistance performance how to fill up lightweight foamed concrete on high strength RC column attached with the stone panel. The destructive spalling extremely occur caused by sudden high temperature and increased vapor pressure corresponding to falling the ston panel at all RC column, and the steel bar is exposed. The stone panel fall off about 30 minures and spalling occur about 70 minutes on Plan RC column, fire endurance paint, and fire endurance mortar, so it can be confirmed that fire endurance paint and mortar, which is used as fire endurance material, are not effective. In the other side, it can be protected from fire about 120~140 minutes when the lightweight foamed concrete is used as fire endurance material. For the weight loss after the fire test, plain is 33, fire endurance paint is 37%, and fire endurance mortar s 40.7%. And W/B 60%-3 is 53.4%, 60%-1.5 is 40.1%, 65%-3 is 39.4%, and 65%-1.5% is 47.1. Overall, the weight loss of the plain is lower than that of the lightweight foamed concrete.

This study investigates mechanical properties of the concrete using coarse particle cement which is manufactured by the classifying process. The variable factors are 3 types of W/C such as 40, 50, and 60%and 5types of the replacement of the coarse particle cement such as 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100%. As the results, amount of SP agent to secure the target fluidity is gradually declined in accordance with increasing CC replacement. There is no special tendency for target air content, but setting time is delayed according to increasing CC content. The peak of the simple adiabatic temperature rise is gradually decreased in accordance with increasing CC content, and approach time to peak is slightly delayed. The compressive strength is comparatively delayed.

Spontaneous urinary bladder rupture is uncommon, but is associated with significant morbidity and mortality because of delayed diagnosis. A 65-year-old man was admitted to the emergency room because of low abdominal pain and abdominal distention of sudden onset. The previous night, he had consumed a bottle of alcohol and fallen asleep. Diagnosed as peritonitis of unknown origin, he was prescribed antibiotics empirically. However, the ascites progressed and oliguric acute renal failure developed. On the fifth day, we measured the creatinine level in the ascitic fluid and performed retrograde cystography. He was diagnosed as idiopathic spontaneous bladder rupture and underwent a primary repair successfully. When a patient presents with acute abdominal pain, ascites, and oliguric acute renal failure without definite causes, physicians should consider idiopathic spontaneous bladder rupture, measure the creatinine level in the ascitic fluid immediately, and perform retrograde cystography to obtain an early diagnosis. This study progressed fresh mortar test and hardening mortar test as a characteristic analysis of high strength mortar that is not water but replaced liquid, and the results are summarized as following. AS a characteristic of fresh mortar, the flow that is following by the changes of the kind of replaced liquid decreased in order of E, M, A, K, O, L, G, and H, and it is indicated that liquid H, the flow was better then others. The test show the bending strength of G, L, K, O at and H were more increased then plain as the replaced change on the first day, and on the 28th day, G, L, and K was more increased then plain. The compressive strength of G, K, and O was similar with P(-10)at the first day. On 7th day, the test show G, and L was more increased then P(-10), and other replaced liquid were similar or decreased. On the 28th day, G, K, and A was similar with P(-10) and it is decreased in order of E, L, O, and H.
