4차 산업혁명이나 인공지능이 도래하는 미래에 대한 논의는 최근 사회 여러 분야 에서 다각적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 과학기술의 진보는 고도의 지식정보 사 회를 가능하게 할 것이며 축적된 정보와 지식을 보다 효율적으로 분류할 수 있는 인공지능이 인간의 뇌를 대체할 것이라고 전문가들은 예견하고 있다. 때문에 미술 관이나 박물관 같은 문화기관도 단순 지식정보를 나열하는 콘텐츠 중심의 운영이 아니라 창의적인 교육 플랫폼으로서의 참여적 기능을 더욱 요구받게 되었다.

우리 나ㅏ 농촌지역계획의 문제점과 여건변화를 고려하여 농촌개발의 목표와 전략을 구현하기 위한 농촌지역계획의 현황과 전개방향을 정리하였다. 또한 농촌지역 계획의 수립과정의 일환으로 지역개발에 관한 주민의식조사를 수행하였고, 이러한 조사내역을 기존 계획내용에 대비하여 문제점을 도출하였다. 주민의사를 바탕으로 개발계획안의 발전방향을 검토하였으며, 농촌지역계획의 향후 방향을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. Considering the change of conditions and problems of rural region planning in Korea, the direction and the present condition of rural region planning for realizing the strategies and the goal of rural development. were arranged And as a part of procedure of the planning, the perception of residents about regional development was surveyed The results of the survey were compared with the present planning and the problems of the present planning were analyzed The direction of development planning and rural regional planning with reference to perception of residents were proposed.

본 연구는 都市計劃史 時期區分의 필요성을 바탕으로 시기구분의 방식과 적용을 시험하였다. 사회적 배경과 도시계획법제의 변천 등을 통해 시기를 구분하고, 토지 이용계획, 도시계획시설, 시가지의 변천, 도시개발방식의 특징에 입각하여 각 시기별 특성을 제시하였다. 그 결과 우리나라 근현대 도시계획는 일제 초기에는 근대 도시구조로의 개편, 일제 중기에는 종합적 시가경영, 일제 말기에는 국토계획적 시가계획, 해방이후 1962년까지는 시가지복구 및 정비, 1962년부터 1980년까지는 지구중심 도시개발, 1980년이후는 광역도시체계의 형성이라는 특징을 갖는 것으로 시기구분되었다. 아울러 우리나라 근현대 도시계획의 근대성과 현대성이라는 개념 도출을 시도하였다. This paper examines the method and application of periodization grounded on the necessity of urban planning history periodization. The period sections with respect to changes in the social background, urban planning laws. And after examining land use planning, urban planning facilities, changes of urbanized area, and urban development procedure, the periodic chacteristics are presented. Consequently the periodic chacteristics are as follows. That is the reform of urban organization before 1919, the comprehensive urbanized management from 1919 to'1931, the urbanized area Plan as national Planning level from 1931 to 1945, the urbanized area recovery and improvement from 19f3i to 1962, the urban development focused on district from 1962 to 1980, the formation of wide scale urban system. And abstraction of concept, that is the modernity and contemporaneity of urban planning in korea, is examined.

우리나라 주택건설 경기변동분석과 주택공급모형에 관한 연구

본 연구는 1970년부터 1990년까지의 시계열적 통계자료를 이·용하여 주택경기 및 주택투자에 대한 계량적 분석의 일환으로 영향요인들을 찾아내고 그 영향력을 계측하며 그들 사이의 관계성을 실증하는데 목적이 있다. 우설 주택경기 동향에 대한 분석에서는 경기변동 사이클 분석을 통해 총주택, 민간 및 공공주택 건설의 경기를 분석하였다. 다음으로 주택투자 모형식의 추정과 그 결과를 도출하였는데 모형선정 과정을 통해 일반선형모델이 채택되었고 변수선택법을 시행하였다. 본 연구는 시계열적인 주택경기 분석을 시론적으로 시도하고 있으며 투자모형의 추정에 있어 정책더미변수의 도입을 시도해 보았다는데 의의가 있다. As a part of measuring analysis about housing business and investment using statistical data from 1970 to 1990, this paper aims that seeking for effecting factors, measuring a degree of effect, and verificating relations among these. Firstly, housing business tendency analyzes on business fluctuation of public, private, and total housing construction through cycle analysis method. Secondly, Results and presumption of housing investment model type is abtained by adopting linear model type through model selecting process, and by carrying out Rsquare procedure. This paper is significant that analyzes time series housing business, and that· introduce policy dummy variable.

도시계획에 있어 용도지역의 면적산정은 지역지구제 운용의 핵심적 요소이다. 현행 법정 도시계획에 있어 사용되고 있는 용도지역 면적 산정방식을 유형화하고 평가·분석한 본 연구의 결과 현행 법정 도시계획의 입안과정에서 용도지역 면적산정과정은 방식이 통일되어 있지 않고 세부적 지표의 활용에 있어서도 다양함을 보이고 있다. 향후 도시계획에 있어 면적산정 적용방식과 적용단계별 지표적용의 기준정립이 시급한 것으로 분석되었다. Estimating an area of each zoning is an essential element on zoning application in urban Planning. This paper aims at valuation, analysis, and categorization of methods used in present legal urban and land use planning. The results of this paper are as follows. The Methods are not standard in estimating an area in legal urban planning, and an index by stages. Hereafter these are urgent questions, establishment of standard index by stages and estimating an area of each zoning
