공적개발원조에 의한 기후변화 적응 지원의 당위성과 방향에 관한 연구

The poor are more severly damaged by climate change because their economies are more dependent on climate-sensitive industries, they live in marginal area, and don t have enough resources. The vulnerability of the poor to climate change as well as climate variability threatens to undo the efforts of achieving Millenium Development Goals. This paper examines why official development assistance(ODA) should support developing countries efforts of responding to climate change. The link between poverty and the vulnerability to climate change indicates that ODA can target to achieve both poverty reduction and adaptation to climate change by integrating or mainstreaming adaptation into development cooperation. The evidences of environmental injustice suggest that the increased inequity between rich and poor countries can destabilize the international society and developed countries responsible for creating this unprecedented problem will face the requests to take this burden. International efforts to address this issue can be found in UN Framework Convention on Climate Change setting several commitments for the international cooperation for climate change and political outcomes from previous sessions of the Conference of the Parties.

The advancement of information technology provides a wide range of options for the corporate to cope with new business environments. As with most other businesses, the utilization of the logistics information technology can be an instrument to enhance the competitiveness of the company. Therefore it is essential to analyze how companies utilize and verify the relationship between company business performance and the level of information technology utilization, which is the objective of this paper. The questionnaire was sent to 300 companies listed on the stock market at random. The author received 176 responses of which 142 were complete and valid. According to the analysis of questionnaires, the adoption level of information technologies was dependent on the perception of top managers on the importance of information technology in business competitiveness. Furthermore the level of relation between the information technology adoption and business performance was significant. Therefore businesses need to increase the utilization of information technologies, such as establishment of logistics information system, network with other business partners in order to business logistics performance.

非營利組織의 成長要因에 관한 硏究 : 釜山, 慶南의 新都市所在 敎會를 중심으로

Recently Korean churches have grown rapidly, especially at the new town near megapolis such as Seoul or Pusan. So this study reviewed the characterictics of the new town and the determinants of growth of local churches in the new town near Pusan. First this study reviewed the types of church growth through the literature about them. And studied the determinants from the view point of theologists and ministers. From them we developed the model of the growth of church. We tested the model for the churches in Pusan and Kimhae with the regression. The results showed the determinant of the growth of local churches in the new town was the facilities. The conditions of the place of churches, convenient parking place, serviceable place for the worship were the critical factors for the growth of local churches in the new towns. These seemed the charateristics of residents such as mamonism, materialism and expediency influenced the members of them. So, we recommend the local churches in the new town invest their resources to the the convenient facilities for their members, such as serviceable worship place and good parking places.
