국내 건설엔지니어링 업체의 대외경쟁럭 저하원인 분석을 통한 해외진출 활성화 방안

건설엔지니어링의 사업비는 공사비의 $3\~5\%$ 정도에 지나지 않으나, 최종 사업목적물의 성능을 결정하는데 커다란 영향을 미치고 있어 매우 중요하다. 그러나 그동안 정부 및 민간업체에서는 시공분야보다 건설엔지니어링분야의 기술개발투자 및 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 대책마련이 미흡하였다. 따라서, 본 고에서는 미개척국가이면서, 시장의 잠재력이 큰 러시아, 리비아, 인도네시아를 대상으로 국내 건설엔지니어링업체의 경쟁력을 SWOT 분석법을 이용하여 비교 $\cdot$ 분석하였고, 해외출장 및 관련전문가의 면담조사로 국내업체의 해외 진출시 문제점 및 애로사항을 조사 분석하였다. 또한, 본고에서는 건설엔지니어링 업체의 기술력 향상과 대외경쟁력 저하원인을 다양한 측면으로 분석하여 해외시장으로 진출하기 위한 정부 및 민간차원의 해외진출 활성화 방안을 마련하였다. 특히, 국내업체의 해외진출 활성화 방안으로, 해외 정보 수집지원방안, 조세 및 보조금 지원방안, 타 기관과의 전략적 제휴방안 등을 제안하였다. The construction engineering field is less than $3\~5\%$ of the gross construction cost but engineering's role is very important because the performance of final facility is decided in the engineering stage. Nevertheless, before now government and private compares are more concentrated on construction works than making strategy to strengthen the competitiveness and technical development of investment in construction engineering sectors. Therefore this research have compared and analyzed the competitiveness of domestic construction engineering companies throughout analytic method 'SWOT' to those developing countries, which are potential big market objects, such as Russia Libya and Indonesia Such research was obtained through business trip & consultation with related specialists for the difficulties of domestic companies in advancing into overseas market. Moreover this research have analyzed the technical improvement of construction engineering companies and reason for competitiveness weaken by various aspects, it provides governmental and private plans to advance into overseas market Especially, to strengthen domestic companies into advancing overseas market it has suggested that tax & subsidy privileges, supporting plans for obtaining information of overseas and strategies cooperation with other organizations.
베트남에 진출한 한국·중국·일본 건설기업의 경쟁력 평가 연구

최근 베트남 건설시장 규모는 지속적으로 증가추세이고, 중국, 일본 등 외국 건설기업들이 진출을 확대하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 베트남에서 한중일의 건설경쟁력을 비교하기 위하여 베트남에 진출한 한중일의 건설기업과 베트남 건설기업의 설계역량, 시공역량, 건설사업관리역량을 조사한 결과, 일본, 한국, 중국, 베트남 순으로 경쟁력 높다고 도출되었다. 특히 베트남에서 한국의 경쟁력은 초고층건축과 플랜트분야에서 경쟁력이 높게 나타났다. 이를 토대로 우리나라의 건설기업의 베트남 진출시 건설경쟁력강화방안을 제안하였다. The size of Vietnam's construction market has been on a steady rise recently, and foreign construction companies such as China and Japan have been expanding their presence. Therefore, this study examined the design capabilities, construction capabilities, and construction project management capabilities of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese construction companies operating in Vietnam and local construction companies operating in Vietnam. As a result, it was found that Japan, Korea, China, and Vietnam were competitive in order. In particular, Korea's competitiveness in high-rise buildings and plants has been shown to be highly competitive in Vietnam. Based on these results, the government proposed measures to strengthen the competitiveness of Korean construction companies in Vietnam.
수요자 니즈분석을 통한 건설기술자 교육프로그램 개발방향에 관한 기초연구

Korean government is carrying out educational training program for the competencies of the construction engineers. However, this training program is insufficient to take advantage of the practice. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the satisfaction and problems of educational programs at training graduates. And we have suggested the improvement directions of educational program. The results of this study, satisfaction of training programs for construction engineers generally was investigated highly. However, this has been underestimated in terms of capacity-building abroad. And there are operational problems including lack of educational programs using in construction site, lack of training program courses in few work sector and lack of graded training program. Therefore, we have proposed the development direction of training program for construction engineers to solve this problem.
