The maximum temperature limit at which liquid boils explosively is called the superheat limit of liquids. The superheat limits of hydrocarbon liquids and their mixtures were measured by the droplet explosion technique. Also the fully evaporated droplet at the superheat limit and subsequent bubble evolution from the fully evaporated droplet were visualized. The pressure wave emanating from the evaporating droplet and subsequent bubble evolution process were measured by a piezoelectric transducer.
데오드라이트 시스템을 이용한 위성 안테나 레인지 얼라인먼트 측정

최근 중ㆍ대형 산업품에 대한 비접촉식 3차원 정밀 측정 장비가 개발되고 있다. 이러한 장비 중 하나인 데오드라이트 측정 시스템이 항공우주산업에 널리 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 데오드라이트 시스템을 이용하여 근역장에서의 RF 프로브에 대한 위성체 탑재 안테나의 레인지 얼라인먼트 측정 방법을 기술하였다. Ku-band 및 Ka-band 안테나의 레인지 얼라인먼트 측정 및 조정을 측정 정밀도 ± 1 ㎜ 및 ± 0.05° 이내에서 성공적으로 수행하였다. The three-dimensional precision measurement technology for industrial product of middle and/or large scale has been developed. Theodolite measurement system which is one of the technology is widely used in aerospace industry. This paper describes a range alignment method of parabolic antenna to RF probe in the near field range by using the theodolite system. The range alignments of the Ku-band and Ka-band antennas have been accomplished within the requirements, ± 1 ㎜ and ± 0.05°.

This paper presents an effective modeling and simulation method for vehicle dynamic performance evaluation during test and development process. Each wheel suspension is modeled as translational joint which allows relative translational motion in vertical direction of car body. The neglected kinematic and compliance characteristics of actual suspension are included in the model as functional form in terms of relative wheel displacement or tire force and moment. These characteristics are easily obtained through SPMD test. A vehicle dynamic analysis and performance evaluation software has been developed using Matlab/Simulink. Simulation results for various test conditions shows good correlation with test results<br/>

Theodolite measurement system is non-contacted 3-dimensional measurement system. The system accuracy is 0.5 mm or better for distance 0 ~ 100m. And the system is used for a product of middle and large scale. This study is performed for the measurement uncertainty of the system. We could know that the main uncertainty factors are temperature, illumination and skill. And, we perform the study for the effect according to the height difference of scale bar. And, we calculated the measurement uncertainty with those factors.
